And the aluminum liquid is shaken again, when the aluminum product is completely changed into the aluminum liquid, the electro-hydraulic push rod 19 drives the heat insulation shell 1 to do reciprocating motion through the push plate 20, so that the aluminum liquid is prevented from being cooled and adhered to the inner wall of the melting cylinder 4.
Finally, the damping and the movement of the device are realized, the damping sleeve 25 on the vertical plate seat 24 and the damping spring 27 in the mounting seat 26 can play a damping effect when the device is stirred or shaken, the wheel 31 can enable the device to obtain the movement capability, and the wheel 31 is provided with a wheel lock which can be parked at any time and any place.
