When the second door panel 20 is close to the first door panel 10, the roller assemblies 32 on the second door panel 20 guide the straightening frame 31 in a rolling manner, and the straightening frame 31 is arranged on the first door panel 10, so that the moving track of the second door panel 20 is limited by the first door panel 10, and the phenomena of relative deflection and falling between the first door panel 10 and the second door panel 20 are avoided, thereby utilizing the straightening frame 31 to straighten and straighten the movement of the second door panel 20, improving the tube expansion success rate of the heat exchanger, and simultaneously reducing the machine adjusting time of the door panel mechanism.

Claims (14)

1. A door panel mechanism, comprising:
a first door panel (10);
the second door plate (20) is parallel to the first door plate (10), and a fixing position for limiting the pipe fitting to be processed is arranged between the first door plate (10) and the second door plate (20); and the number of the first and second groups,
the straightening assembly (30) comprises a straightening frame (31) and a roller assembly (32), the straightening frame (31) is arranged on the first door plate (10), the roller assembly (32) is arranged on the second door plate (20), the second door plate (20) is driven to be close to or far away from the first door plate (10), and the roller assembly (32) guides the straightening frame (31) in a rolling mode.
2. A door panel arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the straightening carriage (31) comprises:
a fixed seat (311) connected to the first door panel (10); and the number of the first and second groups,
the correcting plate (312) is connected to the fixed seat (311), the correcting plate (312) is provided with an adjusting hole (3120), the length direction of the adjusting hole (3120) is consistent with the moving direction of the second door panel (20), and the adjusting hole (3120) is used for an adjusting piece to pass through so as to connect the correcting plate (312) and the fixed seat (311).
3. A door panel mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the correction plate (312) is provided with:
a transition section (3121) provided at an end of the correction plate (312) facing away from the first door panel (10); and the number of the first and second groups,
a guide section (3122) coupled to the transition section (3121), the roller assembly (32) entering the guide section (3122) from the transition section (3121) or exiting the leveling plate (312) from the transition section (3121).
4. A door panel arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the transition section (3121) is provided as a curved surface, the height of which gradually increases to the guide section (3122).
5. A door panel arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that the holder (311) is provided with:
a first mounting surface connected to the first door panel (10); and the number of the first and second groups,
a second mounting surface connected to the leveling plate (312).
6. A door panel arrangement according to claim 5, characterized in that said first mounting surface is provided with a mounting plate (3111), said mounting plate (3111) being perpendicular to said first mounting surface, said first door panel (10) and said mounting plate (3111) being connected by a fastener.
7. The door panel mechanism of claim 5, wherein the second mounting surface is provided with a mounting slot (3112), and the leveling plate (312) is disposed in the mounting slot (3112).
8. The door panel mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mounting groove (3112) is provided with a first limiting surface and a second limiting surface, and the correction plate (312) is provided between the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface.
9. A door panel mechanism according to claim 1, wherein said roller assembly (32) comprises a roller (321) and a bracket (322), said bracket (322) being connected to said second door panel (20), said roller (321) being connected to said second door panel (20) through said bracket (322).
10. A door arrangement according to claim 9, characterized in that the bracket (322) is of a right-angled construction, fitted to both vertical sides of the second door panel (20).
11. A door panel arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the first door panel (10) is provided with a first positioning surface (101) for abutting against a pipe to be processed, and that both sides of the first positioning surface (101) are provided with first assembly surfaces perpendicular to the first positioning surface (101); the second door panel (20) is provided with a second positioning surface (201) used for abutting against a pipe fitting to be processed, second assembling surfaces are arranged on two sides of the second positioning surface (201), and the second assembling surfaces are perpendicular to the second positioning surface (201).
12. A door plant arrangement according to claim 11, characterized in that said straightening carriage (31) is provided on said first mounting surface and said roller assembly (32) is provided on said second mounting surface.
13. A pipe expander including a door panel mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. A production line comprising the tube expander of claim 13.
