the expansion device comprises an expansion piece and a driving part for driving the expansion piece to expand and contract, the expansion piece is arranged on the guide pin, and the driving part is arranged at the handheld end.
Compared with the prior art, when the device is used for fracture auxiliary reduction, the guide pin is firstly sent into a marrow cavity at the far fracture end under C-arm perspective monitoring, then the expansion piece is moved to a broken bone position needing reduction under the C-arm perspective monitoring by using the guide pin, then an operator inflates the expansion piece by controlling the air pump, the expansion piece gradually expands, the expansion piece is gradually filled in the marrow cavity of the fractured bone in the expansion process, at the moment, the broken bone can be restored and moved, after the C-arm perspective shows that the reduction effect is satisfactory, the reduction is maintained outside the hand of the operator, the restorer is withdrawn for marrow expansion operation, after the marrow is expanded to the target diameter, the expansion piece is sent to the bone fracture end through the guide pin again, the inflation reduction process after the marrow expansion is carried out again, the restorer is withdrawn after the C-arm perspective reduction is satisfactory, and the intramedullary nail is placed into the intramedullary nail through the guide pin. The whole operation is simple and convenient, the auxiliary effect is very convenient for the operator to reset the fracture, and the practicability is higher.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the expansion piece comprises an air bag, and the air bag is sleeved outside the guide pin;
the drive portion includes air pump and trachea, the trachea is fixed attached set up in the guide pin, the air pump passes through the trachea with the gasbag is connected.
As an improvement of the scheme, one end of the air pipe is connected with the air bag, the other end of the air pipe is connected with a quick connector, and the air pump is connected with the quick connector.
As an improvement of the scheme, the outer part of the air bag is wrapped with a hard glue layer.
As an improvement of the scheme, a metal developing strip is fixedly arranged in the expansion piece.
As an improvement of the scheme, the metal developing strips are arranged in a sheet shape.
As a modification of the above, the metal developing strip is located in the middle of the air bag.
The method has the following specific beneficial effects:
1. in order to facilitate daily maintenance and storage of the device, the integral structure of the driving part is arranged in a manner of being convenient to disassemble, wherein one end of the air pipe is connected with the air bag, the other end of the air pipe is connected with a quick connector, and the air pump is connected with the quick connector;
2. the outside parcel of gasbag is provided with the ebonite layer. The arrangement of the hard glue layer is convenient for the integral shaping of the expansion piece, so that the expansion process of the expansion piece can be more stable, the use and operation stability of the device is improved, and the practicability is stronger;
3. the expansion piece is internally and fixedly provided with a metal developing strip. The metal developing strip can be developed during C-arm fluoroscopy, an operator can perform fracture reduction operation through the developing condition, the restorer can perform reduction for multiple times before and after reaming, poor fracture reduction caused by eccentric implantation of the intramedullary nail due to the fact that eccentric reaming is performed under the condition of no reduction or unsatisfactory reduction is avoided, and the intramedullary nail can be successfully implanted after reaming by expanding and reducing again;
4. in order to optimize the overall developing effect, the metal developing strips are arranged in a sheet shape and are positioned in the middle of the air bag.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a specific structure of an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a detailed structure of the expansion member in the embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an expansion member of an embodiment of the present invention.
An auxiliary reductor for fracture comprises a guide needle 1 and an expansion device 2. Wherein, one end of the guide pin 1 is a handheld end 3, and the other end is an insertion end 4. The expansion device 2 comprises an expansion piece 5 and a driving part for driving the expansion piece 5 to expand and contract, wherein the expansion piece 5 is fixedly arranged on the guide pin 1, and the driving part is arranged at the handheld end 3.
