The air outlet grille 125 arranged on the air outlet opening can be an existing grille structure; the shape of the air outlet grille 125 is consistent with the shape of the air outlet opening; the air outlet grille 125 can be clamped on the air outlet opening, and the air outlet grille 125 can also be fixed on the air outlet opening through screws.
Referring to fig. 7, the panel 2 is an integral module, which is detachably connected to the panel frame 12 through the rotatable connecting mechanism 3, and the detachment is simple and convenient. The panel comprises a panel housing 21, a decorative plate 22, a display panel 23, a mounting bracket 24 and a light bar 25, wherein the panel housing 21 comprises a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface is a side surface facing the host housing 11, and the second side surface is a side surface facing away from the host housing 11. The light bar 25 is mounted on a side of the mounting bracket 24 facing the decorative panel 22, and the light bar 25 may be an LED strip for illumination. Light bar 25 may extend along the length of mounting bracket 24, and light bar 25 may also extend along the width of mounting bracket 24. Alternatively, referring to fig. 7, the light bar 25 is provided with three light bars, two light bars extend along the width direction of the mounting bracket 24, one light bar extends along the length direction of the mounting bracket 24, and the side edge of the mounting bracket 24 close to the cover plate 3 is not provided with the light bar 25. Light bar 25 can bond on mounting bracket 24, and light bar 25 can also the joint on mounting bracket 24.

In the present embodiment, one end of the rotatable connecting mechanism 3 is slidably mounted on a side of the panel 2 away from the outlet grille 125, for example, referring to fig. 3, a sliding slot 26 extending along a first predetermined direction is provided on the panel 2, the connecting seat 31 of the rotatable connecting mechanism 3 is at least partially accommodated in the sliding slot 26, and the connecting seat 31 can slide along the sliding slot 26. Wherein, when the panel 2 is rectangular, the first predetermined direction is the width direction of the panel 2. The connecting arm 32 of the rotatable connecting mechanism 3 is hinged with the main body 1, for example, the other end of the rotatable connecting mechanism 3 is hinged with the main body 1 through a hinge. This allows the rotatable coupling mechanism 3 to be hidden between the panel 2 and the main body 1. Moreover, a clamping member 4 is further disposed on one side of the panel 2 close to the air outlet grille 125, that is, the clamping member 4 is mounted on the mounting bracket 24, and an avoiding opening for avoiding the clamping member 4 is provided on the panel housing 21. The host 1 is provided with a fitting member 122 that is engaged with the engaging member 4, that is, the fitting member 122 is provided on the panel frame 12, and the reliability of the installation of the panel 2 is further improved by engaging the engaging member 4 with the fitting member 122.
The slide groove 26 is provided on the mounting bracket 24, and when the mounting bracket 24 has a rectangular shape, the slide groove 26 extends in the width direction of the rectangular mounting bracket 24. The panel housing 21 is provided with a relief opening for relieving the rotatable connecting mechanism 3. The slide groove 26 may be formed by the mounting bracket 24 being recessed toward the trim panel 22; alternatively, the sliding chute 26 may also be a rectangular barrel structure, a bottom wall of the rectangular barrel is fixed on the mounting bracket 24 by screws, and a top wall of the rectangular barrel is provided with an opening 264 for the rotatable connecting mechanism 3 to pass through, specifically, the sliding chute 26 includes a bottom wall 261, two side walls 262 oppositely arranged on the bottom wall 261 at intervals, and a top wall 263 opposite to the bottom wall 261, the top wall 263 is respectively connected with the two side walls 262, and the top wall 263 is provided with an opening 264; in the first preset direction, the size of the opening 264 is larger than that of the connecting column 312, and the size of the opening 264 is smaller than that of the base 311; the bottom wall 261 is fixed to the first device. The bottom wall 261, one of the side walls 262, the top wall 263 and the other side wall 262 are sequentially connected and enclosed to form a rectangular barrel structure, the bottom wall 261 is fixed on the mounting bracket 24, and the top wall 263 is provided with an opening 264. In the direction X in fig. 7, the size of the opening 264 is larger than that of the connecting column 312, and the size of the opening 264 is smaller than that of the base 311, so as to ensure that the base 311 is located in the sliding slot 26 and cannot fall out of the sliding slot 26. Further, the top wall 263 and the bottom wall 261 of the sliding groove 26 are respectively provided with a guiding groove, and correspondingly, the base 311 is provided with a guiding protrusion matched with the guiding groove, so that the base 311 can slide more smoothly along the sliding groove 26.
In the configuration shown in fig. 1, the base 311 is rectangular, and accordingly, the cross section of the chute 26 is rectangular. Of course, the base 311 and the sliding groove 26 may have other shapes, for example, the sliding groove 26 is a dovetail groove.
The structure of the clamping member 4 and the fitting member 122 may be various, for example, one of the clamping member 4 and the fitting member 122 is a buckle, and the other of the clamping member 4 and the fitting member 122 is a slot, that is, the clamping member 4 is a slot, and the fitting member 122 is a buckle fitted with the slot; or, referring to fig. 3, the clamping member 4 is a buckle, and the buckle includes a buckle seat and a clamping arm connected to each other, where the buckle seat is fixed on the mounting bracket 24, the panel housing 21 is provided with a mounting opening, and the clamping arm passes through the mounting opening and is clamped with the clamping groove. Referring to fig. 4, the mating member 122 is a slot for mating with a snap, that is, the surface of the panel frame 12 is recessed toward the main chassis 11 to form a slot.
In order to further improve the reliability of the installation of the panel 2, taking the panel 2 as a rectangular structure as an example, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of rotatable connecting mechanisms 3 are provided, for example, two, three, four, etc., and the plurality of rotatable connecting mechanisms 3 are provided at intervals along the second preset direction; and/or, the clamping members 4 are provided with a plurality of, for example, two, three, four, etc., and the plurality of clamping members 4 are arranged at intervals along the second preset direction, and accordingly, the number and the positions of the matching pieces 122 are in one-to-one correspondence with those of the clamping members 4. Wherein, the second preset direction is the length direction of the panel 2. Alternatively, the number of the rotatable connecting mechanisms 3 and the number of the engaging members 4 are the same, for example, two rotatable connecting mechanisms 3 are provided at both ends of the panel 2, and two engaging members 4 are provided at positions opposite to the rotatable connecting mechanisms 3.
When the panel 2 is disassembled during maintenance, the clamping piece 4 is separated from the matching piece 122; then, moving the panel 2 for a preset distance to provide a rotating space for the rotation of the panel 2; finally, the panel 2 is rotated relative to the main frame 1, so that the panel 2 can be opened, and the filter screen, the air outlet grille 125 and the like on the panel frame 12 are cleaned and maintained, and the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency is high; and panel 2 rotates with panel frame 12 to be connected and joint dual junction for panel 2's installation is more reliable and more stable.
To better conceal the rotatable link mechanism 3, referring to fig. 6, the panel frame 12 is provided with a receiving slot 121 for receiving the link arm 32. The panel frame 12 is recessed toward the main chassis 11 to form a receiving groove 121. The number and positions of the accommodating grooves 121 correspond one-to-one to those of the rotatable coupling mechanisms 3. The accommodating groove 121 extends along the width direction of the rectangular panel frame 12, and the accommodating groove 121 is located at one end away from the air outlet grille 125.
The fresh air heater provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a host, a panel and at least one rotatable connecting mechanism, wherein one end of the panel is provided with a clamping piece, and the host is provided with a matching piece clamped with the clamping piece; one end of the rotatable connecting mechanism is slidably arranged on the panel, the other end of the rotatable connecting mechanism is hinged with the host, and the rotatable connecting mechanism can be hidden between the panel and the host, so that the attractiveness of the whole machine is improved; when dismantling the panel, the panel can slide relative to the host computer and predetermine the distance and reserve and rotate relative to the host computer after the occupation space again to open the panel, maintain host computer and panel, easy operation is convenient, and is efficient. And, utilize joint spare and fitting piece joint, further improve the stability and the reliability that panel and host computer are connected.
