The ball nut 114 and the ball screw 115 can realize the axial non-rotation movement of the ball screw 115 without a limiting mechanism.
The lifting mechanism 11 has the effects that the power of the motor 111 is transmitted to the worm 112, the worm 112 drives the worm wheel 113 meshed with the worm 112 to rotate, meanwhile, the worm 112 and the worm wheel 113 can also play a self-locking function, the worm wheel 113 drives the ball nut 114 to rotate, the ball nut 114 drives the ball screw 115 to move up and down, and the ball screw 115 drives the bending mechanism 10 to move down to bend the plate after moving down.

the connecting frame 105 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of a ball screw 115, the bottom end of the fixed roll frame 101 is provided with a first bending roll 104, the fixed roll frame 101 is provided with an elastic sliding rod, the connecting frame 105 is connected onto the elastic sliding rod in a sliding manner, the bottom end of the connecting frame 105 is fixedly connected with at least two movable roll frames 106, and the bottom end of each movable roll frame 106 is provided with a second bending roll 107.
The bending mechanism 10 is used for driving the connecting frame 105 to move downwards through the downward power of the ball screw 115, the connecting frame 105 drives the first bending roller 104 and the second bending roller 107 to press downwards after moving downwards, so that the middle of the acrylic plate is pressed downwards, the first bending roller 104 can drive the spring 103 to compress after being incapable of pressing downwards continuously, and the second bending roller 107 continues to press downwards until the acrylic plate is bent.
In the bending mechanism 10, the elastic sliding rod is composed of a polish rod 102 and a spring 103, the upper end and the lower end of the polish rod 102 are both fixedly connected to the fixed roller frame 101, the spring 103 is sleeved on the polish rod 102, and the polish rod 102 is slidably connected with the connecting frame 105. The spring 103 can be compressed, so that the press bending mechanism 10 can be prevented from being jammed after the first press bending roller 104 cannot be pressed down.
The middle part of frame 1 is provided with the bending base 5 that is used for cooperating the curved of inferior gram force panel, and bending base 5 is connected with heat source and cold source, specifically as follows:

A vortex tube is arranged in the press bending base 5, a hot air output end of the vortex tube is communicated with the upper space of the press bending base 5 through a hot air tube 8, and a cold air output end of the vortex tube is communicated with the lower space of the press bending base 5 through a cold air tube 9. The hot gas output end of the vortex tube is defined as a heat source, and the cold gas output end of the vortex tube is defined as a cold source.
The hot gas output from the upper space is convenient for heating the acrylic plate before bending and reducing the hardness of the acrylic plate, and on the contrary, the cold gas output from the lower space is convenient for cooling the pressed acrylic plate to return to the normal temperature.
