When plaque is formed on the inner wall of a blood vessel, the blood vessel may become completely narrowed or blocked, thereby seriously affecting the blood circulation of the body. When the blood vessel is 70% or more obstructed, the doctor may recommend performing an endarterectomy to remove the plaque and restore normal blood circulation. Endangiectomy is not without risk, particularly for people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension or other diseases. But this procedure is necessary for people who severely occlude blood vessels; there are two main roles of endangium exfoliation, the first is to solve the hemodynamic problem, and the second is to solve the problem of vessel occlusion. Clinical trials have shown that the early treatment and complete removal of plaque is the core means for treating vascular occlusion, but prior art methods for treating vascular occlusion include vascular stents, endangium dissectors, and the like. The vascular stent can solve the vascular occlusion, but the thrombosis is easily promoted after the operation, and large-area cerebral infarction occurs; the plaque falls off, and the debris enters the far-end blood vessel to cause disseminated intravascular coagulation and extends to the near end to form stent thrombus, and the occurrence rate of the operation complications is still high.
