Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a multifunctional tooth cleaning device and a working method thereof, which combine the functions of a toothbrush, a water dental floss and water cleaning into a whole, can use toothpaste to brush teeth like a common toothbrush, and cleans teeth in a large area; open water dental floss function then can reject the residue thing to the slit between the teeth, can open water cleanness at last and wash tooth oral cavity totally, above-mentioned work can be realized through simple operation, also can set for procedure automatic operation and accomplish, makes clean tooth also like full-automatic washing machine laundry simple, only needs one gently according: the whole process of cleaning teeth of brushing teeth, rinsing teeth and cleaning oral cavity is realized automatically, the cleaning rate of cleaning teeth of people is improved, and the teeth cleaning is more convenient and efficient.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is disclosed a multi-functional tooth cleaning device, including a toothbrush head and a handle; the toothbrush head comprises a toothbrush head part, a toothbrush rod and a mounting part positioned at the tail part of the toothbrush head; the toothbrush head is provided with toothbrush bristles and water outlets with different functions, the toothbrush rod is provided with water channels respectively communicated with the water outlets, the mounting part is provided with water inlets respectively communicated with the water channels, and the toothbrush head can be detachably mounted on the toothbrush handle;
the brush holder includes shell, inlet tube (mouth) and change-over valve, the change-over valve is equipped with input, output and actuating mechanism, the input with inlet tube (mouth) is connected, the output respectively with different functions the water inlet is connected, actuating mechanism controls certain way the input and certain way the water circulation or the jam of output, and then the water in the control inlet tube (mouth) is from different functions the delivery port blowout.
Further, the switch valve includes a manual switch valve whose drive mechanism is manually operated or an electric switch valve whose drive mechanism is electromagnetically controlled.
Further, the water outlets with different functions of the toothbrush head comprise at least two of a water dental floss water outlet, a water cleaning water outlet and a cleaning liquid (or toothpaste liquid) water outlet; the water channels are respectively connected with the water dental floss water channel, the water cleaning water channel and the cleaning liquid (or toothpaste liquid) water channel of the water outlets with different functions; the water inlet is a water dental floss water inlet, a water cleaning water inlet and a cleaning liquid (or toothpaste liquid) water inlet which are respectively connected with the different water channels.
Further, the handle includes: the device comprises a shell, an electric conversion valve, a control module, a water pump, a water tank and a power supply module; the electrical switching valve, the control module, the water pump, the water tank, and the power module are mounted in the housing, wherein the electrical switching valve, the control module, the water pump, and the power module are electrically connected; the water pump is provided with a water inlet pipe (port), a water pump main body and a water outlet pipe (port); the water tank is a container for storing water and other liquids; the power supply module supplies power to the control module, the water pump and the electric conversion valve; the electric conversion valve, wherein the number of the input ends is 1, and the number of the output ends is 2; the input end is connected with a water outlet pipe (port) of the water pump, one output end is connected with the water inlet of the water dental floss, and the other output end is connected with the water cleaning water inlet; the electric switching valve controls the water in the water outlet pipe (port) of the water pump to be sprayed out from the water dental floss water outlet or sprayed out from the water cleaning water outlet; the control module controls the water pump, the electric conversion valve and other actuating mechanisms to work.
Further, the control module comprises a signal input unit, a central processing unit and an output control unit; the signal input unit receives user information and transmits the user information to the central processing unit, the central processing unit receives and processes the user information to form a working program, the working program is transmitted to the output control unit, and the output control unit receives and controls actuating mechanisms such as the water pump and the electric conversion valve to work according to the working program.
According to the fluid mechanics principle, the flow speed, the water column pressure and the flow of the fluid water outlet are related to the total area of the water outlet, and the larger the area of the water outlet is, the slower the flow speed, the lower the water column pressure and the larger the flow of the water outlet are; the water outlets of the toothbrush head are designed in sequence, so that the toothbrush head has different water outlet flow rates, water column pressures and water outlet amounts to realize the functions of water dental floss and water cleaning; the water outlet capable of realizing the water dental floss function is called as a water dental floss water outlet and is characterized by small water outlet area, large water outlet pressure, high flow speed, small flow and thin water outlet shape; the water outlet capable of realizing the water cleaning function is called as a water cleaning water outlet and is characterized by large water outlet area, small water outlet pressure, slow flow speed, large flow and divergent water outlet shape.
The invention also discloses a working method of the multifunctional tooth cleaning equipment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the multifunctional tooth cleaning device comprises a toothbrush head and a toothbrush handle, wherein the toothbrush head is provided with toothbrush bristles, a water dental floss water outlet and a water cleaning outlet; the brush handle comprises an electric change-over valve, a water pump, a control module and a power supply module, wherein the control module comprises a signal input unit, a central processing unit and an output control unit; the working method is executed by the control module and comprises the following actions:
the signal input unit receives a user operation instruction and transmits the user operation instruction to the central processing unit, the central processing unit receives the operation instruction and selects a corresponding default working program from a plurality of default working programs according to the operation instruction and transmits the default working program to the output control unit, and the output control unit receives the default working program and controls the multifunctional tooth cleaning equipment to work according to the default working program.
Meanwhile, the signal input unit receives a modification operation instruction of a user in real time and transmits the modification operation instruction to the central processing unit, the central processing unit receives the modification operation instruction and forms a new working program according to the modification operation instruction and transmits the new working program to the output control unit in real time, and the output control unit receives the new working program and controls the multifunctional tooth cleaning equipment to work according to the new working program;
after the multifunctional dentifrice device is finished operating, the new operating program may be set as a default operating program.
The default working program is a preset instruction for controlling the working of actuating mechanisms such as the water pump and the electric conversion valve and a command combination thereof; the instructions comprise a starting instruction and a stopping instruction of the water pump, working parameters of the water pump such as power, frequency and water outlet pressure, a water outlet instruction of the water dental floss and a water outlet cleaning instruction of the water outlet, wherein the water outlet instruction is controlled by the electric conversion valve.
The default working programs are various according to the tooth characteristics of different people, and a user can select the default working program suitable for the user according to the requirement of the user or modify the default working program to enable the default working program to become the default working program more suitable for the user; the user can also modify the working program while working by using the multifunctional teeth cleaning equipment, and the modified working program is set as the default working program.
The signal input unit receives user working parameters and transmits the user working parameters to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit receives the working parameters, forms a default working program according to the working parameters and sets a mode for selecting the default working program.
The invention has the advantages that the working mode of the water dental floss and the toothbrush solves the problems that the teeth are not thoroughly cleaned by the toothbrush at present and the slit between the teeth is cleaned by the tooth flusher, the tooth brushing and the tooth flushing are completed at one time, the tooth cleaning is more thorough, the efficiency is higher and the use is more convenient; the water cleaning and toothbrush working mode can save the trouble of gargling and cleaning the oral cavity by taking the water cup for brushing the teeth, the tooth brushing and the tooth cleaning are completed at one time, the use is simpler, and the tooth cleaning is more efficient. When the residues in the slits between the teeth are more, the water dental floss function is started to brush the teeth, when the residues in the slits between the teeth are less, the water cleaning function is started to brush the teeth, the water dental floss function can also be used for brushing the teeth at night, the water cleaning function is used for brushing the teeth after meals, and the consumption can be flexibly selected according to the needs of the user. The embodiment of the invention can also realize an intelligent automatic tooth cleaning mode, automatically complete tooth brushing, tooth gap flushing and cleaning, and is convenient for users.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention: a multi-function device 100 for cleaning teeth, comprising a toothbrush head 10 and a handle 20;
the toothbrush head 10 comprises a toothbrush head 101, a toothbrush rod 102 and a mounting part 103 at the tail part of the toothbrush head 10; the toothbrush head part 101 is provided with toothbrush bristles 11 and water outlets 12 with different functions, the toothbrush rod 102 is provided with water channels 13 respectively communicated with the water outlets 12 with different functions, the mounting part 103 is provided with water inlets 14 respectively communicated with the water channels 13, and the toothbrush head 10 is detachably mounted on the toothbrush handle 20.
The water outlets 12 with different functions comprise a water floss outlet 121 and a water cleaning outlet 122; the water channel 13 comprises a water dental floss water channel 131 communicated with the water dental floss water outlet 121 and a water cleaning water channel 132 communicated with the water cleaning water outlet 122; the water inlet 14 includes a floss water inlet 141 in communication with the floss water channel 131 and a water cleaning water inlet 142 in communication with the water cleaning water channel 132.
A brush handle 20 comprising a housing 24, an electric change-over valve 22, a control module 23, a water pump 21, a water tank 28 and a power supply module 25; the electrical switching valve 22, the control module 23, the water pump 21, the water tank 28, and the power module 25 are mounted in the housing 24, wherein the electrical switching valve 22, the control module 23, the water pump 21, and the power module 25 are electrically connected.
The water pump 21 comprises a water inlet pipe (port) 211, a water pump main body 210 and a water outlet pipe (port) 212, wherein the water inlet pipe (port) 211 is connected with the water tank 28, and the water outlet pipe (port) 212 is connected with an input end 223 of the electric conversion valve; the water tank 28 is a container for storing liquid such as water, and supplies water to the water pump 21.
The power supply module 25 is a device including a dry battery, a storage battery or a direct current power supply and the like which can provide power, and the power supply module 25 supplies power to the control module 23, the water pump 21 and the electric conversion valve 22.
An electric switching valve 22 including an input 223, an output 221, and a driving mechanism 222, in this embodiment, the number of the input 223 is 1, the number of the output 221 is 2, and the driving mechanism 222 is an electromagnetic drive; wherein the input end 223 is connected with the water outlet pipe (port) 212 of the water pump 21, one output end 2211 is connected with the water dental floss water inlet 141, and the other output end 2212 is connected with the water cleaning water inlet 142; the electrical diverter valve 22 directs water from the water pump outlet line 212 to be in fluid communication with the water floss inlet 141 or the water cleaning inlet 142.
When the water outlet pipe (port) 212 is controlled to be in water communication with the water dental floss inlet 141, when the water pump 21 is in operation, water in the water tank 28 enters the water pump main body 210 through the water inlet pipe (port) 211, passes through the water outlet pipe (port) 212, the input end 233 of the change-over valve, the output end 2311, the water dental floss inlet 141, the water dental floss water channel 131 after being pressurized by the water pump main body 210, and is finally ejected from the water dental floss outlet 121.
When the water outlet pipe (port) 212 is controlled to be in water communication with the water cleaning water inlet 142, when the water pump 21 operates, water in the water tank 28 enters the water pump main body 210 through the water inlet pipe (port) 211, is pressurized by the water pump main body 210, passes through the water outlet pipe (port) 212, the input end 233 of the change-over valve, the output end 2312, the water cleaning water inlet 142, the water cleaning water channel 132, and is finally ejected from the water cleaning water outlet 122.
The control module 23 controls the water pump 21, the electric switching valve 22 and other actuators to work.
Because the flow velocity, flow and water column pressure at the liquid outlet are related to the area of the liquid outlet and the flow velocity, flow and pressure when the liquid enters the water inlet, in the embodiment of the invention, the total area of the water outlet is different by designing different cross sections of the water outlet and the number of the water outlets, and further, when the water inlet pressure is constant, the water outlet flow velocity, flow and water pressure of the water outlet are different, and the water outlet shape of the water outlet is also different. The water outlet with small water outlet area, high water outlet pressure, high flow speed and small flow and the shape of the water outlet being a thin line is called a water dental floss water outlet; the water outlet with large water outlet area, small water outlet pressure, slow flow speed and large flow and the shape of water outlet in a divergent shape is called a water cleaning water outlet.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of the floss outlet 121 is at least 1, and the cross-sectional area of the outlet is a circular hole with a diameter of 0.5-1.2mm, preferably 1 circular hole with a diameter of 0.6 mm; the number of the water cleaning water outlets 122 is at least 2, and the cross section area of the water outlets is a circular hole with the diameter of 0.6-2 mm; the best proposal is that 8 circular holes with the diameter of 0.8mm are uniformly arranged according to the shape of the brush head; the water outlets with the same function share a water channel and a water inlet with the same function.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 23 includes a signal input unit 231, a central processing unit 232, and an output control unit 233, wherein the signal input unit 231 includes a wired electrical signal source, and the wired electrical signal source includes a button 2311, a button 2312, and a button 2313.
In another embodiment, the signal input unit 231 includes a radio signal source including a wireless communication interface 2316, and the wireless communication interface 2316 can receive operating parameters sent by a smart phone, a computer, a far infrared controller, or the like.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, an embodiment of a desktop multifunctional tooth cleaning device (100) is shown, in which a brush handle is divided into two parts, namely a handle 30 and a main machine 40, and a switching valve is installed in the handle, and the invention is characterized in that: comprises a toothbrush head 10, a handle 30 and a main machine 40; the handle 30 comprises a handle shell 31, a water inlet pipe (port) 33 and a change-over valve 32, wherein an output end 322 of the change-over valve 32 is connected with a water inlet 14 of the toothbrush head 10, one output end 3221 is connected with a water dental floss water inlet 141, the other output end 3222 is connected with a water cleaning water inlet 142, and the water inlet pipe (port) 33 is connected with an input end 321 of the multi-way change-over valve 32; the handle case 31 allows the brush head 10 to be detachably mounted on the handle 30; the switching valve 32 includes a manual switching valve or an electric switching valve, and when it is set as an electric switching valve, a cable 35 electrically connected to the main machine 40 is additionally provided.
The host 40 comprises a host shell 41, a water pump 43, a water tank 48, a control module 44 and a power supply module 45; the water pump 43, the water tank 48, the control module 44 and the power supply module 45 are installed in the host shell 41, the water pump 43, the control module 44 and the power supply module 45 are electrically connected, the water pump 43 takes water from the water tank 48, the water is pressurized and then is sent into the input end 321 of the multi-way switching valve 32 through the water inlet pipe 33, and the switching valve 32 controls the water to be sprayed out from the water floss water outlet 121 of the toothbrush head 10 or flow out from the water cleaning water outlet 122; the control module 44 controls operation of actuators such as the water pump 43 and the electrical switch valve 32.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, another embodiment of a desktop multifunctional tooth cleaning device (100) is shown, in which a brush handle is divided into two parts, namely a handle 30 and a main unit 40, and an electric switching valve 42 is installed in the main unit 40, and is characterized in that: comprises a toothbrush head 10, a handle 30 and a main machine 40;
the handle 30 comprises a handle shell 31, a water outlet pipe (opening) 37 and a water inlet pipe (opening) 33, the water inlet pipe (opening) 33 is connected with the water outlet pipe (opening) 37, one path 371 of the water outlet pipe (opening) 37 is connected with a water dental floss water inlet 141 of the toothbrush head 10, and the other path 372 is connected with a water cleaning water inlet 142; the handle 30 detachably mounts the brush head 10;
the host 40 comprises a host shell 41, a host water outlet pipe 46, an electric change-over valve 42, a water pump 43, a water tank 48, a control module 44 and a power supply module 45; the electric switching valve 42, the water pump 43, the water tank 48, the control module 44 and the power supply module 45 are installed in the main machine housing 41, wherein the electric switching valve 42, the water pump 43, the control module 44 and the power supply module 45 are electrically connected; the input end of the electric change-over valve 42 is connected with the water outlet of the water pump 43, the output end of the electric change-over valve 42 is connected with the host water outlet pipe 46, the host water outlet pipe 46 is communicated with the water inlet pipe (port) 33 of the handle, and the host water outlet pipe 46 and the handle water inlet pipe 33 are set as double water pipes.
The water pump 43 takes water from the water tank 48, the water is pressurized and then sent to the input end of the electric switching valve 42, the electric switching valve 42 controls water to be sprayed out from the water outlet 12 with different functions of the toothbrush head 10, and the control module 44 controls the water pump 43, the electric switching valve 42 and other actuators to work.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in another embodiment of the desktop multifunctional dentifrice device (100), the handle 30 further includes an operation panel 34, the operation panel 34 includes a wired electric signal source, and the operation signal of the operation panel 34 is transmitted to the control module 44 of the host computer 40 through the cable 35.
In another embodiment, the handle 30 further includes an operation panel 34, the operation panel 34 includes a radio signal source, the operation signal transmits the operation signal through a wireless communication interface 36, and a wireless communication interface is provided on the control module 44 of the host 40 to implement wireless communication with the handle 30.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an operating method of a multifunctional teeth cleaning device 100, which is characterized in that: the multi-functional tooth cleaning device 100 includes a toothbrush head 10 and a handle 20; the toothbrush head 10 is provided with toothbrush bristles 11, a water floss outlet 121, a water cleaning outlet 122, a water channel 13 and a water inlet 14 which are respectively communicated with the water outlet 12; the brush handle 20 comprises an electric change-over valve 22, a water pump 21, a control module 23, a water tank 28 and a power supply module 25, wherein an input end 2231 of the electric change-over valve 22 is connected with a water outlet pipe (port) 212 of the water pump, one output end 2211 of the electric change-over valve 22 is connected with a water dental floss water inlet 141, and the other output end 2212 is connected with a water cleaning water inlet 142; the water inlet pipe (port) 211 of the water pump 21 takes water from the water tank 28, after being pressurized, the water is output to the input end 2231 of the electric change-over valve through the water outlet pipe (port) 212 of the water pump, and the electric change-over valve 22 controls the water to be sprayed out from the water outlet 121 of the water dental floss or flow out from the water cleaning water outlet 122; the control module 23 controls the electric change-over valve 22, the water pump 21 and other actuating mechanisms to work; the control module 23 includes a signal input unit 231, a central processing unit 232, and an output control unit 233; the signal input unit 231 includes buttons 2311, 2312, and 2313;
referring to fig. 9, a flow chart of an embodiment of a manual teeth cleaning mode of the multi-function teeth cleaning device 100 is shown:
s1101 water cleaning mode tooth brushing: pressing the button 2311 once, spraying water at the default water pressure at the water cleaning water outlet 122, and pressing the button 2313 to stop water outlet; at this stage, if 2311 is slowly and continuously clicked, the water pressure at the water cleaning outlet 122 gradually decreases; if the button 2311 is clicked in rapid succession, the water pressure of the water cleaning outlet 122 is gradually increased. When the buttons 2311 and 2313 are pressed simultaneously within 2 seconds after the work is finished, the water pressure of the water cleaning water outlet 122 is set as a default value for the next direct use.
S1102 water dental floss mode brushing teeth: pressing the button 2312 once, the water floss water outlet 121 outputs water at default water pressure, and the button 2313 is pressed to stop water output; in this working phase, if 2312 is slowly and continuously clicked, the water pressure at the water outlet 121 of the water dental floss gradually decreases; if the button 2312 is rapidly and continuously clicked, the water pressure of the water outlet 121 of the dental floss is gradually increased; when the buttons 2312 and 2313 are pressed simultaneously within 2 seconds after the work is finished, the water pressure of the water outlet 121 of the water dental floss is set as a default value for the next direct use.
Referring to fig. 10, a flow chart of an embodiment of an automatic teeth cleaning mode of the multi-function teeth cleaning device 100 is shown:
s1201 preparing, namely, coating toothpaste on the toothbrush bristles and sending the toothbrush head into an inlet;
s1203 is started, the button 2311 is pressed for two times, and the multifunctional tooth cleaning equipment 100 enters an automatic tooth cleaning mode of the working program A; automatically discharging water for 5 seconds from a water cleaning water outlet to wet the toothbrush bristles and toothpaste;
s1205 tooth brushing: starting manual tooth brushing, and automatically switching to the step S1207 after the duration time is 60 seconds; during the time period, if the button 2311 is pressed, the water cleaning water outlet is used for draining water at default water pressure, and if the button is not pressed, the water is not drained; if the button 2312 is pressed, the water outlet of the water dental floss sprays water at default water pressure, and if the button is not pressed, the water is not sprayed; if the button 2313 is pressed for two times, the process is ended, the process directly jumps to the step S1207, and if the button 2313 is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the operation of the multifunctional tooth cleaning equipment 100 is ended; the button 2312 is pressed 2 times within 1 second after the end of the process, so that the working time of the process can be prolonged by 10 seconds.
S1207, brushing teeth in a water dental floss mode, wherein water is sprayed from a water dental floss water outlet at default water pressure, and the process is switched to the S1209 after the duration time is 30 seconds; if the button 2312 is slowly and continuously clicked in the time period, the water outlet pressure of the water dental floss water outlet is gradually weakened; if the button 2312 is rapidly and continuously clicked, the water outlet pressure of the water dental floss water outlet is gradually increased; when the button 2313 is pressed twice, the process is ended, and the process directly jumps to the step S109; if the button 2313 is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the operation of the multifunctional tooth cleaning device 100 is finished; the button 2312 is pressed 2 times within 1 second after the end of the process, so that the working time of the process can be prolonged by 10 seconds.
S1209 water cleaning mode brushing: spraying water at a clean water outlet at a default water pressure, and turning to the step S1211 after the duration time is 30 seconds; if the button 2311 is slowly and continuously clicked in the time period, the water outlet pressure of the water cleaning water outlet is gradually reduced; if the button 2311 is rapidly and continuously clicked, the water pressure of the water cleaning water outlet is gradually increased; when the button 2313 is pressed for two times, the process is ended, and the operation of the multifunctional tooth cleaning equipment 100 is ended; the second button 2311 is pressed quickly within 1 second after the end of the process, so that the working time of the process can be prolonged by 10 seconds.
And S1211 is ended: within 2 seconds of the end of the job, when the button 2311 and the button 2313 are pressed simultaneously, the modified content of the job of the multifunctional tooth cleaning device 100 is stored in the job program a in a default mode for the next direct use.
By analogy, the button 2312 is pressed for two times, the multifunctional tooth cleaning device 100 enters the automatic tooth cleaning mode of the working program B, the button 2313 is pressed for two times, and the multifunctional tooth cleaning device 100 enters the automatic tooth cleaning mode of the working program C; the working programs A, B, C may correspond to the user A, B, C, respectively, or to different time cleaning modes of the same user, such as morning, noon, evening, etc.
