一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,包括有银铜混合芯线,铝箔,银铜编织线,白色和黑色TPE胶料,其特征在于采用银和铜经高温熔化后按1:1混合在一起,挤压出银铜混合线,用白色TPE胶料压铸成绝缘芯线,将绝缘芯线包裹铝箔和编织多股银铜混合线,用红白绿黑的TPE胶料分别成形四条不同颜色外被,按红白绿黑顺序平行排列,在黑色线边缘上分布一条地线,把排好的芯线用黑色TPE胶料压铸成形为四芯平行同轴芯线,在同轴芯线外缘有银铜混合线屏蔽网,用黑色或白色TPE胶料成形外被,其特征在于柔软,抗干扰,抑制线与线之间的相互干扰,屏蔽传输信号对外辐射,应用于数据信号的传输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,应用于各种仪器设备抗干扰数据传输。
背景技术
在仪器设备内的信号传输接口安装,使用的电缆硬,安装不方便,在使用多条信号接口安装时,要使用多条电缆,信号传输容易相互干扰,本发明一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,具有双层屏蔽,抗干扰强,柔软,屏蔽在传输信号中线与线之间的相互干扰,屏蔽传输信号对外辐射,应用于各种仪器设备抗干扰数据信号的传输。
发明内容
本发明提供一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,包括有银铜混合芯线,铝箔,银铜编织线,白色TPE胶料,黑色TPE填充胶料,其特征在于银铜混合芯线采用银和铜经高温熔化后按1:1混合在一起,挤压出银铜混合线,用白色TPE胶料在银铜混合芯线上压铸成绝缘芯线,所述的银铜绝缘芯线外皮包裹铝箔,在铝箔上用多股银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网,将己编织屏蔽网的银铜混合线分别用红白绿黑四种颜色的TPE胶料分别成形四条不同颜色的外被。
本发明所述的一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,其特征在于四种颜色外被的银铜混合芯线,分别以红白绿黑四条线平行排列,在已排列的黑色银铜混合线边上分布一条地线,把己排列的红白绿黑外被的银铜芯线和地线用黑色TPE填充胶料进行压铸成形,组成四芯平行同轴芯线,将己成形的四芯平行同轴芯线外缘用多股银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网,把己编织屏蔽网的四芯平行线用黑色或白色TPE胶料成形外被。
本发明所述的地线釆用多股银铜线经绞线后分布在黑色银铜混合线外被的边上。
本发明一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,采用银和铜经高温熔化后按1:1混合在一起,挤压出银铜混合线,阻抗小,传输速度快,在银铜混合芯线压铸的绝缘上包裹铝箔,在铝箔上用多股银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网,使用中,每条线的屏蔽网以接地方式连接,在四条平行线的外被用多股银铜混合线编织屏蔽网,屏蔽四条平行线传输信号对外辐射,TPE材料柔软有弹性,机械强度高,具有双层屏蔽,抗干扰强,柔软,屏蔽在传输信号中线与线之间的相互干扰,屏蔽传输信号对外辐射,应用于各种仪器设备抗干扰数据信号的传输。

具体实施方式
参考图1:一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,其结构有:银铜混合芯线1,白色TPE胶料2,铝箔3,多股银铜编织屏蔽网4,红色TPE外被5,白色TPE外被6,绿色TPE外被7,黑色TPE外被8,黑色TPE填充胶料9,多股银铜编织屏蔽网10,TPE外被11,地线12。
参考图2:银铜混合芯线1采用银和铜经高温熔化后按1:1混合在一起,挤压出银铜混合线1,用白色TPE胶料2在银铜混合芯线1上压铸成绝缘芯线,所述的银铜绝缘芯线外皮包裹铝箔3,在铝箔3上用多条直径0.1mm的银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网,制成多股银铜编织屏蔽网4,将己编织屏蔽网的多股银铜混合线分别用红白绿黑四种颜色的TPE胶料分别成形四条不同颜色的外被,制作成红白绿黑外被的四条TPE银铜混合芯线。
参考图3:将红色外被的银铜混合芯线5,白色外被的银铜混合芯线6,绿色外被的银铜混合芯线7,黑色外被的银铜混合芯线8分别以红白绿黑顺序平行排列,在已排列的黑色银铜混合线8边上分布一条地线12,把己排列的红白绿黑外被的银铜芯线和地线12用黑色TPE填充胶料9进行压铸成形,组成四芯平行同轴芯线。
参考图4:所述己成形的四芯平行同轴芯线外缘用多条直径0.1mm的银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网10,把己编织屏蔽网的四芯平行线用黑色或白色TPE胶料11成形外被。
制作程序:银水(高温熔化)+ 铜水(高温熔化)→ 银铜混合芯线1 → 白色TPE胶料2挤压成形为绝缘芯线 → 包裹铝箔3 → 编织多股银铜编织屏蔽网4 → 成形红色外被的银铜混合芯线5, 编织多股银铜编织屏蔽网4 → 成形白色外被的银铜混合芯线6,编织多股银铜编织屏蔽网4 → 成形绿色外被的银铜混合芯线7,编织多股银铜编织屏蔽网4 →成形黑色外被的银铜混合芯线8,红色外被的银铜混合芯线5 + 白色外被的银铜混合芯线6+ 绿色外被的银铜混合芯线7 + 黑色外被的银铜混合芯线8 + 地线12 → 平行排列 →黑色TPE填充胶料9成形 → 用黑色或白色TPE胶料11成形外被。

1.一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,包括有银铜混合芯线,铝箔,银铜编织线,白色TPE胶料,黑色TPE填充胶料,其特征在于银铜混合芯线采用银和铜经高温熔化后按1:1混合在一起,挤压出银铜混合线,用白色TPE胶料在银铜混合芯线上压铸成形绝缘芯线,所述的银铜绝缘芯线外皮包裹铝箔,在铝箔上用多股银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网,将己编织屏蔽网的银铜混合线分别用红白绿黑四种颜色的TPE胶料分别成形四条不同颜色的外被。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,其特征在于四条四种颜色外被的银铜混合芯线,分别以红白绿黑四条线平行排列,在已排列的黑色银铜混合线边上分布一条地线,把己排列的红白绿黑外被的银铜芯线和地线用黑色TPE填充胶料进行压铸成形,组成四芯平行同轴芯线,将己成形的四芯平行同轴芯线外缘用多股银铜混合线进行编织屏蔽网,把己编织屏蔽网的四芯平行线用黑色或白色TPE胶料成形外被。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔软抗干扰通信线缆,其特征在于所述的地线釆用多股银铜线经绞线后分布在黑色银铜混合线外被的边上。
