The invention is convenient for netizens to put own patents or creatives into corresponding categories by establishing the database, and the patents or creatives are identified and confirmed in time by the professional identification team so as to quickly obtain intellectual property protection.

the professional institution end is connected with the patent analysis module and used for providing creative consultation services according to analysis results or providing patent application services and follow-up affairs according to selection of users.
