Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the efficiency of cutting is low because manual cutting action is required all the time, and each cutting cannot be controlled to be the same, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a laser cutting machine which can automatically cut a circular steel plate, has the same cutting effect every time, and is time-saving, labor-saving and efficient.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a laser cutting machine for cutting a circular steel plate, comprising: the bottom plate is connected with a support frame; the material placing plate is connected to the fixing frame; the fixing frame is connected to the supporting frame; the cutting assembly is rotatably connected to the fixed frame; the discharging assembly is connected to the bottom plate.
Preferably, the cutting assembly comprises: the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the fixed frame; the sliding rail is connected to the fixed frame and is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft; the gear-lacking ring is connected to the sliding rail in a sliding manner; the first gear is connected to the first rotating shaft and meshed with the missing gear ring; the laser cutter is arranged on the gear-lacking ring; a ratchet gear connected to the first rotating shaft; the first sliding frame is connected to the supporting frame in a sliding mode; a ratchet bar connected to the first carriage.
Preferably, the emptying assembly comprises: the discharging frame is connected to the bottom plate; the discharging plate is connected to the discharging frame in a sliding manner; the first compression spring is connected between the discharging plate and the discharging frame; the fixed rod is connected to the discharging frame; the fixture block is rotatably connected to the fixed rod; the torsion spring is connected between the clamping block and the fixed rod; and the stop lever is connected to the discharging frame and is positioned right below the clamping block.
Preferably, the device further comprises a pushing assembly, wherein the pushing assembly comprises: the second sliding frame is connected to the supporting frame in a sliding mode; a push block connected to the second carriage; an extension spring connected between the push block and the first carriage; and the second compression spring is sleeved between the first sliding frame and the supporting frame.
Preferably, the device further comprises a transmission assembly, wherein the transmission assembly comprises: a motor mounted on the base plate; the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the discharging frame; the belt is connected between the second rotating shaft and the output shaft of the motor; the gear lack wheel is connected to the second rotating shaft; the third rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the discharging frame; the second gear is connected to the third rotating shaft and meshed with the gear lacking gear; and the groove rod is connected to the second rotating shaft and is in sliding fit with the first sliding frame.
Preferably, still include spacing subassembly, spacing subassembly includes: the sliding rod is connected to the supporting frame in a sliding manner; the limiting plate is connected to the sliding rod; the third compression spring is sleeved between the limiting plate and the supporting frame; the special-shaped rod is connected to the limiting plate; the shifting wheel is connected to the output shaft of the motor and matched with the special-shaped rod.

4. Thereby need not artifically carry on spacingly to circular steel sheet through spacing subassembly.
5. Thereby the circular steel sheet of cutting completion is pricked to pile up and is collected through receiving the material subassembly.

The cutting assembly 5 comprises a first rotating shaft 51, a sliding rail 52, a tooth missing ring 53, a first gear 54, a laser cutter 55, a ratchet gear 56, a first sliding frame 57 and a ratchet rack 58, the front side of the upper part of the fixed frame 4 is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft 51, the front side of the upper part of the fixed frame 4 is connected with the sliding rail 52, the sliding rail 52 is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft 51, the right side of the lower part of the sliding rail 52 is slidably connected with the tooth missing ring 53, the lower part of the first rotating shaft 51 is connected with the first gear 54, the first gear 54 is meshed with the tooth missing ring 53, the laser cutter 55 is installed on the right side of the tooth missing ring 53, the upper part of the first rotating shaft 51 is connected with the ratchet gear 56, the left side of the supporting frame 2 on the front side is slidably connected with the first sliding frame 57, and the rear side of the first sliding frame 57 is connected with the ratchet rack 58.

When the circular steel plate needs to be cut, the device can be used, firstly, a large number of circular steel plates are manually placed on the material placing plate 62, the material placing plate 62 moves downwards through the gravity of the circular steel plates, the first compression spring 63 moves downwards to be compressed, the circular steel plates are limited through the clamping blocks 65 and the torsion springs 66, then, the circular steel plate at the top is manually pushed to move rightwards to enable the circular steel plates to be positioned on the material placing plate 3, meanwhile, the circular steel plates are manually limited at the right side of the material placing plate 3 to enable the circular steel plates to be positioned under the laser cutter 55, then, the ratchet bar 58 is manually pushed to move rightwards to drive the ratchet wheel 56 to rotate, the ratchet wheel 56 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 51 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 51 rotates to drive the first gear 54 to rotate, the first gear 54 rotates to drive the gear-lacking ring 53 to rotate, the gear-lacking ring 53 rotates to drive the laser cutter 55 to rotate, and then, the circular steel plates are cut, and after the cutting is finished, manually taking out and collecting the round steel plate.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the device further includes a material pushing assembly 7, the material pushing assembly 7 includes a second carriage 71, a pushing block 72, an extension spring 73 and a second compression spring 74, the second carriage 71 is slidably connected between the left portions of the support frames 2 on both sides, the pushing block 72 is connected to the left side of the upper portion of the second carriage 71, the extension spring 73 is connected between the pushing block 72 and the first carriage 57, and the second compression spring 74 is sleeved between the first carriage 57 and the support frame 2 on the front side.
When the ratchet bar 58 moves rightwards, the second compression spring 74 moving rightwards is compressed, the ratchet bar 58 drives the extension spring 73 to move rightwards, the extension spring 73 moves rightwards to drive the second sliding frame 71 to move rightwards, the second sliding frame 71 moves rightwards to drive the push block 72 to move rightwards, the push block 72 moves rightwards so as to push the circular steel plate on the uppermost side to the material placing plate 3, meanwhile, the circular steel plate after being cut is pushed to the right side of the material placing plate 3 to be manually collected, therefore, the circular steel plate does not need to be manually pushed to move rightwards to be cut, the circular steel plate after being cut does not need to be manually taken out to be collected, manpower is saved, the ratchet bar 58 is manually loosened after the material is pushed, and the ratchet bar 58 is reset under the action of the compressed second compression spring 74.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 3, the device further includes a transmission assembly 8, the transmission assembly 8 includes a motor 81, a second rotating shaft 82, a belt 83, a missing gear 84, a third rotating shaft 85, a second gear 86 and a grooved rod 87, the motor 81 is installed on the left side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the second rotating shaft 82 is rotatably connected to the right side of the lower portion of the material placing frame 61, the belt 83 is connected between the second rotating shaft 82 and an output shaft of the motor 81, the missing gear 84 is connected to the rear side of the second rotating shaft 82, the third rotating shaft 85 is rotatably connected to the right side of the lower portion of the material placing frame 61, the second gear 86 is connected to the rear side of the third rotating shaft 85, the second gear 86 is engaged with the missing gear 84, the grooved rod 87 is connected to the front side of the second rotating shaft 82, and the grooved rod 87 is slidably engaged with the first carriage 57.
When needs cut circular steel sheet, thereby rotate through belt 83 through artifical starter motor 81 and drive second pivot 82 and rotate, second pivot 82 rotates and drives and lacks gear 84 and rotate, it rotates and drives second gear 86 and rotate to lack gear 84, second gear 86 rotates and drives third pivot 85 and rotate, third pivot 85 rotates and drives grooved bar 87 and rotates, grooved bar 87 rotates and drives ratchet 58 and move right, thereby do not need artifical promotion ratchet 58 to move right and transport and collect circular steel sheet, further use manpower sparingly and improved work efficiency.
Example 4
On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 4, still including spacing subassembly 9, spacing subassembly 9 is including slide bar 91, limiting plate 92, third compression spring 93, dysmorphism pole 94 and thumb wheel 95, the equal sliding connection in support frame 2 upper portion right side of both sides has slide bar 91, be connected with limiting plate 92 between the slide bar 91 upper portion of both sides, all overlap between support frame 2 of limiting plate 92 and both sides and be equipped with third compression spring 93, limiting plate 92 front side left part is connected with dysmorphism pole 94, motor 81 output shaft has thumb wheel 95, thumb wheel 95 and the cooperation of dysmorphism pole 94.
