step (2), a user opens the box cover (23), rotates the supporting rod (10) to be perpendicular to the ground, then moves the single-shaft hinged support (9) to the middle of the storage box (5) along the guide rail (8), then extends the telescopic rod (11) to a specified length (matched with the height of the user), and then rotates the two handles (13) to be horizontal to the ground;
step (3), the user starts the PCB (3) through an external controller, so that the processing module (20) executes a body fat detection program stored in the storage module (21) in advance;
step (4), the processing module (20) monitors the current indoor temperature and humidity in real time through the temperature and humidity sensor (30), and if the current indoor temperature and humidity do not meet specified requirements, the processing module (20) instructs an air conditioner, a dehumidifier and a humidifier in the same family wireless network to work through the wireless module (22) until the indoor temperature and humidity meet the specified requirements;
step (5), the processing module (20) sends information to an external controller through the wireless module (22) so as to remind a user to weigh the weight once, and the user holds the handle (13) in a double-shaft manner in the weighing process, so that the stability of the user standing on the scale body (1) is improved (namely the body of the user does not shake to a large extent);
step (6), after the step (5) is completed, the user gets off the scale body (1), then the processing module (20) informs the user to wait for a specified duration through the external controller and does not need to do strenuous exercise in the waiting process, the processing module (20) is matched with an intelligent bracelet worn by the user in the waiting process to monitor the exercise state of the user in real time, so that the user is reminded of not doing strenuous exercise in time, and when the processing module (20) detects that the user does strenuous exercise in the waiting process, the processing module (20) informs the user to return to the step (5) through the external controller;
step (7), when the waiting result in the step (6) is finished, the processing module (20) sends information to an external controller through the wireless module (22) so as to remind the user to weigh the weight once again, the processing module (20) compares the two weight weighing results of the user so as to judge whether the user eats during the waiting period, if the judgment result is that the user eats, the processing module (20) reminds the user to return to the step (5) through the external controller, and if the judgment result is that the user does not eat, the processing module (20) reminds the user to enter the following step (8) through the external controller;
step (8), the processing module (20) reminds a user to clean the moisture on the surface of the body through an external controller, and sequentially stretches out and attaches the suckers (17) to the specified skin surface of the body (including but not limited to the hand backs of two hands, the wrist joints of two wrists, the instep of two feet and the ankle joints of two ankles);
wherein, the user can clean the electrode plate (18) when the electrode plate is adsorbed on the surface of the skin of the body, and the user can independently select whether to coat the conductive paste on the electrode plate (18) according to the requirement;
wherein each electrode plate (18) has a special address number in the storage module (21), and the suction cup (17) where each electrode plate (18) is located is provided with the name and the pattern of the attached position, namely the position of each electrode plate (18) attached to the body of a user is determined;
step (9), following the step (8), the user sends out a body fat measurement instruction to the scale body (1) through the external controller, then the user holds the handle (13) with both hands to ensure the stability of the body, the processing module (20) controls the sound equipment in the same family wireless network to play the soothing music through the wireless module (22) after receiving the instruction to relax the body of the user, then the processing module (20) determines the impedance value of the skin of each part of the body of the user through the electrode plate (18), and after the determination process is finished, the processing module (20) reminds the user that the measurement result is finished through controlling the sound equipment;
and (10) the processing module (20) in the step (9) immediately carries out calculation by substituting the impedance values measured on the electrode plates (18) into a specified special formula, so that the body fat rate of the user is calculated, then the processing module (20) sends the detection result to an external controller through a wireless module (22), then the user checks the detection result of the body fat rate through the APP on the external controller, and each measurement result of the user is stored in the corresponding account number in the APP.
2. The body fat detection method of the body fat scale according to claim 1, wherein the method is implemented by comprising a scale body (1), an insulating component and a detection component;
a power module (2) and a PCB (printed circuit board) are arranged in an accommodating cavity in the scale body (1), a display screen (4) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the front side of the scale body (1), and a storage box (5) is arranged on the side wall of the front side of the scale body (1);
the insulation component comprises an anti-skid insulation pad (6) laid on the ground and insulation support legs (7) arranged at the bottom of the scale body (1);
the detection assembly comprises a guide rail (8) arranged on the bottom wall of the storage box (5), a single-shaft hinged support (9) in damping type sliding connection with the guide rail (8), a support rod (10) with the bottom in damping type rotary connection with the single-shaft hinged support (9), a telescopic rod (11) coaxially fixed at the top of the support rod (10), a double-shaft hinged support (12) fixed at the top of the telescopic rod (11), a pair of handles (13) in damping type rotary connection with the double-shaft hinged support (12), a group of wire take-up rollers (15) uniformly arranged in an inner cavity (14) of the support rod (10) along the axial direction of the support rod (10), two wires (16) reversely wound on the wire take-up rollers (15), a suction cup (17) arranged at the outer end part of the wire (16) and an electrode plate (18) arranged on the inner wall of the suction cup (17) and electrically connected with the corresponding wire (16), the wires (16) penetrate out of the wire grooves on the corresponding transverse side walls on the supporting rod (10) to the outside;
the lead (16), the power supply module (2) and the display screen (4) are all electrically connected to the PCB (3).

The body fat detection method of the body fat scale according to claim 2, wherein the outer side wall of the scale body (1) is provided with an interface module (19) electrically connected with the power supply module (2), and the PCB (3) is provided with a processing module (20), a storage module (21) and a wireless module (22).
