Specifically, in the auxiliary screw locking jig, the bottom surface of the positioning jig 11 and the jig base 10 are suspended. The positioning hole 111 formed in the positioning groove is used for positioning the screw 30 to be mounted. The number of the positioning holes 111 is the same as the number of the screws 30 to be mounted, and one screw 30 is placed in one positioning hole 111. In the auxiliary screw locking jig, the jacking driving assembly includes a thimble 21 and a driving member 22. In the auxiliary screw locking jig, the ejector pins 21 may be magnetic ejector pins to ensure the stability of the screws 30 during the jacking process, so that the screws 30 can accurately extend into the mounting holes of the product 100.
When the auxiliary screw locking jig is used, the screw 30 is firstly placed into the positioning hole 111, so that the screw 30 is hidden in the positioning hole 111, and the head of the screw faces downwards; then the product 100 is placed in the positioning groove; then, the air cylinder drives the thimble 21 to move upwards, so as to eject the screw 30 positioned in the positioning hole 111; continuing to jack upwards to enable the top end of the screw 30 to penetrate through the mounting hole of the product 100 until the screw head presses the bottom surface of the product 100; finally, the E-shaped ring 50 is clamped on the screw 30 extending out of the product 100, so that the screw locking operation of the product 100 is completed, and the product 100 is taken out.
