The invention relates to the technical field of DLP rear projection splicing screen processing machinery, in particular to a screen cutting device.
Background
The DLP rear projection splicing system mainly comprises a box body and a screen, wherein the screen is formed by bonding and fixing a composite screen on a screen frame through a complex and fine bonding technology, the commonly used composite screen is formed by combining inner layer clear white glass, a Fresnel lens, an imaging screen and outer layer AG glass, and the DLP rear projection splicing system has only the first three materials in some structures. In the DLP rear projection splicing display system, a plurality of screens are spliced together according to the designated number of rows and columns, so the precision of the processing edge of the composite screen can influence the size of a splicing seam, and the size of the splicing seam can influence the display effect. In actual production, the processing of the inner lens and the imaging screen needs to be carried out by a processing center with nitrogen protection, and for enterprises without processing conditions, the enterprises need to be sent to outsourcing enterprises with the processing center with nitrogen protection for processing, so that the processing cost is high, and the production period cannot be guaranteed.

In order to solve the problems that the processing cost is high, the production period cannot be guaranteed and the like, the screen cutting device is designed to cut the screen, high-precision cutting of the edge of the screen can be achieved, special processing center processing is not needed, control over the production cost and the production period is facilitated, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.

a screen cutting device comprises a base, an adjusting frame, an adjusting plate, an edge trimmer mounting frame, an edge trimmer, a dial indicator support and adjusting bolts, wherein the adjusting frame is fixedly connected to the base; the base comprises a handle and a bottom plate, and a semicircular cutter groove is formed in the bottom plate; the edge trimmer mounting frame comprises a sleeve for fixing the edge trimmer and a connecting plate fixedly connected with the adjusting plate, wherein the sleeve is provided with a fixing lug and a fixing bolt, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the adjusting plate through a connecting piece, and the connecting plate is provided with a semicircular cutter groove; the cutter head of the edge trimmer penetrates through the semicircular cutter groove on the bottom plate and the semicircular cutter groove on the connecting plate. Preferably, the dial indicator support is connected with the adjusting frame through bolt connection or magnetic adsorption. Preferably, the adjusting frame is fixedly connected with the base through bolts. Two sides of the adjusting plate 3 are matched with the guide groove 2-1 of the adjusting frame 2, one end of the adjusting plate is connected with the adjusting frame 2 through the adjusting bolts 8, in order to prevent the adjusting plate from deflecting and improve the adjusting precision during adjustment, the number of the adjusting bolts 8 is three, the adjusting bolts are rotated during working, and the adjusting plate 3 linearly moves back and forth along the guide groove 2-1. An edge trimmer 5 containing a tool bit is vertically arranged on a sleeve 4.1 of an edge trimmer mounting frame 4 and is fixedly connected with a fixing lug 4.1-1 on the sleeve through a fixing bolt 4.1-2, the tool bit 5-1 of the edge trimmer vertically penetrates through a semicircular tool slot 4.2-2 on the edge trimmer mounting frame and a semicircular tool slot 1.2-1 on a base, when the edge trimmer is in operation, the fixing bolt on the fixing lug can be loosened, the edge trimmer is moved up and down until the tool bit is adjusted to a position suitable for cutting a screen, and then the fixing bolt is screwed. The dial indicator 6 is fixed on the adjusting frame 2 through bolt connection or magnetic adsorption by a dial indicator support 7, the measuring head end of the dial indicator is in contact with the edge trimmer mounting frame, and when the dial indicator works, the adjusting screw 8 is rotated to enable the adjusting plate 3 to linearly move back and forth, so that the edge trimmer mounting frame 4 connected with the adjusting plate and the edge trimmer 5 on the adjusting plate are driven to move back and forth, and meanwhile, the accurate distance of the back and forth movement is displayed through the dial indicator 6. As shown in fig. 3, as a working schematic diagram of the device, when a screen cutting operation is performed, a trimmer bit 5-1 is aligned with the edge of the screen, the precise cutting dimension of the trimmer bit from the edge of the screen is adjusted through an adjusting bolt 8 and a reading of a dial indicator, the upper and lower positions of the trimmer bit are adjusted in a manner of loosening a bolt 4.1-2 at a fixing lug 4.1-1 on a mounting frame of the trimmer, moving the trimmer up and down and then screwing, after the trimmer bit is adjusted to a proper position, a starting knob on the trimmer is turned on, the trimmer working bit rotates, a base handle 1.1 is held by a hand, and the screen is moved along the edge of the screen to be cut, so that the screen can be cut.

the edge trimmer (5) comprises a cutter head (5-1), and the cutter head (5-1) penetrates through the semicircular cutter groove (1.2-1) on the bottom plate and the semicircular cutter groove (4.2-2) on the connecting plate.
