the second block chain node 12 is used for performing fund payment transaction, and when acquiring the tax payment transaction corresponding to the first block chain node 11, initiating a deduction transaction including the corresponding tax payment transaction to the third block chain node 13;
and the third block chain node 13 is configured to receive the deduction transaction, deduct the value added tax of the corresponding tax payment transaction according to the deduction transaction, and control transfer of the value added tax deduction amount to the account corresponding to the second block chain node 12.
The first block link node 11 is an enterprise block link node of a seller enterprise performing a sales service, and after receiving funds paid by a buyer, the first block link node 11 issues an invoice to the buyer according to the obtained funds paid by the buyer, where the invoice may be a paper invoice or an electronic invoice. The first block chain node 11 needs to perform tax payment transaction according to the invoice, that is, the first block chain node 11 pays tax payment to the tax bureau.
The second blockchain node 12 is any enterprise blockchain node except the seller enterprise corresponding to the first blockchain node 11. The second blockchain node 12 performs a fund payment transaction, which may be that after a business corresponding to the second blockchain node 12 has a trading relationship with a seller business corresponding to the first blockchain node 11, the second blockchain node 12 performs a fund payment transaction to the first blockchain node 11; or the staff of the enterprise corresponding to the second blockchain node 12 may have a trading relationship with the seller enterprise corresponding to the first blockchain node 11, and after the second blockchain node 12 receives the reimbursement of the staff, the second blockchain node 12 performs a fund payment transaction to the staff.
Specifically, the second blockchain node 12 performs a fund payment transaction, which may be a fund payment realized by means of electronic transfer or a cash payment.
In order to realize automatic deduction, the second block chain node 12 initiates deduction transaction to the third block chain node 13 when completing the fund payment transaction and acquiring the tax payment transaction corresponding to the first block chain node 11; specifically, the second block chain node 12 may obtain a deduction from the tax office for the tax payment transaction after the second block chain node 12 completes the fund payment and obtains the first block chain node 11 and the second block chain node 12 to perform the tax payment transaction for buying and selling, and specifically, the second block chain node 12 sends the deduction transaction to the tax office, where the deduction transaction includes the corresponding tax payment transaction.
The third block chain node 13 is a tax office block chain node, after receiving the deduction transaction sent by the second block chain node 12, according to the deduction transaction, the third block chain node 13 may deduct the value added tax of the corresponding tax payment transaction, according to a specific value added tax deduction policy, the third block chain node 13 determines the value added tax deduction amount of the tax payment transaction, and controls the value added tax deduction amount to be transferred to the account corresponding to the second block chain node 12.
Because the second block chain node in the value-added tax deduction system acquires the tax payment transaction corresponding to the first block chain node after the fund payment transaction is carried out, and can directly initiate the deduction transaction to the third block chain node according to the tax payment transaction and carry out the deduction of the value-added tax, the whole process does not need user intervention, the operation is simple and convenient, and the value-added tax deduction efficiency is improved.
