Claims (7)

1. An adaptive automatic spraying machine for special-shaped panels comprises an external machine shell (1), wherein a feeding hole (2) and a discharging hole (3) are respectively formed in two sides of the external machine shell (1); the bottom of the external shell (1) is provided with a feeding mechanism (4), and the plate to be sprayed is conveyed step by step through the feeding mechanism (4);
the method is characterized in that: the feeding mechanism (4) is detachably provided with a plate placing frame (5), and the plate material to be sprayed is arranged on the plate placing frame (5);
a distance measurement scanning quality inspection mechanism (6) and a spraying distance adaptive spraying mechanism (7) are arranged in the external casing (1); the distance measurement scanning quality inspection mechanism (6) is arranged at a feed port (2) of the external casing (1), and the spraying distance adaptive spraying mechanism (7) is arranged at a discharge port (3) of the external casing (1);

the spraying distance adaptive spraying mechanism (7) comprises a vertical plate (10) and a plurality of small spraying gun heads (11) which are arranged on the vertical plate (10) in an equidistant array manner in the vertical direction, each small spraying gun head (11) is fixed on a piston rod of one small electric telescopic rod (12), and cylinder bodies of all the small electric telescopic rods (12) are arranged on the vertical plate (10) in an equidistant array manner in the vertical direction;
each horizontal small-sized spray gun head (11) corresponds to one laser profile sensor (9) in the same height, the corresponding small-sized electric telescopic rod (12) is controlled by measuring the distance from the surface profile of the plate material to be sprayed to the laser profile sensor (9) through the laser profile sensor (9), the small-sized electric telescopic rod (12) stretches to realize the adjustment of the distance from the small-sized spray gun head (11) to the surface profile of the plate material to be sprayed, so that the distances from the small-sized spray gun heads (11) at a plurality of positions to the surface profile of the plate material to be sprayed are equal, and the consistency of spraying distances is ensured.
