Specifically, referring to fig. 6, one end of the other support tube 31 is a working end, a second mounting hole 312 is opened on the working end, a second fastener is inserted into the first mounting hole 152 and the second mounting hole 312 on the connecting rod 15, so that the working end of the insulating rod 3 can be fastened on the connecting rod 15, and the other end of the other support tube 31 is provided with an internal thread and can be in threaded connection with the support tube 31 provided with the working end.
Optionally, the anti-slip ribs are made of rubber materials, so that the insulativity and the soft texture are guaranteed.
Optionally, a warning mark, such as a red reflective paint, is disposed on the surface of the guard ring 311, so as to facilitate warning and night reflective reminding.

1. An electric discharge device, comprising:
the discharge conductor (1) comprises a fixed frame (11), an elastic connecting assembly (12) and two discharge parts, wherein the elastic connecting assembly (12) is arranged in the middle of the fixed frame (11), one discharge part is elastically clamped between one end of the fixed frame (11) and the elastic connecting assembly (12), the other discharge part is elastically clamped between the other end of the fixed frame (11) and the elastic connecting assembly (12), and under the matching of the fixed frame (11) and the elastic connecting assembly (12), the two discharge parts can respectively move relative to the fixed frame (11) and are used for discharging two terminals of a capacitor;
the discharge part comprises two discharge contacts (13), one discharge contact (13) is provided with a fixed part (131), the fixed part (131) is connected to the elastic connecting component (12), the other discharge contact (13) is provided with a sliding component (132), and the sliding component (132) is movably connected to the fixed frame (11);
the sliding assembly (132) comprises a sliding rod (1321) and a spring (1322) sleeved on the sliding rod (1321), one end of the sliding rod (1321) is connected to the discharge contact (13) deviating from the elastic connecting assembly (12), the other end of the sliding rod (1321) movably penetrates through the fixed frame (11), and the spring (1322) is clamped between the fixed frame (11) and the discharge contact (13);
a grounding device (2), wherein the grounding device (2) is connected with the discharge conductor (1) through a grounding wire (21) and is used for forming a discharge loop with the discharge conductor (1);
the insulation rod (3), the insulation rod (3) with discharge conductor (1) swing joint.

The discharge device according to claim 1, wherein the discharge contacts (13) are semi-circular cylindrical structures, and two discharge contacts (13) of each discharge part can be enclosed to form an accommodating cavity (133), and the accommodating cavity (133) is used for placing a terminal of a capacitor.
3. The discharge device according to claim 1, wherein a shorting wire (14) is provided on the discharge portion, and one end of the shorting wire (14) is electrically connected to the discharge portion and the other end is electrically connected to the holder (11).

The discharge device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic connection assembly (12) includes a support plate (121), a first elastic connection member (122) and a second elastic connection member (123), the support plate (121) is disposed in the middle of the fixing frame (11), the first elastic connection member (122) is disposed on a side of the support plate (121) facing one end of the fixing frame (11), the second elastic connection member (123) is disposed on a side of the support plate (121) facing the other end of the fixing frame (11), one of the discharge portions is elastically clamped between one end of the fixing frame (11) and the first elastic connection member (122), and the other of the discharge portions is elastically clamped between the other end of the fixing frame (11) and the second elastic connection member (123).

The discharge device according to claim 1, wherein a connecting rod (15) is arranged on a side of the fixing frame (11) facing away from the discharge portion, the grounding wire (21) is detachably connected to the connecting rod (15), and the insulating rod (3) is movably connected to the connecting rod (15).

Discharge device according to claim 1, characterized in that the grounding device (2) comprises a base (22) and a grounding peg (23) arranged on the base (22), the base (22) being adapted for connection to a ground grid, the grounding wire (21) being detachably connected to the grounding peg (23) at one end and to the discharge conductor (1) at the other end.
7. The discharging device according to claim 6, wherein a locking hole (231) is arranged on the grounding pile (23), and the locking hole (231) is used for hooking a mechanical lock.
8. A discharge device according to any of claims 1-7, characterized in that the insulating rod (3) is formed by a plurality of support tubes (31) connected in series in the axial direction, one end of the insulating rod (3) being an operating end and the other end being an operating end, the operating end being movably connected to the discharge conductor (1).
