The invention discloses a matter reminding method for accounting based on traffic behaviors, which is shown in figure 1. The details will be described below.
The electronic accounting system comprises a background server, a mobile terminal used as an input device and a reminding device, and an electronic accounting application installed on the mobile terminal and used as a processor, wherein a user conducts electronic accounting behaviors such as investment, consumption, loan and deposit in the electronic accounting application, and each electronic accounting behavior generates an electronic accounting record.
On the basis that the electronic accounting application program records the electronic accounting record, the electronic accounting system reminds the user of executing the item (such as going to an express delivery cabinet to take the express delivery) by adopting the item reminding method based on the traffic behavior accounting as shown in fig. 1, and the detailed steps are as follows.
And a traffic accounting acquisition step: and acquiring a current traffic behavior accounting record. The user pays the traffic behavior in an online mode and finishes bookkeeping, the electronic billing application program updates the bookkeeping behavior recorded by the user through each channel in real time, or the electronic billing application program directly associates a fee deduction path related to the traffic behavior of the user, and automatically generates a billing record based on the traffic behavior of the user, for example, after fee deduction occurs to a mobile phone WeChat small program 'subway card', the billing record is automatically associated with the electronic billing application program, and the electronic billing application program can recognize that the bookkeeping based on the traffic behavior exists.
A judging step: and judging whether the acquired traffic behavior accounting record is a preset traffic path. The user has a relatively regular commuting route, and the user takes the subway to go to and fro the house and the company in the same time period every morning and evening, so the accounting system can acquire accounting records related to house address information in historical traffic accounting records, obtain various traffic paths of the user returning to the house address from the accounting records as preset traffic paths, and obtain the relation between the accounting time of each traffic path and the arriving house address. In addition, the user can also store traffic paths required by commuting and accounting behavior information corresponding to the traffic paths in advance.
A reminding step: if the judgment result in the judging step is yes, the user is in the state of returning to the home address at present, and the electronic accounting system sends out a reminding signal. Before the reminding signal is sent, the electronic accounting system firstly executes the behavior process judging step, judges whether the accounting behavior occurs after the traffic behavior is finished, and judges that the judgment result is that the traffic behavior is finished, shows that the user arrives near the house and is in a state of executing the express taking operation at any time, and immediately sends the reminding signal to the user. And if the accounting behavior is judged to occur before the traffic behavior is finished in the behavior process judging step, sending out a reminding signal after waiting for a preset time period according to the relation between the accounting time of each traffic path and the home address.
The duration of the preset time period is determined according to the traffic behavior type, wherein the traffic behavior type comprises one or more of buses, subways, network appointments and taxi. The user can also set a starting place for traveling, and the electronic accounting application program confirms the traffic behavior type and the transit time by combining the traffic path, so that the length of the preset time period is confirmed.
The electronic accounting system acquires the execution feedback signal in real time after sending out the reminding signal, and the acquisition step comprises the following steps: and acquiring an item completion feedback signal, and if the item completion feedback signal is not received after waiting for a preset time period, sending an item reminding signal again. On the one hand, to prevent the user from not noticing the reminder, and on the other hand, the user may have other things, such as purchasing, before returning to the home after completing the transportation act. Therefore, the electronic accounting system also waits for a preset time period (such as 3-10 minutes), identifies the accounting behavior in real time in the waiting preset time period, and confirms the time for sending the item reminding signal again according to the acquired accounting behavior information if the accounting behavior is identified. For example, if the user is identified to have a convenience store purchasing behavior, the user is immediately reminded to take the express delivery again.
When the user carries out the accounting of the traffic behavior by using the accounting system, the accounting system can identify the traffic behavior of the user according to the preset path, so that the destination (near the house) where the user goes to/arrives at the item (express taking) is presumed to be in a state of being capable of executing the item (express taking), and the accounting system reminds the user to execute the item.
When a user receives reminding information when express is stored in the express cabinet, and the user knows that the user returns to the house in a conventional time, the user can record the item of taking the express in the time period (the preset time period) of returning to the house on the accounting software, and the electronic accounting application program is used for setting the item of taking the express in the preset time period to obtain the accounting behavior based on the traffic behavior. The preset time period includes a time period from a preset time point to its past or a time period from the preset time point to its future.
The above described embodiments of the accounting system are only schematic, wherein the modules illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and the components shown as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network modules.
