Abstract
The invention relates to an operation method for accurately positioning a leakage point of a blast furnace water-cooling wall, which comprises the following steps; 1) detecting the cooling vertical pipe section with leakage according to a blast furnace pressure monitoring system; 2) selecting a transparent rubber tube, connecting the bottom of the transparent rubber tube with a drain valve at the bottom of the leaked cooling vertical tube, and vertically upwards drawing and fixing the transparent rubber tube; 3) opening an exhaust valve and a drain valve at the top of the leaked cooling vertical pipe, and filling water into the pipe from the top end of the transparent rubber pipe to enable the filled water to flow into the cooling vertical pipe through the drain valve, automatically discharging gas in the cooling vertical pipe from the exhaust valve, and finally filling the transparent pipe with water; 4) standing and observing the water level in the transparent pipe, wherein the position of the water level when falling back and finally stopping falling is the height position of a specific leakage point of the cooling vertical pipe; the invention prolongs the service life of the blast furnace water-cooling wall, can quickly and accurately position the leakage point position and shortens the overhaul period.

Background
The large-scale steelmaking industry adopts a blast furnace for smelting, a water-cooled wall is arranged in the blast furnace and mainly used for cooling the blast furnace, a circle of the water-cooled wall is arranged along the circumferential direction of the blast furnace and consists of hundreds of cooling vertical pipes, each cooling vertical pipe has a certain service life, leakage can be generated when the cooling vertical pipe is damaged, if the damage cannot be repaired in time, the damage is more and more serious, the normal operation of the blast furnace is finally influenced, and the production progress and the production quality are influenced; the repair work firstly needs to find out specific damaged positions and leakage points, the damaged positions are judged by methods such as a flow judgment method, a pressure-out judgment method and an ignition judgment method at present, but the leakage points cannot be quickly and accurately positioned in actual use, and the overhaul period is long.

1) detecting the cooling vertical pipe section with leakage according to a blast furnace pressure monitoring system;
2) selecting a transparent rubber tube, connecting the bottom of the transparent rubber tube with a drain valve at the bottom of the leaked cooling vertical tube, and vertically upwards drawing and fixing the transparent rubber tube;
3) opening an exhaust valve and a drain valve at the top of the leaked cooling vertical pipe, and filling water into the pipe from the top end of the transparent rubber pipe to enable the filled water to flow into the cooling vertical pipe through the drain valve, automatically discharging gas in the cooling vertical pipe from the exhaust valve, and finally filling the transparent pipe with water;
4) and (4) standing and observing the water level in the transparent pipe, wherein the position where the water level falls back and finally stops falling is the height position of a specific leakage point of the cooling vertical pipe.
The diameter of the transparent rubber tube is 15-30 mm.
In the step 4), after the water level in the transparent adhesive tape tube is stabilized, standing and observing for 1-2min to determine that the water level does not drop any more.

3) opening an exhaust valve 4 at the top of the leaked cooling vertical pipe 3 and the drain valve 2, and filling water into the pipe from the top end of the transparent rubber pipe 1 to enable the filled water to flow into the cooling vertical pipe 3 through the drain valve 2, automatically discharging gas in the cooling vertical pipe 3 from the exhaust valve 4, and finally filling the transparent pipe 1 with water;
4) and (3) standing and observing the water level in the transparent pipe 1, wherein the position where the water level falls back and finally stops falling is the specific leakage point position 5 of the cooling vertical pipe 3.
The diameter of the transparent rubber tube 1 in the embodiment is 20 mm.
In the step 4) of this embodiment, after the water level in the transparent rubber tube 1 reaches a stable state, the water level is determined not to decrease after standing and observing for 1 min.
