Wherein the sealing gasket 4 comprises a first sealing surface 401 which is arranged on the surface of the hinge seat 3 in the hinge installation area 2 and at least covers the first shell 301 and the second shell 302 and is exposed at the buckling position of the hinge installation area 2; the first sealing surface 401 comprises a horizontal sealing surface which covers the hinge base 3 at the mounting opening and is exposed on the surface of the hinge mounting area 2; a side wall sealing surface which is connected with the horizontal sealing surface and extends outwards along the side wall of the hinge seat 3 extending out of the mounting opening; the horizontal sealing surface and the side wall sealing surface are formed in the hinge installation area 2, so that water is prevented from entering the sealing structure inside the tray seat 1 from the buckling position of the first shell 301 and the second shell 302, and the first sealing surface 401 and the second sealing surface 402 which wrap the hinge seat 3 and are exposed in the hinge installation area 2 are arranged, so that washing water in the hinge installation area 2 is prevented from entering the tray seat 1 from the buckling joint of the hinge seat 3.
Further, the horizontal sealing surface and the side wall sealing surface form an included angle for enabling the side wall sealing surface to be attached to the side wall of the hinge base 3; preferably, the included angle is an obtuse angle.
Further, the first sealing surface 401 is made of a high-elasticity rubber material, and the high-elasticity material ensures that the horizontal sealing surface and the side wall sealing surface of the first sealing surface 401 form a sealing structure which tightly wraps the hinge base 3 at the mounting opening and is exposed on the surface of the hinge mounting area 2.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the sealing structure of the tray 1 of the washing machine according to this embodiment further includes a pressing rib 7 connected to the second pressing surface 6 and disposed from far to near with respect to the hinge base 3; the extrusion muscle 7 orientation sealing pad 4 one side direction is protruding, specifically, through setting up extrusion face and extrusion muscle 7, is right sealing pad 4 produces the extrusion force of different degree, and then makes sealing pad 4 produce the deformation of different degree, reaches multiple sealed effect, and further, through setting up two different extrusion faces for the lateral wall of hinge seat 3 and hinge seat 3 butt portion 8 all obtains fine sealedly, has avoided the washing water from the seam of the hinge seat 3 lateral wall of lock, gets into the inside of dish seat 1.
Further, the deformation amount generated by the extrusion rib 7 extruding the third sealing surface 403 is larger than the deformation amount generated by the extrusion rib 6 extruding the fourth sealing surface 404, and the deformation amount of the sealing gasket 4 in the two sealing areas is different, so that the sealing effect of the sealing gasket 4 in the two sealing areas is different, multiple seals are formed, and the possibility that the sealing gasket 4 is pressed outwards is reduced.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the sealing structure of the tray 1 of the washing machine according to the present invention, a sealing structure is formed between the tray 1 and the hinge base 3, an extrusion structure is disposed at a contact portion between the tray 1 and the hinge base 3, the extrusion structure surrounds the mounting opening and is disposed at a side facing the inside of the tray 1, the hinge base 3 is provided with the abutting portion 8 corresponding to the extrusion structure, a sealing gasket 4 is disposed between the extrusion structure and the abutting portion 8, the extrusion structure extrudes the sealing gasket 4, and under the combined action of the abutting portion 8, the sealing gasket 4 deforms to realize the sealing between the tray 1 and the hinge base 3.
Further, in order to facilitate observation of the sealing structure between the disc seat 1 and the hinge seat 3, as shown in fig. 4, as seen from the schematic view of the enlarged portion in fig. 4, the sealing gasket 4 is deformed by the pressing structure, the deformation of the abutting portion 8 by the pressing structure is formed by the cross section portion in fig. 4, specifically, the sealing gasket 4 is arranged in a step shape, so that the situation that the sealing effect is poor when the sealing gasket 4 is pressed by the pressing structure of the disc seat 1 is avoided, the sealing effect is ensured by the multi-layer sealing, as seen in fig. 4, the pressing structure presses the abutting portion 8 to form a plurality of sealing areas, namely, a first area 9, a second area 10, a third area 11 and a fourth area 12, wherein the deformation amount of the sealing gasket 4 in the first area 9 is larger than the deformation amount of the sealing gasket 4 in the second area 10, the sealing gasket 4 is prevented from being pressed by the pressing structure, water drops are prevented from flowing into the sealing gasket 4, the sealing gasket is prevented from being covered by the second area 1, and the water drops are prevented from being further leaked into the sealing gasket 1, and the sealing gasket 1 is prevented from being further sealed by the sealing gasket 1, and the sealing gasket is prevented from being further sealed by the sealing gasket 1, and the sealing seat is further from being covered by the sealing seat, and the sealing seat 1; meanwhile, a fourth area 12 is further arranged between the first area 9 and the second area 10, the fourth area 12 is a hollow sealing area with at least part of air, and when the first area 9 or the second area 10 fails, the fourth area 12 can form a buffer zone to prevent washing water from directly flowing into the inner wall of the tray seat 1.
In a specific embodiment, at least the cross section of the mating portion of the pressing rib 7 and the sealing gasket 4 is arc-shaped, and the pressing rib 7 shown in fig. 6 is in a planar structure, and in practical application, may be configured as an arc-shaped surface to enhance the sealing effect.
In a specific embodiment, the cross section of the matching part of the extrusion rib 7 and the sealing gasket 4 is at least two adjacent arc-shaped cross sections, and at least two arc-shaped cross sections are arranged, so that multiple sealing effects can be generated when the extrusion rib 7 is matched with the sealing gasket 4, the sealing between the tray seat 1 and the hinge seat 3 is ensured, and washing water is prevented from entering the tray seat 1; further, the radius of the arc-shaped section on the side far away from the hinge base 3 is larger than or equal to the radius of the arc-shaped section on the side close to the hinge base 3.

a horizontal sealing surface covering the hinge seat (3) at the mounting opening and exposed on the surface of the hinge mounting area (2);
and the side wall sealing surface is connected with the horizontal sealing surface, extends out of the side wall of the mounting opening along the hinge seat (3).
2. The sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to claim 1, wherein:
the horizontal sealing surface and the side wall sealing surface form an included angle for enabling the side wall sealing surface to be attached to the side wall of the hinge seat (3).
3. A sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to claim 2, wherein: the included angle is an obtuse angle.
4. A sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to claim 2, wherein: the first sealing surface (401) is made of a high-elasticity rubber material.
5. A sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the sealing gasket (4) comprises a second sealing surface (402) covering the position of the hinge seat (3) in the mounting opening and matched with the mounting opening;
the second sealing surface (402) is connected with the first sealing surface (401) and extends to one side inside the tray seat (1).
6. The sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to claim 5, wherein: and also comprises
The extrusion structure surrounds the mounting opening and is arranged on one side facing the inside of the tray seat (1);

the fourth sealing surface (404) is arranged corresponding to the extrusion rib (7).

The sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to claim 10, wherein: the fourth sealing surface (404) protrudes out of the sealing plane formed by the third sealing surface (403) and forms a step-shaped sealing structure with the third sealing surface (403) which is arranged around the hinge seat (3).

The sealing structure of a washing machine tray according to claim 10, wherein: the deformation amount generated by the extrusion rib (7) extruding the third sealing surface (403) is larger than the deformation amount generated by the extrusion rib (6) extruding the fourth sealing surface (404).
