step 3: when the mask needs to be turned over for sterilization, the user controls the controller 2 to sequentially start the electric telescopic rod 42 and the third motor 46, the electric telescopic rod 42 stretches to push the shell 43 to move upwards by itself, the shell 43 drives the fixing mechanism 5 and the mask inside the fixing mechanism 5 to move to a specified height position under the cooperation of the rotating shaft 44, the third motor 46 drives the multi-wire worm 47 to rotate clockwise to a specified position, and the worm wheel 45 and the multi-wire worm 47 are meshed to drive the worm wheel 45 to rotate 180 degrees clockwise under the action of the rotating force of the multi-wire worm 47, so that the worm wheel 45 drives the fixing mechanism 5 and the mask inside the fixing mechanism 5 to turn over 180 degrees under the cooperation of the rotating shaft 44 to realize double-sided sterilization of the mask;
thereby can realize domestic gauze mask's high temperature steam disinfection and remove the peculiar smell integration, improve the disinfection efficiency of disinfecting of gauze mask, get rid of the peculiar smell after the gauze mask wears, avoid influencing wearing next time to can realize the automatic turn-over of gauze mask, avoid gauze mask disinfection to have the dead angle, improve disinfection effect.

Claims (1)
1. A household mask purifying and sterilizing device, comprising:
a case (1);
the controller (2) is embedded at the right end of the front side of the box body (1);
the moving device (3) is arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the box body (1), and the moving device (3) is electrically connected with the controller (2);
the rotating mechanism (4) is arranged at the moving end of the moving device (3);
a fixing mechanism (5) arranged at the front side of the rotating mechanism (4);
the spraying mechanism (6) is arranged at the top end of the inner cavity of the box body (1);
the mounting groove (7) is formed on the right side of the inner cavity of the box body (1);
the storage box (8) is arranged in the inner cavity of the mounting groove (7);
the miniature water pump (9) is arranged at the front side of the storage box (8), a water inlet pump pipe of the miniature water pump (9) extends into an inner cavity of the storage box (8), and the miniature water pump (9) is electrically connected with the controller (2);
the first spray pipe (10) is circumferentially arranged in the inner cavity of the box body (1), and a water inlet pump pipe of the first spray pipe (10) extends into the inner cavity of the mounting groove (7) and is in threaded connection with a water outlet pump port of the storage box (8);
the high-temperature steam engine (11) is arranged at the bottom end of the rear side of the box body (1), and the high-temperature steam engine (11) is electrically connected with the controller (2);
the fixing mechanism (5) comprises:
the number of the fixing mechanism shells (51) is two, and the two fixing mechanism shells (51) are respectively arranged at the front side of the rotating mechanism (4) along the left-right direction;
a connecting rod (52) fixedly installed at the inner center position of the front and rear fixing mechanism housings (51) along the front and rear direction;
the two first limiting grooves (53) are formed in the top ends of inner cavities of the front fixing mechanism shell (51) and the rear fixing mechanism shell (51) along the left-right direction respectively;
the screw nuts (54) are two groups, each group of screw nuts (54) is two, and the two groups of screw nuts (54) are respectively inserted into the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the front limiting groove (53) and the rear limiting groove (53);
the fixing rods (55), the number of the fixing rods (55) is two, the number of each fixing rod (55) is two, and the two fixing rods (55) are respectively arranged at the top ends of the front screw nut and the rear screw nut (54);
the number of the screw rods (56) is two, the two screw rods (56) are respectively connected with the inner cavities of the front fixing mechanism shell (51) and the rear fixing mechanism shell (51) in a rotating way along the left-right direction through bearings, the inner rings of the bearings are in interference fit with the outer walls of the screw rods (56), the outer rings of the bearings are fixedly connected with the inner walls of the fixing mechanism shells (51), and the left side and the right side of the outer walls of the screw rods (56) are provided with positive and negative threads and are respectively in threaded connection with the left screw nut and the right screw nut (54);
the first conical gears (57), the number of the first conical gears (57) is two, and the two first conical gears (57) are respectively connected with the right ends of the front screw rod and the rear screw rod (56) through screws;
the number of the first motors (58) is two, the two first motors (58) are respectively arranged at the right ends of the rear sides of the front fixing mechanism shell (51) and the rear fixing mechanism shell (51), the output ends of the first motors (58) extend into the inner cavity of the fixing mechanism shell (51), and the first motors (58) are electrically connected with the controller (2);
the number of the second bevel gears (59) is two, and the two second bevel gears (59) are respectively connected with the output ends of the front and rear first motors (58) by screws and are respectively meshed with the front and rear first bevel gears (57);
the spraying mechanism (6) comprises:
a spraying mechanism shell (61) which is arranged at the top end of the inner cavity of the box body (1) along the front-back direction;
the second motor (62) is arranged at the front side of the spraying mechanism shell (61), the output end of the second motor (62) extends into the inner cavity of the fixing mechanism shell (51), and the second motor (62) is electrically connected with the controller (2);
a circular rod (63) which is screwed to the output end of the second motor (62) along the front-rear direction;
a plurality of slots (64) circumferentially arranged on the outer wall of the circular rod (63) from front to back;
the slot block (65) is inserted into the inner cavity of the multi-line slot (64);
the second limit groove (66) is formed at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the spraying mechanism shell (61) along the left-right direction;
the limiting slide block (67) is inserted into the inner cavity of the second limiting groove (66), and the top end of the limiting slide block (67) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the slot block (65);
the spray head pipe (68) is arranged at the bottom end of the limit sliding block (67) along the left-right direction, one end of a guide pipe is connected with the outer side of the spray head pipe (68) in a screwed mode, and the other end of the guide pipe extends out of the outer wall of the box body (1) and is connected with an air outlet of the high-temperature steam engine (11) in a screwed mode;
the rotation mechanism (4) includes: the device comprises a base (41), an electric telescopic rod (42), a shell (43), a rotating shaft (44), a worm wheel (45), a third motor (46) and a multi-wire worm (47); the base (41) is arranged at the rear side of the top end of the mobile device (3) along the left-right direction; the electric telescopic rod (42) is arranged at the center of the top end of the base (41) along the up-down direction, and the electric telescopic rod (42) is electrically connected with the controller (2); the shell (43) is arranged at the top end of the electric telescopic rod (42); the rotating shaft (44) is rotationally connected to the front side of the shell (43) through a bearing, an inner ring of the bearing is in interference fit with the outer wall of the rotating shaft (44), an outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell (43), the front side of the shell (43) is connected with the rear end center position of the rear side fixing mechanism shell (51) through a screw, and the rear side of the rotating shaft (44) extends into the inner cavity of the base (41); the worm wheel (45) is in interference fit with the rear side of the outer wall of the rotating shaft (44); the third motor (46) is arranged at the bottom end of the right side of the shell (43), the output end of the third motor (46) extends into the inner cavity of the shell (43), and the third motor (46) is electrically connected with the controller (2); the multi-wire worm (47) is connected with the output end of the third motor (46) through screws, and the multi-wire worm (47) is meshed with the worm wheel (45);
the specific working steps of the device are as follows:
step 1: when in use, a user starts the box body (1) to control the controller (2) to start the moving device (3), so that the moving device (3) drives the rotating mechanism (4), the fixing mechanism (5) and the spraying mechanism (6) to extend out of the inner cavity of the box body (1), the user hangs the hanging ropes at two sides of the mask into the first limit grooves (53) at four corners respectively, the user controls the controller (2) to start the front and rear two first motors (58), the front and rear two first motors (58) drive the second bevel gears (59) at corresponding positions to rotate clockwise, and the first bevel gears (57) and the second bevel gears (59) are meshed, the front and rear first conical gears (57) are driven to rotate anticlockwise under the action of the rotating force of the second conical gears (59) at the corresponding positions, the left and right sides of the screw rods (56) are positive and negative threads, the screw nuts (54) at the left and right sides of the outer wall of the screw rods (56) are driven to move outwards under the action of the rotating force of the screw rods (56), the screw nuts (54) drive the fixing rods (55) at the corresponding positions to move outwards, the front and rear fixing rods (55) are further respectively used for tensioning hanging lug ropes at two sides of the mask to fix the mask, and the user control controller (2) starts the moving device (3) to drive the rotating mechanism (4), the fixing mechanism (5) and the spraying mechanism (6) move into the inner cavity of the box body (1);
