Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, an automatic intercepting and collecting device for river surface garbage comprises a supporting structure arranged in a river, a transmission crawler 10 and a transmission crawler 20 which are arranged on the supporting structure, wherein an interceptor 30 is arranged on the transmission crawler, the transmission crawler is located beside the transmission crawler and used for lifting garbage, the transmission crawler lies on the top of the water surface of the river, and the interceptor displaced along with the transmission crawler can push the garbage on the water surface of the river to the transmission crawler.
The drive belt 10 is mounted on two drive belt wheels 11, one of which is driven by a drive motor 12, the drive belt wheels being mounted on a support structure, the drive belt wheel axles being upright. The number of the interceptors 30 is several, and the interceptors are equally spaced along the length of the driving track 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the supporting structure comprises a supporting column 41 fixed in the river channel, and a supporting frame movably fitted on the supporting column, the supporting frame floats on the water surface of the river channel, and the driving caterpillar 10 and the conveying caterpillar 20 are installed on the supporting frame. The support frame includes the kicking block 42 that floats on the surface of water, install on the kicking block and with support column 41 clearance fit's baffle 43, install two supports 44 on the baffle, two supports distribute both ends about transmission track 10, two driving pulleys 11 at both ends are installed respectively on two supports about the transmission track, transmission track 20 installs on the support of transmission track 10 right-hand member department.
The support frame is lifted along with the lifting of the river surface, and as an option, the river surface is flush with the bottom surface of the baffle 43, which can be controlled by the number of the floating blocks 42.
As shown in fig. 2, the conveying track 20 is surrounded by a conveying track shell 21, a garbage inlet 22 is formed at the lower end of the conveying track shell, the garbage inlet faces upward, the garbage inlet is higher than the water surface of the river channel, the garbage inlet is higher than the lower end of the conveying track, the interceptor 30 can push the garbage on the water surface of the river channel into the garbage inlet, the garbage entering the garbage inlet 22 falls on the conveying track 20 which is obliquely arranged under the action of gravity, is conveyed to the high end of the conveying track, and falls into the garbage can 25 through a garbage outlet 24 at the high end of the conveying track shell 21. The garbage bin can be established on refuting the bank, can establish on bearing structure, can set up on another bearing structure. The conveyor belt 20 is mounted on a pair of conveyor pulleys, one of which is driven by a conveyor motor 26, and has blades which are displaced with the conveyor belt to lift waste from the waste inlet 22 to the high end of the conveyor belt.
With reference to fig. 4 to 6, the interceptor 30 comprises a movable portion 31 pivoted to the driving crawler 20, the bottom of which is lower than the refuse inlet 22, and the pivoting axis of the movable portion to the driving crawler 20 is higher than the refuse inlet, with reference to fig. 2. As the moving part, displaced by the drive track, comes to said waste inlet, the pivoting axis of the moving part with the drive track 20 is higher than said waste inlet, since the bottom of the moving part is lower than said waste inlet 22, and therefore the bottom of the moving part will come into contact with a part at the waste inlet, which blocks the bottom of the moving part, so that the moving part tilts about the pivoting axis, the tilted moving part, firstly, being able to dump the waste it pushes into the waste inlet, and secondly, being able to pass over the waste inlet 22. The movable part crossing the garbage inlet is recovered to the vertical state, and the garbage on the water surface of the river channel is continuously pushed.
With reference to fig. 4 to 6, the interceptor 30 further comprises a fixed part 32 fixed to the driving track 10, the fixed part being located above the movable part 31, and a return spring 33 being provided between the fixed part and the movable part. The fixed portion is capable of assisting the movable portion to push refuse, especially large pieces of refuse, into said refuse inlet, both when the movable portion is upright and when it is tilted. When the movable part is inclined, the return spring accumulates elastic potential energy, and after the movable part passes over the garbage inlet 22, the elastic potential energy of the return spring is released, and the movable part is restored to the vertical state.
As a constructive option, the mobile part 31 comprises a frame provided with a hook 35 and a net 34 mounted thereon, which are able to easily catch the refuse and prevent it from escaping from the interceptor 30. The frame is provided with pivot holes 36 which cooperate with pivot shafts on the drive track 10. The fixing portion 32 is a bar-shaped member.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the garbage inlet 22 is provided with an iron bar 23 capable of abutting against the bottom of the movable portion 31. As the moving part of the drive track moves to the waste inlet, the bottom of the moving part contacts the iron bar which tilts the moving part 31.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, the present invention should not be limited by the description herein, since various changes and modifications can be made in the details of the embodiment and the application range according to the spirit of the present invention.
