The invention discloses a concrete stirring device with temperature control, which relates to the technical field of concrete mixers and comprises a stirring box, wherein a bearing I and a bearing II are fixedly sleeved in the stirring box, stirring shafts are fixedly sleeved in the bearing I and the bearing II, a plurality of uniformly distributed stirring plates are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the stirring shafts, a speed reducing motor is fixedly connected to the left end of the stirring box, a cooling pipeline is wound outside the stirring box, the concrete stirring device also comprises a cooling water tank, two ends of the cooling pipeline are inserted into the cooling water tank, cooling liquid is arranged in the cooling water tank, and a pump is arranged on the cooling pipeline; the inside of agitator tank is equipped with the surface and is equipped with temperature sensor, temperature sensor and pump electricity signal connection. The concrete stirring device with the temperature control function comprises a stirring box, wherein a first bearing is fixedly sleeved inside the left end of the stirring box, a second bearing is fixedly sleeved inside the right end of the stirring box, stirring shafts are fixedly sleeved inside the first bearing and the second bearing, a plurality of stirring plates which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected to the outer side of each stirring shaft, a speed reducing motor is fixedly connected to the left end of the stirring box, an output shaft of the speed reducing motor is connected with the stirring shafts, a cooling pipeline is wound outside the stirring box, the concrete stirring device further comprises a cooling water tank, two ends of the cooling pipeline are inserted into the cooling water tank, cooling liquid is arranged in the cooling water tank, and a pump is further arranged on the cooling pipeline; the inside of agitator tank is equipped with the surface and is equipped with temperature sensor, temperature sensor and pump electricity signal connection.

Optionally, the U-shaped cooling pipe is inserted into a gap between adjacent stirring plates on the stirring shaft.

The concrete stirring device with the temperature control function comprises a stirring box (1) and is characterized in that a first bearing (2) is fixedly sleeved on the inner portion of the left end of the stirring box (1), a second bearing (7) is fixedly sleeved on the inner portion of the right end of the stirring box (1), a stirring shaft (3) is fixedly sleeved on the inner portions of the first bearing (2) and the second bearing (7), a plurality of stirring plates (4) which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected to the outer side of the stirring shaft (3), a speed reducing motor (5) is fixedly connected to the left end of the stirring box (1), an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (5) is connected with the stirring shaft (3), a cooling pipeline (6) is wound on the outer portion of the stirring box (1), the concrete stirring device further comprises a cooling water tank (8), and the two ends of the cooling pipeline (6) are inserted into the cooling water tank (8), a cooling liquid is arranged in the cooling water tank (8), and a pump is also arranged on the cooling pipeline (6);
the surface of the inner part of the stirring box (1) is provided with a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is connected with a pump electric signal.

A concrete mixer according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the mixer drum (1) is provided with a discharge opening, a cover (10) is hinged to the discharge opening, one end of the cover (10) is bolted to the mixer drum (1), and the cooling pipe (6) is wound around the mixer drum (1) so as to avoid the cover (10).

A concrete mixer according to claim 1, wherein a U-shaped cooling pipe (9) is further provided inside the mixing tank (1), two ends of the U-shaped cooling pipe (9) extend to the outside of the mixing tank (1) and are communicated with the cooling pipe (6), two ends of the U-shaped cooling pipe (9) are each provided with a first valve, a second valve is also provided at a position on the cooling pipe (6) between two ends of the same U-shaped cooling pipe (9), and the first valve and the second valve are electrically connected with the temperature sensor respectively.
