Detailed Description
As described in the background art, the laundry treatment apparatus often has problems of excessive vibration, excessive noise, and even impact of the outer tub on the cabinet, which seriously affects the use performance and experience of the laundry treatment apparatus.
To solve the above technical problems, embodiments of the present invention provide an improved laundry treating apparatus. The clothes treating apparatus includes an outer tub and a tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber provided to the outer tub. The tuning liquid cylindrical vibration absorber comprises a container and liquid arranged in the container, and an included angle is formed between a plane where a flow path of the liquid is located and the central axis of the outer cylinder.
Compared with the prior art, the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce the vibration of the clothes treatment equipment by tuning the flow of the liquid in the liquid cylindrical vibration absorber. Particularly, an included angle is formed between a plane where the flow path of the liquid is located and the central axis of the outer cylinder, so that the flow direction of the liquid in the tuning liquid cylindrical vibration absorber corresponds to the vibration direction of the outer cylinder, and a good vibration reduction effect is achieved.
In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treatment apparatus may include a drum-type laundry treatment apparatus, or a pulsator-type laundry treatment apparatus.
Specifically, the clothes treatment apparatus of the two forms can comprise an outer drum, an inner drum and a driving system. The inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder and can rotate relative to the outer cylinder under the drive of the drive system. The force generated by the rotation of the inner drum can be transmitted to the outer drum and cause vibration of the outer drum.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

It should be understood that from other viewing angles of the laundry treating apparatus, there may be up, down, left, right, front, and rear directions corresponding to the respective viewing angles; the upper, lower, left, right, front and rear directions illustrated in some of the drawings provided in the embodiments of the present invention are only for convenience of describing the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and do not constitute a limiting explanation of the solutions.
In addition, it should be noted that the drawings provided in the embodiments of the present invention, especially the partial perspective schematic views, are only used for convenience and clarity to assist understanding of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention, and are not limitations or limitations of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a structure of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is another structural schematic view of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laundry treating apparatus 10 includes an outer tub 100, an inner tub 200, and a tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300. Wherein the inner cylinder 200 is rotatably provided in the outer cylinder 100, and the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 is provided on the outer cylinder 100.
In one or more embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus 10 may be drum-type, with an outer drum 100 having a central axis l that is horizontal or inclined with respect to the horizontal.
The tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 is a dynamic vibration absorber device. The dynamic vibration absorber is an apparatus for reducing vibration of an object by absorbing vibration energy of the object using a resonance system, and is based on the principle that the resonance system is added to the object and the vibration of the object is reduced by a reaction force generated by the resonance system at the time of resonance. For the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300, it mainly uses the dynamic force generated by the liquid during the flow process to reduce the vibration of the object.
Figure 3 is a schematic partial perspective view of a tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber in an embodiment of the invention showing the central axis l of the outer cartridge and the plane S in which the flow path of the liquid lies.
As shown in fig. 3, the tuned liquid cylindrical absorber 300 comprises a container 310 and a liquid 320 disposed within the container 310.
In one or more embodiments, the liquid 320 may include water, silicone oil, or glycerin.
For the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300, the liquid 320 may flow within the container 310 with the plane S in which the flow path of the liquid 320 lies at an angle θ to the central axis l of the tub 100.
In general, the angle between a plane and an axis can be acute or obtuse.
In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the included angle θ between the plane S where the flow path of the liquid 320 is located and the central axis l of the tub 100 is in the range of more than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees. In other words, the plane S on which the flow path of the liquid 320 is located is not parallel to the central axis l of the tub 100.
Generally, the tub 100 and the drum 200 of the laundry treating apparatus 10 may be coaxially disposed therebetween and have a common central axis l. The inner tub 200 rotates around the central axis l and transmits a force generated by the rotation thereof to the outer tub 100, thereby causing vibration of the outer tub 100. As such, the vibration direction of the outer tub 100 tends to be non-parallel to the central axis l thereof.
In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the plane S on which the flow path of the liquid 320 is located and the central axis l of the outer cylinder 100 are not parallel, so that the flow direction of the liquid 320 and the vibration direction of the outer cylinder 100 can better correspond to each other, and thus the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 is effectively utilized to damp and reduce the noise of the outer cylinder 100.
In one or more preferred embodiments, the angle θ between the plane S in which the flow path of the liquid 320 is located and the central axis l of the tub 100 may be 90 degrees. In other words, a plane S on which the flow path of the liquid 320 is located and the central axis l of the tub 100 may be vertically disposed.
Since the tub 100 and the drum 200 of the laundry treating apparatus 10 are coaxially disposed with each other, and have a common central axis l around which the drum 200 can rotate, the vibration of the tub 100 due to the rotation of the drum 200 tends to occur mostly in a plane perpendicular to the central axis l of the tub 100.
In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, setting the plane S where the flow path of the liquid 320 is located to be perpendicular to the central axis l of the tub 100 can improve the vibration absorbing efficiency of the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 and efficiently utilize the power generated by the flow of the liquid 320 in the container 310 to reduce the vibration of the tub 100.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the outer cylinder 100 can be subjected to vibration reduction and noise reduction by utilizing the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300, and the vibration absorption efficiency of the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 can be improved, so that the resource, the cost and the environmental quality are saved.
Figure 4 is a schematic partial perspective view of another tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention;
figure 5 is a schematic perspective view of a portion of a third tuned liquid cylinder absorber in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in the solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the container 310 may include a cylindrical cavity 330 adapted to contain the liquid 320.
Specifically, the cavity 330 has a first section 331 located at the bottom of the container 310 in the vertical direction, and a second section 332 and a third section 333 located at both sides of the first section 331 and higher, respectively. The liquid 320 fills the cross section of the first section 331 and extends longitudinally into the second section 332 and the third section 333, and a gap 334 is left above the second section 332 and the third section 333 for the liquid 320 to flow back and forth.
In implementations, the cavity 330 may have different shapes. For example, the cavity 330 may be an O-shaped cavity (as shown in FIG. 3), a U-shaped cavity (as shown in FIG. 4), a concave cavity (as shown in FIG. 5), a V-shaped cavity, or a W-shaped cavity.
In one or more embodiments, the cavity 330 has a center line of symmetry that may lie in the same vertical plane as the center axis/of the outer barrel.
In other preferred embodiments, the symmetry center line may also coincide with the central axis l of the outer cylinder. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the plane S on which the flow path of the liquid 320 is located is vertically disposed between the central axis l of the tub 100.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in one or more embodiments, the container 310 may have a shape that mates with the cavity 330.
Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a fourth tuned liquid cylinder absorber in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 6, in other embodiments, the container 310 may further have an arc structure or a ring structure that is matched with the outer circumference of the tub 100, and the cavity 330 is located in the arc structure or the ring structure.
In one or more preferred embodiments, the arcuate or annular configuration of the container 310 is disposed coaxially with the tub 100. In this manner, it is convenient for the plane S in which the flow path of the liquid 320 in the container 310 is located to be vertically disposed between the central axis l of the tub 100.
In the specific example shown in fig. 1, the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 may be sleeved at the front end of the outer tub 100 by the annular structure of its container 310.
In one or more embodiments, the container 310 and the front end of the outer tub 100 can be connected together in a male-female manner.
In the specific example shown in fig. 2 and 6, the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 may be integrally sleeved on the outer circumference of the outer tub 100 by the annular structure of the container 310 thereof.
In one or more embodiments, the annular configuration of the container 310 can have an inner circumferential profile that matches an outer circumferential profile of the tub 100. Thus, the container 310 can be stably sleeved on the outer circumference of the outer tub 100 by its annular structure.
In the specific example shown in fig. 4, the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 may be fitted over the front end or outer circumference of the outer tub 100 by the arc-shaped structure of its container 310.
In the specific example shown in fig. 5, the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 may be provided at the top or bottom of the tub 100.
Figure 7 is a schematic perspective view of a portion of a fifth tuned liquid cylinder absorber in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 further comprises a baffle 340 disposed within the cavity 330, the baffle 340 being adapted to increase the resistance to the flow of the liquid 320 within the cavity 330 and to match the frequency range of the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 to the vibration frequency range of the laundry treating apparatus 10.
The provision of the damper 340 in the cavity 330 not only increases the damping but also widens the vibration absorbing frequency of the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300, so that the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 can better damp and reduce the noise of the outer cylinder 100.
Referring to fig. 3, in one or more embodiments, the blocking portion 340 may include a baffle having a through hole 341, an edge of the baffle being completely engaged with an inner sidewall of the cavity 330, the through hole 341 being adapted for the liquid 320 to flow through.
Referring to fig. 7, in other embodiments, the blocking portion 340 may include a stopper that engages a portion of the inner sidewall of the cavity 330 and forms a gap with another portion of the inner sidewall of the cavity 330, the gap being suitable for the liquid 320 to flow through.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 7, in some preferred embodiments, the stop 340 is located within the first section 331 of the cavity 330.
In an ideal state, for the laundry treating apparatus 10, the vibration frequency F of the outer drum 100 thereof has the following relationship with the rotation speed v of the inner drum 200:
F=v/60。
in an ideal state, for the tuned liquid column vibration absorber 300, the vibration absorbing frequency f has the following relationship with the liquid column height h of the second section 332 and the third section 333:
Figure BDA0002371194160000081
where g is the acceleration of gravity.
In order to achieve a preferable vibration absorbing effect, the liquid column height h of the second section 332 and the third section 333 may be calculated by setting F to F, and the vibration absorbing frequency F of the tuned liquid column vibration absorber 300 may be equal to or close to the vibration frequency F of the outer tub 100 by adjusting the liquid column height h of the second section 332 and the third section 333. In this way, the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 can perform excellent vibration damping and noise reduction on the outer cylinder 100.
In the specific implementation, the influence of the total mass of the liquid 320, the pipe diameters of the second section 332 and the third section 333, the hole diameter of the baffle plate or the size of the stop block on the damping effect needs to be considered. The specific effect can be obtained by relevant experiments. In view of the fact that the relevant experiments are common general knowledge in the field of tuning liquid cylindrical vibration absorbers, they will not be described in detail here.
In one or more embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus 10 may set a plurality of tuned liquid cylindrical-shaped vibration absorbers 300 according to the operating rotation speed of the drum 200 in different operation modes, and make each tuned liquid cylindrical-shaped vibration absorber 300 correspond to a different operating rotation speed. In this way, the laundry treatment apparatus 10 can be made to perform vibration damping and noise reduction through the corresponding tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300 under different operation modes.
In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 10 further includes a cabinet disposed outside the tub 100 and not in direct contact with the tub 100. The arrangement of the box is conventional in the art and will not be described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the laundry treating apparatus 10 further includes an elastic damping assembly 400. Both ends of the elastic damping member 400 are connected to the outer tub 100 and the cabinet, respectively, and the outer tub 100 is suspended in the cabinet.
In some preferred embodiments, the elastic damping assembly 400 may be provided in two sets. One set is disposed at the left upper side of the outer tub 100, and the other set is disposed at the right upper side of the outer tub 100. The elastic damping member 400 located at the upper left of the tub 100 includes an upper left end and a lower right end, the lower right end of which is connected to the upper left end of the tub 100, and the upper left end of which is connected to the left inner sidewall of the cabinet. The elastic damping member 400 located at the upper right of the tub 100 includes an upper right end and a lower left end, the lower left end of which is connected to the upper right end of the tub 100, and the upper right end of which is connected to the right inner sidewall of the cabinet.
In a particular implementation, the elastic damping assembly 400 may include a hook 410 and an elastic member 420. The hook 410 and the elastic member 420 are connected to each other through one end thereof, and the other end of the hook 410 is connected to the case; the other end of the elastic member 420 is connected to the outer tub 100. The elastic member 420 may employ a spring.
In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 10 further includes a vibration damping support 500 disposed at the bottom of the tub 100. One end of the vibration-damping support 500 is connected to the bottom of the outer tub 100, and the other end thereof is connected to the inner bottom wall of the cabinet.
In some preferred embodiments, there may be two shock mounts 500. Among them, one vibration damping support 500 is provided obliquely to the left and lower with respect to the bottom of the outer cylinder 100, and one vibration damping support 500 is provided obliquely to the right and lower with respect to the bottom of the outer cylinder 100.
In particular implementations, the shock mount 500 may employ a damping shock absorber as is known in the art.
The clothes treatment equipment 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is additionally provided with the elastic damping component 400 and the vibration reduction support 500 on the basis of vibration reduction by utilizing the tuned liquid cylindrical vibration absorber 300, so that the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects can be further improved.
