Technical Field
the invention relates to washing machine equipment in household appliances, in particular to a top-opening type drum washing machine, in particular to a drum washing machine, wherein a drum is composed of an inner drum without dewatering holes and provided with a clothes throwing opening at the top.
Background
Washing machines are largely classified into pulsator type, pulsator type and drum type washing machines. Generally, a washing machine removes stains from laundry by the action of water and detergent.
The pulsator type washing machine performs a washing operation by rotating a pulsator at the center of a washing tub left and right. The agitator type washing machine performs a washing operation using a frictional force between water current and laundry by rotating a rotary blade at the center of a washing tub in the left-right direction. The drum type washing machine performs a washing operation by beating laundry by rotating a drum.
A drum type washing machine generally includes a housing, an outer tub for containing washing water therein, a drum for containing laundry therein, and a motor and a shaft for rotating the drum on a rear surface of the outer tub.
in addition, there are a control part for controlling the washing process, generally a control panel, and a water inlet and discharge mechanism, etc. The drum type washing machine removes stains contained in laundry using frictional force between wash water stored in a sump and the laundry in a drum and chemical action of detergent contained in the wash water.
The washing drum is used as an important part of the washing machine, is not only used for accommodating washings to form a washing container, but also can participate in washing work, particularly the drum washing machine mainly depends on the rotation action of the washing drum to lift and throw off the clothes to form a beating effect, and meanwhile, the washing drum also has a certain rubbing action on the clothes, so that the washing effect is realized by beating and washing; besides pulsator washing, many of the existing pulsator washing machines also adopt a washing drum to wash, for example, so-called "dual-power" washing machines which are popular in the market.
Compared with the pulsator washing machine, the drum washing machine has the weak point that the door is arranged at the front side, so that after water enters, the door is inconvenient to open, clothes are added again, and clothes are contained or taken out, and people need to bend down or squat down to take the clothes, which is very inconvenient for old people or pregnant women. Therefore, the top-opening type drum washing machine has the advantages that the drum washing machine is clean in washing and small in abrasion, and the rotary drum washing machine is provided with an upper opening for taking and placing clothes and can add the clothes midway.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a washing machine so as to realize the purpose of arranging a top-opening door body on a drum-type washing machine; another object is to provide a washing machine to achieve the purpose of stably operating the drum and preventing eccentric operation; still another object is to provide a hinge structure for a drum door of a washing machine, which realizes the purpose of installing a door capable of turning to open and close a clothes feeding opening on the side wall of the drum; the invention also aims to provide a washing machine, which realizes that a drum has double effects of containing washing inlet water and washing clothes by utilizing self-rotation, thereby achieving the purposes of preventing dirt from being retained in a cylinder of the washing machine and realizing no cleaning in the cylinder of the washing machine.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the basic concept is as follows:
a hinge structure for the door body of drum in washing machine features that a rotary shaft is arranged on the drum, and one side of door body is inserted in said rotary shaft for making the door body able to rotate around said rotary shaft and installed to drum.
Furthermore, the corresponding side of the door body is provided with a rotating rib which protrudes outwards, and the rotating rib is provided with a through hole which is used for the rotating shaft to pass through and extends along the axis, so that the door body can be installed on the rotating shaft in a relatively rotating manner.

Furthermore, the rotating shaft groove is sunken in the roller, the through holes arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft groove are communicated with the inside of the roller, and the dynamic seal is arranged at the through holes, so that the end part of the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged with the through holes arranged on the rotating shaft groove through the dynamic seal.
The present invention further provides a washing machine, which comprises a drum installed in a housing, wherein a laundry loading opening is formed in a sidewall of the drum, a door body capable of turning to open and close the laundry loading opening is formed on the drum, and one side of the door body is connected to the drum through any one of the hinge structures.
Furthermore, the door body is also provided with a locking structure, so that the door body is locked and fixed with the roller after the door body is buckled at the clothes throwing opening.

Through the arrangement, the purposes that the clothes input opening is formed in the side wall of the rotary drum of the washing machine, and the clothes input opening formed in the rotary drum is correspondingly sealed and closed by the door body or is opened to take and place clothes are achieved; meanwhile, the clothes feeding opening is arranged on the side wall of the drum, so that a user can open the door body from the upper part of the washing machine and can take and place clothes into and out of the drum; more particularly, the clothes feeding opening of the roller is sealed by the door body, so that the roller can be arranged as a sealed container, and the two ends of the roller can be supported by the rotating shaft in the washing process of the roller, thereby avoiding the eccentric rotation of the roller.
The hinge structure is arranged on the door body at the clothes feeding opening on the side wall of the roller, so that the door body can be installed on the roller in an outward overturning and opening manner, and the stability of the opening and closing process of the door body is ensured; meanwhile, the roller is not provided with the through hole hinged with the door body, so that the sealing property of the roller can be effectively ensured, and the water leakage of the roller from the hinged part can be avoided.
The rotary drum of the washing machine is a sealed container without dewatering holes, so that the rotary drum has double effects of a water containing outer drum and a stirring inner drum, the phenomenon that dirt is reserved on the outer wall of the inner drum and the inner wall of the outer drum due to the fact that washing water flows between the inner drum and the outer drum is avoided, the cleanliness in the rotary drum of the washing machine is improved, and the purpose that the washing machine is free of cleaning is achieved.
Meanwhile, the invention has simple structure and obvious effect and is suitable for popularization and use.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a washing machine including a drum 200 installed in a washing machine housing 100; the drum 200 comprises a side wall 1 enclosing a cylindrical structure, two ends of the cylindrical side wall 1 are sealed by sealing parts 2, a clothes input opening 3 is arranged on the side wall 1 of the drum 200, and a door 300 capable of being opened and closed is arranged at the clothes input opening 3, so that a user can take and place clothes inwards from the clothes input opening 3 on the side wall 1 of the drum.
Through the arrangement, the purposes that the clothes input opening is formed in the side wall of the rotary drum of the washing machine, and the clothes input opening formed in the rotary drum is correspondingly sealed and closed by the door body or is opened to take and place clothes are achieved; meanwhile, the clothes feeding opening is arranged on the side wall of the drum, so that a user can open the door body from the upper part of the washing machine and can take and place clothes into and out of the drum; more particularly, the clothes feeding opening of the roller is sealed by the door body, so that the roller can be arranged as a sealed container, and the two ends of the roller can be supported by the rotating shaft in the washing process of the roller, thereby avoiding the eccentric rotation of the roller.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, a washing machine is described, in which a laundry input opening 3 is provided on a side wall 1 of a drum 200, and a door 300 is provided at the laundry input opening 3 to be openable and closable.
The clothes feeding opening which can be opened and closed correspondingly through the door body is formed in the side wall of the drum of the washing machine, so that the purpose that a user can take and place clothes from the side wall of the drum is achieved, the structural layout of the whole machine of the drum washing machine is improved, and the purposes that the user can observe the inside of the drum from top to bottom and can feed and take the clothes are facilitated.
In this embodiment, two ends of the cylindrical sidewall 1 of the drum 200 are sealed by the sealing parts 2, so that the drum forms a sealed cylindrical chamber. The drum 200 may be a sealed container without dewatering holes and having only the laundry inlet 3 on the sidewall 1 of the inner tub, so that the drum in this embodiment has dual purposes of rotating to beat and wash laundry and hermetically containing water for washing, thereby achieving the effect of integrating the inner and outer tubs of the drum washing machine into one and integrating the same into a single drum.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the roller water inlet function of the sealed container, any existing water inlet structure may be adopted, for example: the rotating shaft 11 connected with the center of the drum 200 is set as a sleeve, and two ends of the sleeve are respectively communicated with the water inlet structure of the washing machine and the inside of the drum, so as to realize the purpose of water inlet to the inside of the drum through the sleeve; in order to realize the dewatering and drainage functions of the drum constituting the sealed container, the drum 200 may be provided with any conventional dewatering and drainage structure, for example: the side wall 1 is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is correspondingly provided with a centrifugal valve so as to open a valve core of the centrifugal valve under the action of centrifugal force when the roller rotates at high speed and close the valve core of the centrifugal valve under the action of self braking force when the roller rotates at low speed.
In this embodiment, at least one of two ends of the drum 200 along the axial direction is mounted on the casing 100 through the rotating shaft 11 and connected to the rotor of the driving motor, so that the drum 200 can be rotatably mounted in the casing 100 around the rotating shaft 11; preferably, the rotating shafts 11 are all arranged coaxially with the axis of the drum 200; preferably, the two sealed ends of the drum 200 are connected to the casing 100 through the rotating shaft 11, so that the two ends of the drum 200 are supported, the drum 200 does not eccentrically rotate during the rotation, the washing machine does not need to be provided with a deviation rectifying structure such as a balance ring, the structure of the whole washing machine is simplified, the operation stability of the whole washing machine is improved, and the vibration and noise are reduced.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, a washing machine is disclosed, which includes a drum 200 installed in a housing 100, wherein an axis of the drum 200 is horizontal or inclined, a laundry input opening 3 is formed in a sidewall of the drum 200, and a door 300 for turning over and opening the laundry input opening 3 is formed in the drum 200.
In this embodiment, the drum 200 includes a cylindrical sidewall 1, and two ends of the cylindrical sidewall 1 are respectively sealed by corresponding side sealing parts 2, so that the drum 200 forms a cylindrical sealed container; an opening is arranged on the cylindrical side wall 1, the opening forms a clothes input opening 3, and the door body 300 can be turned outwards to be opened and correspondingly covers the opening. Preferably, the axis of the drum 200 extends horizontally, and both sealed ends of the drum 200 are hinged to the washing machine housing 100 through the rotating shaft 11, respectively, so that the drum 200 can be mounted inside the washing machine housing 100 to rotate around the shaft.
In this embodiment, one side of the door 300 is hinged to the drum 200 via the hinge structure 400, so that the door can be rotatably mounted on the drum 200 around the rotating shaft 14.
In this embodiment, the middle of the door 300 protrudes toward the inside of the drum 200 to form a protruding portion 8 protruding from the laundry input port 3 into the inside of the drum 200; the relative drum 200 inner wall of bulge 8 is protruding to the section of thick bamboo and is set up to make bulge 8 drive clothing in the drum 200, produce along with the drum 200 is rotatory and promote and beat the motion, in order to wash the clothing, make bulge 8 possess the function that the drum promoted the muscle.
In this embodiment, the door 300 is provided with at least one additive feeding portion, and each additive feeding portion is respectively communicated with the inside of the drum 200 through an automatic feeding structure, so that the additives contained in the additive feeding portions are correspondingly fed into the drum 200. Preferably, the protrusion 8 formed on the door 300 is hollow, and the hollow chamber forms one or more independent additive feeding portions.
in this embodiment, the outer periphery of the door 300 is a smooth annular curved surface, and the annular curved surface is correspondingly attached to and in contact with the outer wall of the drum 200 at the outer edge of the clothes inlet 3. In this embodiment, a circle of sealing ring 12 made of elastic material is disposed at the corresponding joint contact position of the door 300 and the drum 200, so as to correspond to the fastening contact position of the door 300 and the drum 200.
In this embodiment, the top of the washing machine casing 100 is provided with a door 700 capable of being turned upwards and opened, and the laundry loading port 3 provided on the drum 200 and the door 700 are correspondingly overlapped in the vertical direction, so that the door 700, which can be opened by a user, can open and close the door 300 in the casing 100 and at the laundry loading port 3 of the drum.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is based on the second embodiment, and further has the following technical features: as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment, an outer tub 800 is further disposed in the washing machine casing 100, and upper and lower ends of the outer tub 800 are respectively connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of the washing machine casing through a hanging spring 82 and a supporting member 83, so that the outer tub 800 can be installed in the casing 100 to generate a vibration displacement. The drum 200 is coaxially sleeved inside the outer drum 800, and both ends of the outer drum 800 are hermetically arranged to form a sealed container for the outer drum 800 to contain the water inlet of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, the top of the sidewall of the outer tub 800 is provided with an opening, and the opening is arranged opposite to the laundry input opening 3 arranged on the sidewall 1 of the drum, so that after the drum 200 stops rotating, a user can control the door 300 at the laundry input opening 3 to open and close from the opening arranged on the top of the sidewall 1 of the outer tub, and further laundry input and taking are realized.
in this embodiment, the drum 200 nested in the outer tub 800 is provided with a plurality of dewatering holes, and each dewatering hole communicates the inside of the drum 200 with the chamber between the drum 200 and the outer tub 800.

In this embodiment, an upwardly extending flexible sleeve 81 is connected to the opening of the outer cylinder 800, and the flexible sleeve 81 is formed by a corrugated tube capable of generating axial and radial telescopic displacements; one end of the flexible sleeve 81 is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the opening arranged on the outer cylinder 800, and the other end of the flexible sleeve is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the corresponding opening of the shell 100, so that the opening of the outer cylinder 800 is communicated with the corresponding opening on the shell 100 through the flexible sleeve 81, and the washing water in the outer cylinder is prevented from flowing between the outer cylinder and the shell from the opening.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the convenience of the washing machine, a drum positioning device can be additionally arranged on the washing machine, so that when the drum stops rotating, a clothes feeding opening arranged at the rotation stopping position of the drum is towards the opening of the top shell, and a user can conveniently control the door body at the clothes feeding opening and feed and take clothes into and from the clothes feeding opening.
Example four
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, this embodiment describes a locking structure for a drum door body of a washing machine applied to any one of the first to third embodiments, a laundry loading opening 3 is provided on a drum sidewall 1, a latch hook 4 is provided on the drum sidewall 1 in a radially protruding manner, and an extending end of the latch hook 4 is bent toward an opposite side of the door body 300, a handle 5 hinged and connected to the door body 300 and lockable and fixed is provided on the door body 300, a latch tongue 7 capable of rotating around a turning shaft is provided on the handle 5, the latch tongue 7 and the latch hook 4 are locked and buckled after the door body 300 is turned over and closed, the handle 5 and the door body 300 are fixed, so that the door body 300 and the drum 200 are locked and fixed.
By arranging the locking structure, the door body arranged at the clothes feeding opening on the side wall of the roller can be locked and fixed with the roller after being buckled, so that the condition that the door body is opened in the rotating process of the roller is avoided; meanwhile, the locking structure is stable and reliable, simple in structure and suitable for popularization and use.
In this embodiment, the latch hook 4 is sheet-shaped, one end of which is attached to the outer side wall of the drum 200, and the other end of which is provided with an arc-shaped portion bent towards the outside of the drum 200 and away from the door 300.
In this embodiment, one end of the bar-shaped handle 5 is disposed near the latch hook 4 and rotatably connected to the door 300 via the hinge shaft 7, and the other end of the handle 5 is provided with a locking structure that is locked and fixed with the drum 200.

The present embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that: the latch hook 4 of the locking structure 500 is fixedly mounted on the door body 300, and the latch tongue 6 is fixedly mounted on the drum 200, so that the purpose of locking and fixing the door body 300 through the locking structure 500 after buckling can be realized.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a locking structure 500 for a drum door body of a washing machine, wherein a laundry loading opening 3 is arranged on a drum side wall 1, a latch hook 4 which is radially protruded and provided with an extending end bent toward the center of the drum 300 is arranged on one side of the drum 300, a handle 5 which is hinged and connected and can be locked and fixed is arranged on the drum side wall 1 of the drum 200, a latch tongue 6 which can rotate around a turning shaft is arranged on the handle 5, after the door body 300 is turned over and closed, the latch tongue 7 and the latch hook 4 are locked and buckled, and the handle 5 is rotated to be locked and fixed with the drum 200, so that the door body 300 and the drum 200 are locked and fixed (not shown in the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the present embodiment, a sealing structure 600 for a drum door body applied to the washing machine according to any one of the first to third embodiments is described, a laundry input opening 3 is provided on a side wall 1 of the drum 200, a door body 300 correspondingly engaged with the laundry input opening 3 is provided at the laundry input opening 3, a ring of sealing ring 12 extending along an outer edge of the laundry input opening 3 is provided at a joint of the door body 300 and the drum 200, and the joint of the door body 300 and the drum 200 is sealed by the sealing ring 12.
By the sealing structure, the door body at the clothes feeding opening on the side wall of the roller is in sealing contact with the roller, so that the situation that water contained in the roller leaks out of the roller from the clothes feeding opening is effectively avoided.

In the embodiment, an inwards concave groove 13 is arranged on the roller, a clothes input opening 3 is arranged at the bottom of the groove 13, and a certain gap distance is formed between the peripheral contour line of the clothes input opening 3 and the periphery of the bottom of the groove; the door body 300 is correspondingly buckled in the groove 13, so that the periphery of the buckled door body 300 is correspondingly attached to the side wall of the groove 13; the sealing ring 12 is correspondingly arranged at the position where the groove bottom of the groove 13 corresponds to the outer periphery of the door body 300.

The present embodiment is different from the sixth embodiment in that: the sealing ring is correspondingly and regularly arranged on the door body, and the aims of fixedly arranging the sealing ring and correspondingly sealing the joint of the door body and the roller can also be fulfilled.
In this embodiment, a circle of groove 13 extending along the opening of the laundry loading port 3 and opening toward the drum is disposed on the smooth arc surface of the outer periphery of the door 300, the sealing ring 12 is correspondingly pressed into the groove 13, and the lower end of the sealing ring 12 protrudes from the opening of the groove to be correspondingly attached to and contacted with the outer wall of the drum after the door is fastened (not shown in the drawings).
Example eight
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, this embodiment describes a hinge structure for a door body of a drum of a washing machine applied to any one of the first to third embodiments, wherein a rotating shaft is disposed on the drum, one side of the door body is correspondingly disposed on the rotating shaft, and the door body is rotatably hinged to the drum around the rotating shaft, so that the door body can be turned over and closed to be fastened to a clothes inlet disposed on a side wall of the drum.
The hinge structure is arranged on the door body at the clothes feeding opening on the side wall of the roller, so that the door body can be installed on the roller in an outward overturning and opening manner, and the stability of the opening and closing process of the door body is ensured; meanwhile, the roller is not provided with the through hole hinged with the door body, so that the sealing property of the roller can be effectively ensured, and the water leakage of the roller from the hinged part can be avoided.
In this embodiment, the corresponding side of the door 300 is provided with a rotating rib 10 protruding outward, and the rotating rib 10 is provided with a through hole for the rotating shaft 11 to pass through and extending along the axis, so that the door 300 can be relatively rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 14.
In this embodiment, the roller 200 is provided with a rotating shaft groove 15 with a recessed inner portion, the rotating shaft 14 is arranged in the rotating shaft groove 15, and two ends of the rotating shaft 14 are respectively connected with the groove walls of the rotating shaft groove 15; the rotating shaft groove 15 is a groove with an open upper part, the rotating rib 10 arranged on the corresponding side of the door body 300 is correspondingly arranged in the rotating shaft groove 15, and the rotating shaft 14 penetrates through a through hole arranged on the rotating rib 10.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the rotation rib 10 along the axis direction are respectively in limit contact with the side wall of the rotation shaft groove 15, so as to prevent the rotation rib 10 from generating axial displacement in the rotation process.
In this embodiment, the corresponding side of the door body 300 is provided with a plurality of sections of rotating ribs 10 arranged at intervals, a plurality of sections of limiting ribs 9 protruding outwards and extending are arranged at intervals in the rotating shaft groove 15 of the roller 200 along the axis extending direction, and the rotating ribs 10 and the limiting ribs 9 are arranged in a staggered manner.
In this embodiment, the two ends of each rotating rib 10 are in spacing contact with the corresponding ends of the adjacent limiting ribs 9 on the two sides respectively, so that the stability of the rotating process of the door body 300 is further improved, and the door body 300 is effectively prevented from generating axial displacement.
In this embodiment, the rotating shaft 14 sequentially passes through the through hole formed at the end of the rotating shaft slot 15, the through hole formed on the rotating rib 10 at the side corresponding to the door body 300, and the through hole formed on the limiting rib 9 arranged in the rotating shaft slot 15; preferably, the through holes arranged on the rotating shaft groove 15, the rotating rib 10 and the limiting rib 9 are all coaxially arranged. In this embodiment, the two end portions of the rotating shaft 14 are fixedly connected to the corresponding side walls of the rotating shaft slot 15, so that the rotating shaft 14 is fixedly installed in the rotating shaft slot 15, the door 300 can rotate around the rotating shaft 14, and the rotating shaft 14 does not penetrate into the drum 200, thereby not only ensuring the drum sealing performance at the joint of the rotating shaft 14, but also achieving the purpose of rotating the door 300 around the shaft.
In this embodiment, the rotating shaft slot 15 is recessed towards the inside of the roller 200, the through holes formed on both sides of the rotating shaft slot 15 are communicated with the inside of the roller 200, and the through holes are provided with dynamic seals, so that the end of the rotating shaft 14 is fixedly mounted with the through holes formed in the rotating shaft slot 15 through the dynamic seals.
