Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a working principle of a sharing operating system sharing a plurality of operation platforms according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a flow chart of a sharing operation method of multiple operation stations provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a standard mechanical device, a standard operation platform and a standard control system are a group of automation systems, the standard control system can generate an action control instruction and transmit the action control instruction to the standard operation platform, and the standard operation platform can control the standard mechanical device to execute corresponding actions according to the action control instruction; the corresponding relation among the three is a standard corresponding relation. Specifically, in a group of automation systems, a standard mechanical device is provided with a standard operation console and a standard control system corresponding to the standard mechanical device; similarly, a standard console has a standard mechanical device and a standard control system corresponding to the standard console, and a standard control system has a standard mechanical device and a standard console corresponding to the standard control system. The standard console, the standard control system, and the standard machine do not only include a one-to-one correspondence, for example, one standard console may control a plurality of standard control systems, or one standard control system may control a plurality of standard machines, or one standard machine. It should be noted that, in a group of automation systems, the standard operation table, the standard control system and the labeling machine are all manufactured by the same manufacturer.
In this application, multiple groups of automation systems are comprehensively managed by sharing the operating system 200, for example, as shown in fig. 1, an operation console a in the automation system a may control a standard mechanical device B in the automation system B through an operation task on the operation console a under the comprehensive management of the sharing operating system 200, so as to achieve the sharing operation of the operation console and improve the operation efficiency of the automation dock. The automation system A and the automation system B can be produced by the same manufacturer or produced by different manufacturers.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the sharing operation method of the multiple operation stations includes the following steps:
step S101: acquiring request information of a standard control system, wherein the request information comprises action request information and attribute information of the standard control system;
in step S101, the standard control system may generate request information, where the request information includes action request information, and the action request information corresponds to an action that needs to be performed by the standard mechanical device corresponding to the standard control system. For example, when the standard mechanical equipment is a lifting appliance, the standard control system is a lifting appliance control system, and the action request information includes information of a lifting appliance for grabbing goods, that is, the action request information corresponds to the lifting appliance for grabbing goods.
Since the function of the standard mechanical device is not unique, for example, the standard mechanical device is a maintenance device, the operation tasks on the operation platform corresponding to the maintenance device are mostly various actions representing maintenance, and the standard control system corresponding to the maintenance device generates a control instruction of a specific maintenance action, so that attribute information of the standard control system can classify a plurality of standard control systems. For example, standard control systems whose attribute information includes equipment maintenance may be categorized into the same category, and standard control systems whose attribute information includes the same manufacturer may be categorized into the same category. I.e. the attribute information comprises manufacturer of the standard control system and type information of the standard control system.
Step S102: and judging whether the standard operation tasks corresponding to the action request information in the standard operation platform corresponding to the standard control system are all occupied.
Since a standard operating table is provided with a plurality of standard operating tasks, for example, each different standard operating task on a standard operating table for controlling a spreader may include: a lifting appliance downward movement button, a lifting appliance upward movement button, a lifting appliance grabbing button, a lifting appliance goods releasing button and the like.
When the determination result in step S102 is yes, that is, the standard operation tasks corresponding to the action request information in the standard operation console corresponding to the standard control system are all occupied. For example, when the motion request information of the standard control system is the gripper information of the gripper, the gripper buttons in all the standard operation tables corresponding to the standard control system are occupied, and then the gripper cannot be controlled to perform the motion of gripping the goods by the gripper buttons on the standard operation tables. Because the standard control system and the standard operation console are produced by the same manufacturer, the operation consoles produced by other manufacturers need to be matched together at this time, and the matched operation consoles control the lifting appliance to execute the grabbing and acquiring actions, namely, execute step S103.
Step S103: according to the attribute information of the standard control system, searching an adaptation operation table which is matched with the standard control system and different in manufacturer from the database;
wherein the database may comprise a device map table, i.e. a set of information for a standard mechanical device comprising: standard mechanical equipment, a standard operation platform corresponding to the standard mechanical equipment, a standard control system corresponding to the standard mechanical equipment, attribute information of the standard control system, standard operation tasks on the standard operation platform, working states of the standard operation tasks on the standard operation platform, idle duration time of the standard operation tasks on the standard operation platform and the like.
As previously mentioned, not any standard control system may communicate with any one console, as the function of standard mechanical equipment is not unique. Only standard control systems with identical attribute information (i.e., identical class) can match with each other and control each corresponding standard machine.
As mentioned above, a standard control system has a standard console and standard machinery associated therewith, i.e., the standard control system, standard console and standard machinery associated therewith are an automation system. For the purpose of differentiation, the operating stations of the other automation systems that are matched to the standard control system are designated as the adaptation operating stations, i.e. the standard control system and the adaptation operating station do not belong to one automation system, and the standard control system and the standard operating station belong to one automation system.
For example, when the action request information of the standard control system is the spreader gripping information, the spreader gripping button in the standard console corresponding to the standard control system is being occupied, and then the purpose of step S103 is to: and searching an adaptive operation table capable of controlling the grabbing of the lifting appliance in the database.
Step S104: generating a control instruction according to the action request information and transmitting the control instruction to the adaptive operation console; i.e. when the standard control system is matched to a suitable adaptation console, control instructions can be generated. For example, after the standard control system is matched with the adapting operation platform capable of controlling the lifting appliance to grab the goods, a control instruction of the lifting appliance to grab the goods is generated, and the control instruction of the lifting appliance to grab the goods is transmitted to the adapting operation platform, so that the adapting operation platform can be controlled according to the control instruction of the lifting appliance to grab the goods, and standard mechanical equipment corresponding to the standard control system executes the action of the lifting appliance to grab the goods.
After step S104, the adaptive workbench needs to execute a corresponding operation task according to the control instruction, and at this time, the working state of the adaptive workbench is recorded, and the database is updated according to the working state of the adaptive workbench.
According to the sharing operation method of the multiple operation tables, when standard operation tasks corresponding to the action request information in the standard operation tables corresponding to the standard control system are occupied, according to the attribute information of the standard control system, the adaptation operation tables which are the same as the standard control system in type and different in manufacturer are searched in a database; when an adaptation operation task corresponding to the action request information in the adaptation operation platform is idle, generating a control instruction according to the action request information; and transmitting the control instruction to the adaptation console. Under the condition of various operation platforms, when the standard operation platforms corresponding to the standard control system are occupied, namely, when the standard operation platforms of the same manufacturer corresponding to the standard control system are occupied, the operation platforms produced by other manufacturers can be distributed to perform corresponding operation, so that the utilization efficiency of the operation platforms in the automatic wharf is improved, and the remote operation efficiency of the automatic wharf is improved. That is, under the condition of various manufacturer operation platforms, and when the standard operation platform corresponding to the standard control system is occupied, the operation platforms of other manufacturers with the same matching function as the standard control system can be shared for operation, and the operation platforms of other manufacturers can be allocated for corresponding operation, so that the utilization rate of the operation platform is improved, and the remote operation efficiency of the automatic wharf is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for sharing operation of multiple operation consoles provided in the present application, as shown in fig. 3, when the determination result in step S102 is no, that is, when a standard operation task corresponding to the action request information in at least one standard operation console corresponding to the standard control system is not occupied, that is, is idle. I.e., at least one of the standard consoles is idle in the same standard console as the manufacturer of the standard control system,
for example, when the motion request information of the standard control system is the spreader gripping information, the spreader gripping button in the standard console corresponding to the standard control system is idle, step S105 is performed, i.e
Step S105: and generating a control instruction according to the action request information and transmitting the control instruction to one of the at least one standard operation console. That is, the standard operation table belonging to the same automation system as the standard control system is directly utilized to control the standard mechanical equipment to execute corresponding actions. For example, when the lifting appliance grabbing button on the standard operation platform is idle, a control instruction for grabbing goods by the lifting appliance can be generated, and the control instruction for grabbing goods by the lifting appliance is transmitted to the standard operation platform.
As mentioned above, the attribute information of a standard control system is used to categorize the standard control system, and in one possible implementation, the attribute information includes the manufacturer of the standard control system and the type information of the standard control system, such as the function information; as shown in fig. 4, step S103 (searching the database for the adapting operation table which is the same as the type information of the standard control system and different from the manufacturer according to the attribute information of the standard control system) further includes the steps of:
step S1031: according to the manufacturer of the standard control system, searching whether a first alternative operation table different from the manufacturer of the standard control system exists in a database;
when a first alternative operation table different from the manufacturer of the standard control system is found in the database, step S1032 is performed, i.e
Step S1032: according to the type information of the standard control system, searching whether a second alternative operation table consistent with the type information of the standard control system exists in the first alternative operation table;
when a second alternative operation table consistent with the type information of the standard control system is found in the first alternative operation table, step S1033 is performed, i.e
Step S1033: judging whether the alternative operation task corresponding to the action request information in the second alternative operation platform is occupied,
a standard control system is provided with a standard operation platform and standard mechanical equipment corresponding to the standard control system, and as a plurality of standard operation tasks are arranged on the standard operation platform, for distinguishing, the operation tasks on the adapting operation platform matched with the standard control system are marked as adapting operation tasks, namely the standard control system, the adapting operation platform and the adapting operation tasks do not belong to an automatic system, and the standard control system, the standard operation platform and the standard operation tasks belong to the automatic system.
When the judgment result of step S1033 is no, that is, the adaptation operation task corresponding to the action request information in the adaptation operation console is not occupied, that is, the adaptation operation task is idle; the instructions can be controlled by operating the adapting operation tasks on the adapting operation table, and the working states of the standard mechanical equipment corresponding to the standard control system are controlled.
That is, when the determination result in step S1033 is no, that is, when the candidate operation task corresponding to the action request information in the second candidate operation platform is idle, one second candidate operation platform is selected as the adaptive operation platform, that is, step S1034 is executed
Step S1034: and selecting one second alternative operation table as an adapting operation table.
From step S1031 to step S1034, the most suitable adapting operation table is selected through the manufacturer and type information of the standard control system, so that the control accuracy and efficiency are improved while sharing operation is realized.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, when at least two second alternative operation stations that are consistent with the type information of the standard control system are found in the first alternative operation station, that is, at least two alternative operation stations are found in step S1032. At this time, step S1034 needs to be executed first, that is, if the candidate operation tasks corresponding to the action request information in the at least two candidate operation platforms are idle, when the candidate operation tasks corresponding to the action request information in the at least two candidate operation platforms are idle, that is, if the judgment result of step S1034 is yes, that is, if the candidate operation tasks corresponding to the action request information in the at least two second candidate operation platforms are idle, that is, at least two second candidate operation platforms are selectable, then one of the second candidate operation platforms needs to be selected as an adaptation operation platform, that is, step S1033 is executed; namely, step S1033 specifically includes: and determining one second alternative operation platform as an adaptive operation platform according to the idle duration of the alternative operation task corresponding to the action request information in the at least two second alternative operation platforms. That is, when at least two second alternative consoles are matched, one second alternative console may be determined according to the idle duration of an alternative operation task of the at least two second alternative consoles.
In particular, determining one second alternative console based on the idle duration of an alternative operational task of the at least two second alternative consoles may comprise: the second alternative operation platform of which the idle duration is less than or equal to the preset duration and which corresponds to the action request information is determined to be the adapting operation platform, namely, the second alternative operation platform of which the idle duration is less than or equal to the preset duration is determined to be the adapting operation platform, and because the second alternative operation platform is idle for a long time and possibly has faults in alternative operation actions of the second alternative operation platform, the probability of control failure can be reduced by selecting the second alternative operation platform of which the idle duration is less than or equal to the preset duration as the adapting operation platform.
Specifically, determining a second alternative console according to the idle duration of an alternative operational task of the at least two second alternative consoles may further include: and determining that the second alternative operation platform with the longest idle duration of the alternative operation task corresponding to the action request information is an adaptive operation platform. Because the long-time idle operation is possible to have low use frequency of the operation platform, the second alternative operation platform with the longest idle duration is selected as the adaptive operation platform, so that the utilization rate of each operation platform can be further improved, and each operation platform is fully utilized.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 6, when the search result in step S1034 is: when the alternative operation tasks corresponding to the action request in the second alternative operation platform are all occupied, namely, the operation platform which is different from the manufacturer of the standard control system and is consistent with the type information of the standard control system is all occupied, namely, no operation platform can be used by the standard control system, so that the first preset time period is required to be waited, and then the searching of the adaptive operation platform is executed, namely, the execution of the adaptive operation platform is executed
Step S1035: after the first preset time length, according to the type information of the standard control system, a fourth alternative operation table which is the same as the type information of the standard control system and different from a manufacturer is searched in a database; and
step S1036: and when the alternative operation task corresponding to the action request in the fourth alternative operation platform is idle, selecting one fourth alternative operation platform as an adaptation operation platform. That is, after a period of time, the database is again queried for whether an operator console (as opposed to the manufacturer of the standard control system) is available for use by the standard control system.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an operating principle of sharing multiple operation platforms by a sharing operation system of multiple operation platforms according to another embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 7, the shared operating system of the plurality of operation stations includes: an information obtaining module 201, configured to obtain request information of a standard control system, where the request information includes action request information and attribute information of the standard control system, and the attribute information includes manufacturer of the standard control system and type information of the standard control system; the data interface module 202 is configured to search, when standard operation tasks corresponding to the action request information are occupied in the same standard operation console as a manufacturer of the standard control system, for an adaptation operation console that is the same as type information of the standard control system and different from the manufacturer in the database according to attribute information of the standard control system; the task allocation module 203 is configured to generate a control instruction according to the action request information when an adaptation operation task corresponding to the action request information in the adaptation operation console is idle, and transmit the control instruction to the adaptation operation console. According to the shared operating system of the multiple operating tables, when a standard operating task corresponding to the action request information in a standard operating table corresponding to the standard control system is occupied, an adaptive operating table matched with the standard control system is searched in a database according to attribute information of the standard control system; when an adaptation operation task corresponding to the action request information in the adaptation operation platform is idle, generating a control instruction according to the action request information; and transmitting the control instruction to the adaptation console. Under the condition of various operation tables, and when the standard operation table corresponding to the standard control system is occupied, other operation tables can be allocated for corresponding operation, so that the utilization rate of the operation tables is improved, and the remote operation efficiency of the automatic wharf is improved.
Optionally, because the remote real-time control crane device has very high requirement on timeliness, in one possible implementation, the database may include a Redis database, in which database key values agreed by each manufacturer are imported, and execution scripts are run. And the database supports the semaphore dump mode of the opcua transmission protocol. The Redis database and the opcua transmission protocol can enable the shared operating system to maintain good expansibility. The database can be updated and repaired by modifying the connection mode and the connection string in the XML configuration file and modifying various point location configurations.
