the sedimentation tank is positioned at the downstream of the toe filtering structure and communicated with the toe filtering structure so as to purify the water conveyed by the toe filtering structure and convey the purified water to a river channel.
2. The protective structure of road slope soil according to claim 1, wherein the pavement sidewalk diversion structure comprises: the waterproof layer and the pavement surface layer are sequentially paved from bottom to top; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
and one side of the boundary between the waterproof layer and the slope surface of the road slope is provided with the diversion ditch.
3. A protective structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the waterproof layer is formed by laying a waterproof geotextile layer.
4. The protective structure of a road slope soil body according to claim 1, wherein a first water guiding pipe is embedded in the slope surface of the road slope for conveying water drained by the pavement sidewalk water guiding structure to the toe filtering structure.
5. The protective structure of road slope soil according to claim 1, wherein the toe filter structure comprises: the gabion net comprises a gabion net and a gabion net foundation positioned below the gabion net; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the gabion mesh is arranged at the slope toe of the side slope in a blocking mode, and filter stones are filled in the gabion mesh;
and a drain pipe is buried in the gabion mesh foundation and used for discharging filtered water in the gabion mesh into the sedimentation tank.
6. The protective structure of a road slope soil mass according to claim 5, wherein a retaining wall is arranged on one side of the gabion mesh for increasing the foundation stability of the slope soil mass.

The protective structure of a road slope soil body according to claim 5, wherein a drainage ditch is arranged on one side of the toe foundation below the retaining wall, which is positioned at the outlet end of the drainage pipe, and a water outlet of the drainage ditch is communicated with a second water guide pipe for conveying water into the sedimentation tank.
8. The protective structure of road slope soil according to claim 1, wherein a first guardrail is arranged at the junction of the pavement water diversion structure and the slope surface.
9. The protective structure of road slope soil according to claim 1, further comprising: riverside sidewalk; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the riverside sidewalk is positioned between the toe filtering structure and the sedimentation tank, and a second guardrail is arranged between the riverside sidewalk and the sedimentation tank.
10. A method for protecting a road slope soil body is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, paving a pavement sidewalk water diversion structure at the top of a road side slope;
step 2, planting green plants on the slope surface of the road slope to form a vegetation layer;
step 3, the bottom of the road side slope is trimmed into a right angle to construct a slope toe filtering structure, and filter stones are filled in the slope toe filtering structure;
and 4, building a sedimentation tank at the downstream of the toe filtering structure.
