Technical Field
The invention relates to a neuroendoscopy device, in particular to a neuroendoscopy device suitable for the process of neurosurgery operation, belonging to the field of surgery operation.
Background
The neuroendoscopy technology is one of the emerging technologies of neurosurgery and is gradually and widely recognized, the neuroendoscopy can provide good illumination and imaging angles, reduce the traction of brain tissues, clearly display anatomical structures of operative areas without dead angles, discover hidden focuses and responsible vessels, can furthest reserve the functions of the vessels and nerves, and has good postoperative comfort for patients. The nerve endoscope has unique advantages, and can promote the continuous innovation of the neurosurgery operation technology, but because the nerve endoscope has a dead zone behind the endoscope, the view field of an operation area can only be displayed during the operation of intracranial deep part, the periphery of the lens of the endoscope is the dead zone of the view field, the intracranial anatomy is more complex and important, the operation amplitude is too large or an operation instrument enters the dead zone of the operation area, and the nerves and blood vessels in the dead zone are easily damaged.
Therefore, a neural endoscope device is needed to be found, which is suitable for the neurosurgery operation process and solves the problem of blind areas existing in the neurosurgery operation process in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a neuroendoscopy device suitable for the neurosurgical operation process, which solves the problem of blind zones in the neurosurgical operation process in the prior art, can greatly reduce various complications caused by brain tissue and cerebral neurovascular injury after operation, reduce adverse reaction after operation, improve the operation effect and enhance the comfort and satisfaction of patients.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention relates to a neuroendoscopy device suitable for the neurosurgery operation process, which comprises: the device comprises a display, a camera host, a light source, a flushing pump, an electrocoagulation aspirator and a neuroendoscopy.
The display is provided with a high-definition display screen, the operation image is subjected to photoelectric conversion in real time and is transmitted to the high-definition display screen in real time, and an operator observes the condition of an operation area through the display screen, wherein the condition comprises an operation visual field and a visual field blind area;
the camera shooting host provides camera shooting support;
the light source is a xenon lamp light source conducted by optical fibers, so that sufficient and accurate illumination is provided for an operation area, and artifacts are reduced as much as possible;
wherein, the flushing pump is used for completing the flushing work of the neuroendoscope in the process of the neurosurgery operation;
wherein, the electric coagulation aspirator plays a role in blood coagulation for preventing serious bleeding in the process of neurosurgery; the electrocoagulation aspirator is provided with a bipolar electrocoagulation and a suction tube;
the neuroendoscope introduces a micro non-delay camera system, and the micro non-delay camera system is provided with a camera lens and a signal converter; the miniature non-delay camera system has the control functions of focal length adjustment and image zooming for providing zoom and focus adjustment for video images while performing photoelectric signal conversion, wherein the position of the camera lens supports 360-degree rotation and far and near position adjustment.
Wherein, a lens body, a working channel, a double-fiber lighting channel, a camera lens and a flushing and sucking channel are arranged in the neuroendoscope;
the double optical fiber illuminating channel is provided with two optical fiber illuminating channels, and the two optical fiber illuminating channels are in a V shape and are respectively connected with the camera lens when being observed at the cross section of the neuroendoscope;
wherein the flushing pump is a roller pump;
wherein the flushing pump is an electrically driven flushing pump;
the electric driving mode of the washing pump is battery driving or external power driving;
wherein, the neuroendoscopy device is arranged on a movable base;
wherein, the movable base is provided with four rollers;
wherein, the light source is an LED medical cold light source.
The invention has the advantages that: the neuroendoscopy device is adopted in the neurosurgery operation process, so that an operator has better visual stereoscopic impression in vision; meanwhile, the operator can control the operation more conveniently and efficiently in the neurosurgery operation; because the structure of the neuroendoscope is simple, the neuroendoscope is easy to be integrated with other devices in an operating room. By using the technology, the neuroendoscope can show more advantages than the neuroendoscope in the prior art.
