Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of frozen panax notoginseng, in particular to a process flow of freeze-dried traditional Chinese medicine panax notoginseng powder.
Background
Pseudo-ginseng is one of precious medicinal materials, has a long history, and has remarkable curative effects of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, reducing swelling and relieving pain. To facilitate long term storage, the notoginseng is usually dried. However, the product obtained by traditional drying is generally reduced in volume and hardened in texture, so that some substances in the pseudo-ginseng are oxidized, most of volatile ingredients are lost, and some heat-sensitive substances, such as protein and vitamins, are denatured. The microorganism will lose activity, and the dried substance will not be dissolved in water easily, so the dried notoginseng product has great difference in properties compared with before drying, thereby affecting the medicinal value of notoginseng.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a process flow of freeze-dried traditional Chinese medicine pseudo-ginseng powder, and aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a process flow of freeze-dried traditional Chinese medicine pseudo-ginseng powder comprises the following steps:
selecting materials, selecting a good production place according to the production environment of the pseudo-ginseng, selecting the pseudo-ginseng, ensuring the integrity of raw materials and avoiding rotting, and cleaning the raw materials to avoid impurity residues;
cutting the pseudo-ginseng into slices according to the characteristics of the pseudo-ginseng, and cleaning and draining the pseudo-ginseng;
step three, online sterilization, namely putting the pseudo-ginseng into an ozone sterilization box, and sterilizing the pseudo-ginseng under different pressures by using different gases until the pseudo-ginseng reaches related specified indexes;
pulping to obtain juice, adding a proper amount of sterile water, crushing the pseudo-ginseng slices by using a high-speed universal crusher to obtain the juice, and pre-freezing the fresh juice in an ultra-low temperature freezer;
step five, drying the medicine cake, namely putting the pre-frozen fresh juice into a vacuum low-temperature drying oven, performing vacuum low-temperature drying on the juice, determining the optimal drying temperature and vacuum degree, performing resolution drying, slowly raising the temperature, keeping the temperature for a period of time, observing the pressure condition in the drying oven, and finishing freeze drying;
step six, crushing and sieving, crushing, determining the optimal crushing temperature, crushing and sieving until no residue exists;
and seventhly, packaging and detecting, namely, vacuum packaging is adopted, and meanwhile, microorganism detection is carried out.
Preferably, the first step adopts an HPLC technology to measure chemical components in the pseudo-ginseng, and distinguishes the pseudo-ginseng with different producing areas and different picking times to determine an accurate source.
Preferably, the steps are washed by flowing water once, and then the thin pseudo-ginseng slices are spread in a net-shaped tray and are stood in the natural environment for draining for 10-15 min.
Preferably, the third step is to examine three gases of gasified hydrogen peroxide, ozone and ethylene oxide, sterilize at different temperatures and pressures for different time, and check the sterilized decoction pieces for microorganisms to determine the optimal online sterilization time.
Preferably, the fourth step is adding a little sterile water according to the water content of the original medicine, pulping and filtering, filtering until the residue is lower than 2-3% of the original medicine, and pre-freezing at the high temperature, the medium temperature and the low temperature respectively, wherein the pre-freezing is the most complete and the shortest time is the optimal pre-freezing temperature.
Preferably, the step five is performed with vacuum low-temperature drying under the conditions of high vacuum degree, medium vacuum degree and low vacuum degree respectively, the optimal drying temperature and vacuum degree are determined, the temperature is raised after drying is completed, the condenser is closed, observation is performed for 30-60s, and if the pressure in the freeze drying box is not obviously raised, freeze drying is finished.
Preferably, in the sixth step, the high temperature, the medium temperature and the low temperature are selected for crushing, the crushing temperature which is convenient to crush and energy-saving and is the designated optimal crushing temperature is crushed for 2-10min, the crushed materials are sieved by a 100-mesh sieve, and the residues are crushed and sieved until no residues exist.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: a large amount of moisture substances in the pseudo-ginseng are cooled and frozen into solid in advance through freeze drying, then water vapor is directly sublimated under the vacuum condition, and the substances are left in an ice shelf during freezing, so that the physical, chemical and biological denaturation of the dried substances is prevented to the greatest extent; the pseudo-ginseng has strong fidelity and is suitable for processing high value-added products such as chemical products, medicines, space food and the like; the structure is not changed, because the drying is carried out in a frozen state, the original structure is kept, and the concentration phenomenon cannot occur; the rehydration performance is good, the water is dissolved quickly and completely after being added, and the original properties are almost immediately recovered; the storage time is long, and the drying is carried out under vacuum, so that the moisture can be removed, and the dried product can be stored for a long time without deterioration and oxidation.
