Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the static mixer suitable for the flowing water grouting disclosed in the present embodiment includes a male threaded joint 1, a check valve 2, an outer cylinder 3, a female threaded joint 4, and a mixing unit 5.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 3 to 5, the middle section of the outer wall of the male threaded joint 1 is a cylindrical section, the two end sections of the outer wall are respectively a tapered threaded section and a double-end straight threaded section, a socket plate 7 is welded in a port of the tapered threaded section, the socket plate 7 comprises a cylindrical pipe and three axial blocks uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the cylindrical pipe along the circumferential direction, and the outer sides of the axial blocks are welded with the inner wall of the male threaded joint.
The conical thread section is an upper end section and used for being connected with an oil drill pipe, and the double-end straight thread section is a lower end section and used for being connected with the outer cylinder.
The male threaded joint 1 and the socket plate 7 are both made of 35 CrMo.
As can be seen from fig. 1, 6 and 7, the check valve 2 includes a valve seat 21, a valve core 22, a spring 23 and a rubber sealing ring MFQ, the valve core 22 and the valve seat 21 are coaxially inserted to the central line, two ends of the spring 23 are respectively fixed in the inner cavities of the valve seat and the valve core, a circle of radial outlet is arranged at the lower end section of the valve seat, a limiting bump is arranged at the lower end, and the rubber sealing ring is embedded in the outer end of the outer wall of the valve core 22.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the check valve 2 is fitted in the center hole of the lower end section of the male connector 1, the limit projection of the valve seat 21 is located outside the end face of the lower end section of the male connector 1, and the axial outer wall of the limit projection is flush with the axial outer wall of the lower end section.
The check valve is used for preventing water and slag in the drill hole from entering a container of the A, B drill pipe so as to prevent grouting materials from generating chemical reaction in the pipeline.
As can be seen from fig. 1, 11 and 12, the upper end section of the outer wall of the female threaded joint 5 is a double-ended straight thread section, the diameter of the lower end section of the outer wall is larger than that of the upper end, the lower end section of the inner wall is a tapered thread section, and the diameter of the lower end section of the outer wall is the same as that of the straight ribs of the outer cylinder 4.
The material of female thread joint is 35 CrMo.
Two end sections of the outer cylinder 4 are respectively in threaded connection with the double-end straight thread sections of the male threaded joint 1 and the female threaded joint 5.
The outer cylinder is formed by processing a high-strength thick-wall seamless steel pipe, can bear the pressure, torque and vibration generated by rock breaking of a drill bit during drilling operation, and can also bear the pressure generated by a filling agent.
The mixing unit 6 includes a mandrel 61 and a plurality of layers of helical blades welded at uniform intervals along the length thereof, each layer including 3 helical blades, and left-handed blades 62 and right-handed blades 63 arranged alternately.
The mandrel 61, the left-handed piece 62 and the right-handed piece 63 are all made of 3Cr 13.
And the left and right spiral sheets are welded on the mandrel according to a design drawing and then the excircle and the end face of the mixing unit are integrally processed.
The left rotary piece and the right rotary piece are blanked into a semi-annular plate when being manufactured, the excircle is left with allowance, and the spiral shape is manufactured by adopting a single-piece manual hot pressing or combined cold drawing forming method and the like.
Both ends of the mixing unit 6 are in contact with the lower end surface of the valve seat 21 and the upper end surface of the female screw joint 5, respectively.
And a sealing ring MFQ is arranged between the upper end of the inner cavity of the outer barrel 4 and the lower end face of the male threaded joint 1.
According to the structure of the static mixer, the outer barrel is in threaded connection with the male threaded joint and the female threaded joint, so that the threaded joint is convenient to disassemble, and the check valve and the mixing unit in the outer barrel can be taken out for cleaning and overhauling after the threaded joint is disassembled from the outer barrel. When the mixer is used, the upper end of the mixer is connected with an oil drill rod through a male thread joint, and the lower end of the mixer is connected with a drill bit and a device for storing and filling bags through a female thread joint.
