Referring to fig. 3, the sliding member 30 is a circular rod-shaped member, and the outer wall thereof is sequentially provided with a first seal ring groove 301, a second seal ring groove 302, a third seal ring groove 303 and a fourth seal ring groove 304 along the extending direction thereof, for respectively installing and sleeving the first seal ring 51, the second seal ring 52, the third seal ring 53 and the fourth seal ring 54. A first water cut part 305 is formed between the first and second seal ring grooves 301 and 302, and a first opening 3051 is provided at the first water cut part 305 on a side wall of the slider 30; a second water cut portion 306 is formed between the second seal ring groove 302 and the third seal ring groove 303; a third water cut 307 is formed between the third seal ring groove 303 and the fourth seal ring groove 304. Two second abutting blocks 308 for forming an inclined surface fit with the two first abutting blocks 203 respectively are arranged at the upper end positions of the sliding member 30, the upper side surface of the second abutting block 308 is a fit inclined surface 3081 fit with the inclined surface 2031, and a positioning protrusion 3082 fit with the positioning groove 2032 is arranged at the same time. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, a water passage 3052 is further provided inside the sliding member 30, and the upper end of the water passage 3052 is communicated with the first opening 3051 and the lower end thereof forms an outlet at the lower end surface of the sliding member 30.
It should be noted that each of the above-described seal ring grooves and the corresponding seal ring cooperate to form pressure bearing faces on the slider 30 perpendicular to the direction in which the slider 30 extends, and all of the pressure bearing faces are equal in area.
The sliding member 30 is slidably disposed in the sliding cavity in a rotation-stopping manner, and can insert the second abutting block 308 thereon into the sliding slot 14 formed at the upper end of the second tubular member, so as to achieve a rotation-stopping fit with the body. The elastic member 40 is installed between the bottom end of the sliding member 30 and the water outlet member 11, and always drives the sliding member 30 to move upward, so that the sliding member 30 can be kept abutted on the inclined surface 2031, thereby realizing the inclined surface engagement between the sliding member 30 and the rotating member 20. The sealing ring that the cover was established on slider 30 is laminated on the chamber wall in slip chamber to make each partial water portion mutually isolated. And the outer wall of the sliding member 30 corresponding to the third water dividing part 307 also cooperates with the wall of the sliding chamber to form a water passing gap 309, and the water passing gap 309 is kept communicated with the second opening 112.
After the slider 30 is mounted, the rotation member 20 is mounted at the upper end position of the water outlet portion and comes into inclined engagement with the slider 30. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the first abutting block 203 of the rotating member 20 abuts against the second abutting block 308 of the sliding member 30, and when the rotating member 20 rotates, the sliding member 30 is driven to move in the extending direction of the sliding cavity, and the sliding member 30 can perform a reciprocating motion under the action of the elastic member 40.
With reference to fig. 5 to 7, a specific operation process of the above-described water discharge apparatus will be described below.
The slider 30 can reciprocate between a first position, in which the slider 30 moves to the lowermost end, a second position, in which the slider 30 moves to the uppermost end, and a third position, in which the slider 30 moves between the first position and the second position, by the cooperation of the rotary member 20 and the elastic member 40. The lowermost end and the uppermost end are defined herein with respect to the outlet end of the outlet portion as the lower side.
The initial position of the rotating member 20 is defined as the position where the second abutting block 308 abuts against the abutting surface 2033 on the first abutting block 203, at this time, the sliding member 30 is located at the first position, at this time, the blocking surface on the limiting portion 206 abuts against a side surface of a stop block on the water outlet device body 10, and at this time, the sliding member 30 is limited by the water outlet portion and cannot move downwards any more, so that the rotating member 20 cannot rotate any more, the rotating member 20 reaches its limit position in one direction, at the same time, at the first position, the first water dividing portion 305 on the sliding member 30 faces the water passing opening 103, and water can enter the water passing channel 3052 through the water passing opening 103, the first water dividing portion 305 and the first opening 3051, and then reaches the first water outlet 121 of the water outlet member 11 from the water passing channel 3052.
The rotating member 20 is rotated to make the positioning protrusion 3082 on the second abutting block 308 be embedded into the positioning groove 2032 on the first abutting block 203, at this time, the sliding member 30 is located at the third position, at this position, the second water diversion part 306 on the sliding member 30 is directly opposite to the water passing opening 103, and after the water passes through the water passing opening 103, the water is blocked by the second sealing ring 52 and the third sealing ring 53, so as to cut off the communication with the first water outlet 121 and the second water outlet 111.
The rotating member 20 is continuously rotated to make the second abutting block 308 abut against the bottom wall of the cavity of the rotating member 20, at this time, the sliding member 30 is located at the second position under the action of the elastic member 40, at this time, the limiting portion 206 on the first abutting block 203 abuts against the other side surface of the stopper on the water outlet device body 10, so as to limit the rotating member to continue to rotate, the rotating member 20 reaches the limit position in the other direction, at the same time, the sliding member 30 is limited by the rotating member 20 and cannot move upwards any more, at the second position, the water passing gap 309 formed by the sliding member 30 and the inner wall of the sliding cavity is communicated with the water passing port 103, and water flow can enter the communicating water channel 102 through the water passing port 103, the water passing gap 309 and the second opening 112 and then reaches the second water outlet 111. Then, the rotating member 20 is rotated in the other direction, and the second abutting block 308 will return to the inclined surface 2031 after passing through the guiding surface 2034.
In addition, because the rotating member 20 is installed at the upper end of the water outlet portion, and the handle 201 faces the position of the handheld portion, when the user holds the handheld portion of the water outlet device, the user can still stir the handle 201 of the rotating member 20 with one hand, so that the switching operation of the water outlet function of the water outlet device is very convenient.
In addition, in other embodiments, when the sliding member 30 is not provided with any one of the second sealing ring 52 and the third sealing ring 53, when the rotating member 20 rotates to a specific position, the water flow can simultaneously pass through the first opening 3051 and the water gap 309, so that the first water outlet 112 and the second water outlet 111 can simultaneously discharge water.
In addition, in other embodiments, the inclined plane of the rotating part 20 and the sliding part 30 may be configured as a chute fit, and the sliding part 30 is provided with a sliding block that can slide in the chute of the rotating part 20, and since both ends of the chute in the axial direction form a limit for the sliding block, the elastic part 40 may be omitted, and the sliding part 30 is directly driven to slide up and down by the chute fit.
According to the water outlet device provided by the invention, the body of the water outlet device is provided with the handheld part and the water outlet part, the water outlet part is provided with the rotating part 20 and the sliding part 30, a user can control the sliding part 30 to slide up and down by rotating the rotating part 20 so as to control the waterway switching of the water outlet device, and meanwhile, the rotating part 20 is arranged at the end part of the water outlet part, so that the assembly process of the rotating part 20 is very simple, the connection relation with other parts is not required to be considered, the assembly difficulty and the internal waterway layout difficulty are reduced on the premise of ensuring the switching function of the water outlet device to be simple and easy to operate, and the manufacturing cost is further reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A water outlet device is characterized by comprising:
a body provided with a water outlet part; the water outlet part is provided with a sliding cavity, and the cavity wall of the sliding cavity is provided with a water passing port for introducing inlet water; the water outlet part is provided with a first water outlet and a second water outlet which are communicated with the sliding cavity;
the sliding piece is arranged in the sliding cavity in a sliding mode in a rotation stopping mode, the water passing port is communicated with the first water outlet when the sliding piece slides to a first position, and the water passing port is communicated with the second water outlet when the sliding piece slides to a second position;
the rotating piece is arranged at one end of the water outlet part, is rotatably connected with the body around a rotating shaft parallel to the sliding direction of the sliding piece and is matched with the inclined surface of the sliding piece;
and the elastic piece is arranged between the body and the sliding piece and is used for driving the sliding piece to prop against the rotating piece.

The water discharge device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding member is provided with a water passage therein having one end communicating with the first water outlet, and a side wall thereof is provided with a first opening communicating with the water passage; when the sliding piece slides to the first position, the water passing opening is communicated with the first opening.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the sliding member is matched with the inner wall of the sliding cavity to form a water passing gap; the side wall of the sliding cavity is provided with a second opening; one end of the second opening is communicated with the second water outlet, and the other end of the second opening is communicated with the water passing gap; when the sliding piece slides to the second position, the water passing opening is communicated with the water passing gap.

A water outlet device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer wall of said sliding member is fixedly provided with a plurality of sealing rings along the sliding direction thereof; the first opening is positioned between the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, and when the sliding piece slides to the first position, the water passing opening corresponds to the position between the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring; the outer wall of the sliding part between the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring is matched with the inner wall of the sliding cavity to form the water passing gap, and when the sliding part slides to the second position, the water passing opening corresponds to the position between the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 4, wherein when the sliding member slides to the third position, the water outlet corresponds to a position between the second sealing ring and the third sealing ring to cut off the communication between the water outlet and the first water outlet and the second water outlet.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotating member is provided with at least two first abutting blocks uniformly distributed along a circumferential direction; the sliding piece is provided with a second abutting block which is suitable for being matched with the inclined surface of the first abutting block, and at least one of the first abutting block or the second abutting block is provided with an inclined surface which is used for realizing the inclined surface matching between the first abutting block and the second abutting block.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first abutting block is provided with the inclined surface and a limiting part is arranged on the inclined surface; the body is provided with a stop block on the motion path of the first abutting block; the stopper is configured and adapted to abut against the stopper portion from opposite directions when the slider slides to the first position and the second position to restrict the rotating member from continuing to rotate.

The water outlet device as claimed in claim 7, wherein when the sliding member slides to the third position, the communication between the water passing opening and the first and second water outlets is cut off; the first abutting block is provided with an abutting surface and a positioning groove which are connected with the inclined surface; a positioning bulge is arranged on the second abutting block; when the sliding piece slides to a first position, the second abutting block abuts against the abutting surface so that the sliding piece is positioned at the first position; when the sliding piece slides to a third position, the positioning protrusion on the second abutting block is embedded into the positioning groove so that the sliding piece is positioned at the third position; when the sliding piece slides to the second position, the sliding piece abuts against the top wall of the rotating piece so that the sliding piece is positioned at the second position.
9. The water outlet device as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of the water outlet portion is provided with a sliding groove in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft; the rotating piece is provided with a clamping block which is used for being clamped with the sliding groove and sliding along the extending direction of the sliding groove.
10. A water outlet device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pressure bearing areas of the pressure bearing surfaces on the sliding member defined by the sealing rings are equal.
