The dilution tank washing apparatus for secondary water supply according to any one of claims 1, 2, 4-9, wherein: the washing assembly (7) further comprises a water collecting filter tank (21), a collecting chamber (22) and a conveying pump (23), the water collecting filter tank (21) and the collecting chamber (22) are arranged between the conveying belts (10), the water collecting filter tank (21) is located below the washing assembly (7) and the guide assembly (5) and used for collecting washing water, the collecting chamber (22) is used for filtering the washing water, and the conveying pump (23) is used for conveying the filtered washing water into the surface washing head and the inner washing head (17).
