本发明公开了一种液体分流式混合装置，包括主管本体，一端设置有液体进口另一端设置有液体出口，所述主管本体中设置有多个混合段，所述混合段中设置有流道分隔板将中间空腔分割成第一流道和第二流道形成液体分流，第二流道上设置有流速分隔板降低第二流道液体流速，并与第一流道中的液体形成速差，流速分隔板上设置有多个孔，第一流道后方设置有混合舱室，第一流道后进液体与第二流道先进液体进行混合。本发明结构设计合理，使用方便，能够使两种或两种以上的液体混合更加均匀，解决胶水开始供给和结束供给时阀门开启关闭时由于时间差造成的混合组分的比例误差，减少浪费，节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及液体混合装置领域，尤其是涉及一种液体分流式混合装置。
背景技术
双组份胶水或多组分胶水需要按一定比例配比混合后才能使用，液体配比时，各液体对应的各个开关阀开启有时间差，阀门开启的时间误差直接影响刚开始的配比量，连续生产时由于阀门开启时间差的配比误差就会消失，但就是开始进胶混合时容易出现混合不均匀和混合配比误差较大的现象，由于配比有误差从而造成混合后的胶粘液体其粘黏性较差，无法满足胶粘液体的使用。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述提出到的开始生产时阀门开启时间差形成配比不均的问题，为此提供了一种液体分流式混合装置，包括主管本体，一端设置有液体进口另一端设置有液体出口，所述主管本体中设置有多个混合段，所述混合段中设置有流道分隔板将中间空腔分割成第一流道和第二流道形成液体分流，第二流道上设置有流速分隔板降低第二流道液体流速，并与第一流道中的液体形成速差，流速分隔板上设置有多个孔，第一流道后方设置有混合舱室，第一流道后进液体与第二流道先进液体进行混合。
作为优选，所述流道分隔板设置成圆筒形结构。
作为优选，所述混合腔室内设置有搅拌片。
作为优选，所述搅拌片固定在混合腔室内。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构设计合理，使用方便，能够使两种或两种以上的液体混合更加均匀，解决胶水开始供给和结束供给时阀门开启关闭时由于时间差造成的混合组分的比例误差，减少浪费，节约成本。

如图1和图2所示的一种液体分流式混合装置，包括主管本体1，一端设置有液体进口7另一端设置有液体出口8，所述主管本体1中设置有多个混合段2，所述混合段2中设置有流道分隔板2.1将中间空腔分割成第一流道3和第二流道4形成液体分流，第二流道4上设置有流速分隔板2.2降低第二流道4液体流速，并与第一流道3中的液体形成速差，流速分隔板2.2上设置有多个孔2.3，第一流道3后方设置有混合舱室5，第一流道3后进液体与第二流道4先进液体进行混合。
所述流道分隔板2.1设置成圆筒形结构，孔2.3设置成圆形。
所述混合腔室5内设置有搅拌片6。
所述搅拌片6固定在混合腔室5内。
在工作过程中，双组份胶水通过泵和阀门输送到液体进口7，这时各个液体对应的各个阀门开启时间有误差，实际配比量存在误差，双组份胶水一起从液体进口7进行分流，一路液体从中间的第一流道3进入混合舱室5速度快，二路液体从第二流道4进入混合舱室5，由于流速分隔板2.2阻挡减缓流速经过孔2.3进入混合舱室5，两路液体形成流速差，形成第二流道4先进的液体与第一流道3后进的液体混合，经过多组混合段2后从液体出口8流出，进入液体分流式混合装置后先进的液体与后进的液体通过流速差进行混合，先进的液体（由于阀门开启时差产生的配比误差）与后进的液体（标准配比液体）混合缩小混合比例误差，且多个混合段实现混合后，能够使输出的误差大幅降低，同时也能够使多种液体混合的更加均匀，最后通过液体出口8进行排出。
所述液体出口3位置处的混合空间7大于其他混合装置的混合空间7。
本发明结构设计合理，使用方便，能够使两种或两种以上的液体混合更加均匀，开始生产时，缩小由于阀门开启时间差造成的液体混合组分的比例误差，减少浪费，节约成本。

1.一种液体分流式混合装置，其特征在于，包括主管本体（1），一端设置有液体进口（7）另一端设置有液体出口（8），所述主管本体（1）中设置有多个混合段（2），所述混合段（2）中设置有流道分隔板（2.1）将中间空腔分割成第一流道（3）和第二流道（4）形成液体分流，第二流道（4）上设置有流速分隔板（2.2）降低第二流道（4）液体流速，并与第一流道（3）中的液体形成速差，流速分隔板（2.2）上设置有多个孔（2.3），第一流道（3）后方设置有混合舱室（5），第一流道（3）后进液体与第二流道（4）先进液体进行混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体分流式混合装置，其特征在于，所述流道分隔板（2.1）设置成圆筒形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体分流式混合装置，其特征在于，所述混合腔室（5）内设置有搅拌片（6）。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种液体分流式混合装置，其特征在于，所述搅拌片（6）固定在混合腔室（5）内。
