When the feeding frame 85 moves upwards, the feeding frame 85 drives the third wedge 1114 to move upwards, so that the third wedge 1114 is in contact with the second wedge 1111 at the same side, the third wedge 1114 drives the second wedge 1111 at the same side to turn leftwards, the second torsion spring 1112 is in torsional deformation, when the third wedge 1114 is not in contact with the second wedge 1111 at the same side, the second torsion spring 1112 resets to drive the second wedge 1111 at the same side to turn rightwards and reset, and when the feeding frame 85 moves downwards, the feeding frame 85 drives the third wedge 1114 to move downwards, so that the third wedge 1114 is in contact with the second wedge 1111 at the same side, the third wedge 1114 drives the second wedge 1111 at the same side to move leftwards, the limiting rod 1113 plays a limiting role to prevent the second wedge 1111 from rotating downwards, so as to drive the limiting rod 1113, the second torsion spring 1112, the connecting frame 119, the third slide block 117 at the same side and the first wedge 115 at the same side to move leftwards, the same side third spring 118 is compressed and, when the upper side first wedge block 115 moves to the left, the upper first wedge block 115 makes the lower first wedge block 115 move downwards, thereby bringing the second slider 112 to move downwards, the second spring 114 is compressed, thereby driving the limiting block 113 to move downwards, the limiting block 113 no longer blocks the first baffle 52, because the pressure of the limiting block 113 is lost, the first spring 53 in the stretching state resets to drive the first baffle 52 to move leftwards and reset, so that the material can be automatically discharged, the auxiliary effect is realized, when the third wedge 1114 is not in contact with the second wedge 1111 on the same side, the third spring returns to drive the third slide block 117 and the connecting frame 119 to move rightwards to return, and then the first baffle 52 is pushed rightwards, when the first wedge block 115 on the upper side is not in contact with the first wedge block 115 on the lower side, the second spring 114 resets to drive the second slider 112 and the limiting block 113 to move upwards to reset and block the first baffle 52 again.

Claims (9)

1. A device for medical gauze recovery, comprising:
the device comprises a bottom plate (1) and a first support frame (2), wherein the first support frame (2) is arranged on the bottom plate (1);
the stirring frame (3) is arranged between the two sides of the first support frame (2);
the crushing mechanism (4) is arranged between the bottom plate (1) and the stirring frame (3);
the discharging mechanism (5) is arranged on the lower side of the stirring frame (3).
2. A device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 1, characterized in that the breaking means (4) comprise:
the first rotating shaft (41) is rotatably arranged between the two sides of the middle of the stirring frame (3); the middle of the first rotating shaft (41) is provided with a stirring blade (42);
the motor (43), the motor (43) is installed on the upper side of the bottom plate (1);
the output shafts on the two sides of the motor (43) are provided with second rotating shafts (44);
and the transmission assembly (45) is connected between the outer sides of the second rotating shafts (44) on the two sides and the first rotating shaft (41).
3. A device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 2, characterized in that the discharge mechanism (5) comprises:
the second support frames (51) are arranged on the two parts of the outer wall of the lower side of the stirring frame (3);
the first baffle (52) is arranged between the lower sides of the second supporting frames (51) at two sides of the first baffle (52) in a sliding manner, and the first baffle (52) is connected with the bottom of the stirring frame (3) in a sliding manner;
the handle (54) is arranged in the middle of the first baffle plate (52);
the middle two sides of the first baffle plate (52) are respectively wound with the first springs (53), and the two ends of each first spring (53) are respectively connected with the second support frame (51) and the first baffle plate (52).
4. A device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises a covering mechanism (6), the covering mechanism (6) comprising:
the third support frame (61) is arranged on the outer wall of the middle of the upper side of the stirring frame (3);
a first sliding rail (62) is arranged between the stirring frame (3) and the third supporting frame (61);
and the second baffle (63) is arranged on two sides of the middle of the first sliding rail (62) in a sliding manner.
5. A device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises a rotation mechanism (7), the rotation mechanism (7) comprising:
a fourth support frame (71), wherein the middle of the upper side of the stirring frame (3) is provided with the fourth support frame (71);
a third rotating shaft (72) is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the fourth supporting frame (71);
the first gear (73) is arranged on the upper side of the third rotating shaft (72);
the middle of the first rack (74) and the middle of the second baffle plates (63) on the two sides of the first rack (74) are both provided with the first rack (74), and the first rack (74) is meshed with the first gear (73).
6. The device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 5, further comprising a feeding mechanism (8), wherein the feeding mechanism (8) comprises:
the two sides of the bottom plate (1) are provided with second sliding rails (81);
the tops of the second sliding rails (81) on the two sides of the second rack (82) are symmetrically provided with the second rack (82);
the first sliding block (83) is arranged at the lower side of the second sliding rail (81) at two sides of the first sliding block (83) in a sliding manner;
the feeding frame (85) is rotatably arranged between the first sliding blocks (83) on the two sides of the feeding frame (85);
the two sides of the feeding frame (85) are provided with second gears (84), and the second gears (84) are matched with second racks (82) on the same side;
the two sides of the feeding frame (85) are wound with the first torsion springs (86), and two ends of each first torsion spring (86) are respectively connected with the first sliding block (83) and the second gear (84).
7. The device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 6, further comprising a transmission mechanism (9), wherein the transmission mechanism (9) comprises:
the inner sides of the first sliding blocks (83) on the two sides are respectively provided with a connecting block (91);
fifth supporting frames (92), wherein the upper sides of the second sliding rails (81) on the two sides are symmetrically provided with the fifth supporting frames (92); the guide wheels (93) are rotatably arranged at two parts of the inner side of the fifth support frame (92);
the middle of the second rotating shafts (44) on the front side and the rear side of the winding wheel (94) is provided with the winding wheel (94);
the steel rope (95) is wound on the winding wheel (94), the steel rope (95) is connected with the guide wheel (93) on the same side in a sliding mode, and the bottom of the steel rope (95) is fixedly connected with the connecting block (91) on the same side.
8. The device for medical gauze recovery according to claim 7, further comprising a linkage mechanism (10), wherein the linkage mechanism (10) comprises:

the bottom plate (1) is symmetrically provided with seventh supporting frames (111);
the second sliding block (112) is arranged on the inner side of the seventh supporting frame (111) in a sliding manner;
the top of the second sliding block (112) is provided with a limiting block (113);
the second spring (114) is wound on the upper side of the second sliding block (112), and two ends of the second spring (114) are respectively connected with the seventh supporting frame (111) and the limiting block (113);
the eighth support frames (116) are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate (1);
the third sliding block (117) is arranged between the two eighth supporting frames (116) at the front side and the two eighth supporting frames (116) at the rear side in a sliding manner;
the bottom of the second sliding block (112) and the third sliding block (117) on the same side are both provided with a first wedge-shaped block (115), and the two first wedge-shaped blocks (115) are matched;

the third spring (118) is wound on the third sliding block (117), and two ends of the third spring (118) are respectively connected with the eighth supporting frame (116) and the connecting frame (119);
the fifth rotating shaft (1110), the connecting frame (119) is rotatably provided with the fifth rotating shaft (1110);
the middle of the fifth rotating shaft (1110) is provided with a second wedge-shaped block (1111);
