The invention aims to provide an assembling method of enameled flat winding wire conductor forming equipment, which ensures the assembling quality and the assembling precision and improves the assembling efficiency; the assembling steps are as follows: firstly, assembling a vertical roller mechanism; secondly, assembling a horizontal roller mechanism; thirdly, assembling a front conveying mechanism; fourthly, assembling a rear conveying mechanism; fifthly, checking and fastening the connection parts of the bolts and the nuts, and filling lubricating oil into the relative movement parts to ensure that the relative movement parts rotate flexibly; according to the assembling method, the technological process meets the assembling quality requirement.

Secondly, assembling a horizontal roller mechanism: and two ends of the lower horizontal roller and the upper horizontal roller are arranged in corresponding holes of the horizontal roller supports, and the two horizontal roller supports are fixedly connected to the bottom plate by bolts and nuts, so that the axes of the lower horizontal roller and the upper horizontal roller are in the same vertical plane, are in the horizontal position and are vertical to the advancing direction of the conductor.

Fourthly, assembling a rear conveying mechanism: the rear conveying rollers are arranged in holes corresponding to the conveying roller supports, the two conveying roller supports are fixedly connected to the bottom plate on the right side of the vertical roller mechanism through bolts and nuts, and the axis of the rear conveying rollers is guaranteed to be in a horizontal position and perpendicular to the advancing direction of the conductor.
And fifthly, checking and fastening the connection parts of the bolts and the nuts, and filling lubricating oil into the relative movement parts to ensure that the relative movement parts rotate flexibly.

Secondly, assembling a horizontal roller mechanism: two ends of the lower horizontal roller (6) and the upper horizontal roller (7) are installed in corresponding holes of the horizontal roller supports (8), the two horizontal roller supports (8) are fixedly connected to the bottom plate (3) through bolts (2) and nuts (1), and the axes of the lower horizontal roller (6) and the upper horizontal roller (7) are ensured to be in a horizontal position in the same vertical plane and perpendicular to the advancing direction of the conductor (13).
Thirdly, assembling a front conveying mechanism: the front conveying roller (5) is arranged in a hole corresponding to the conveying roller support (4), the two conveying roller supports (4) are fixedly connected to a bottom plate (3) on the left side of the horizontal roller mechanism through bolts (2) and nuts (1), and the axis of the front conveying roller (5) is ensured to be in a horizontal position and to be vertical to the advancing direction of the conductor (13).
