Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of cracking furnace burners and relates to a cracking furnace wall-attached high-efficiency low-nitrogen burner.
Background
The cracking furnace is the largest energy-consuming equipment in an ethylene plant, and the burner is an important component of the cracking furnace. The heat efficiency of the heating furnace is improved, the furnace tube is heated uniformly, the service life of the furnace tube is prolonged, and the heat dissipation loss of the furnace wall is reduced as much as possible, which is always a problem to be solved by the industry. When the burner of the cracking furnace burns, the flame is attached to the peripheral furnace wall of the burner and is not diffused, so that the temperature of the furnace wall plate in the flame attached wall area is greatly higher than that in other areas. The temperature of the furnace wall around the combustor is high, and the heat dissipation loss is large. The wall-attached flame formed by the combustion nozzle of the existing cracking furnace burner is small, so that the peripheral temperature gradient of the nozzle is large, and the heating is uneven.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems, the wall-attached high-efficiency combustor of the cracking furnace is provided. The burner can recover the heat lost by the high-temperature wall plate, is used for heating combustion air, reduces the heat loss of the heating furnace and improves the heat efficiency of the heating furnace. The temperature fields of the furnace wall plate and the steel structure are more uniform, and the internal thermal stress of the steel structure is reduced. The burner nozzle is upgraded, so that the flame wall attachment area is larger, the temperature gradient is reduced, the furnace tube is heated more uniformly, and the service life of the furnace tube is prolonged. The fan cover is added on the outer side of the combustor, air enters the air inlet of the combustor through the area between the fan cover of the combustor and the furnace wall plate during combustion, heat exchange is carried out between low-temperature air and the high-temperature furnace wall plate in the process, the furnace wall plate heats the air, and the heated air enters the combustor through the air inlet of the combustor and is mixed with fuel for combustion. Therefore, the local high temperature of the furnace wall plate can be reduced, the heat dissipation loss of the cracking furnace is reduced, and the air is heated, so that the heat efficiency of the heating furnace is improved.
The technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows:
a cracking furnace wall-attached high-efficiency low-nitrogen combustor comprises a combustor diffusion nozzle 1, a combustor body 2, a combustor air inlet 3, a combustor fan cover 4 and a rain baffle 5. The combustor is provided with a fan cover 4, and a narrow air channel is formed between the air channel and the furnace wall plate.
The burner diffusion nozzle protrudes relative to conventional burner nozzles, extending beyond the refractory brick and the furnace wall. The wall-attached flame area of the burner is expanded from the traditional area I to the area II; the expansion of the flame area can reduce the temperature gradient around the burner, reduce the thermal stress of the steel structure around the burner, and the expansion of the flame area can make the furnace tube heated more uniformly.
The upper part of the fan cover 4 of the burner is provided with a rain baffle 5, so that the burner can stably operate under various working conditions.
When the cracking furnace burns, air enters the air inlet of the combustor through the area between the fan cover of the combustor and the wall plate of the combustor, heat exchange is carried out between low-temperature air and the wall plate of the high-temperature furnace, the wall plate of the furnace heats the air, and the heated air enters the combustor through the air inlet of the combustor and is mixed with fuel for combustion. Therefore, the local high temperature of the furnace wall plate can be reduced, the heat dissipation loss of the cracking furnace is reduced, and the heat efficiency of the heating furnace is also improved.
