Abstract
The application discloses scratch-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant long-fiber PP, and belongs to the field of PP. The feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the flame retardant coating comprises, by weight, 84-90 parts of halogen-free PP, 11-15 parts of a flame retardant, 1.5-2 parts of an antioxidant, 3.5-4.5 parts of a lubricant, 10-15 parts of a scratch resistant agent, 1-2 parts of a smoke suppressant and 9-10 parts of a toughening agent; the scratch-resistant agent consists of glass powder and silicone, the flame retardant consists of a phosphorus flame retardant, a nitrogen flame retardant and an inorganic flame retardant, and the phosphorus flame retardant is red phosphorus. In addition, a preparation method of the scratch-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant long-fiber PP is also disclosed. The flame retardant and the scratch resistant agent are added into the raw materials of the long-fiber PP, the red phosphorus has the advantages of small addition amount, high flame retardant efficiency, low smoke, low toxicity, wide application and the like, and the red phosphorus, the nitrogen flame retardant and the inorganic flame retardant are compounded for use, so that the usable flame retardant amount is greatly reduced, and the processing performance and the physical and mechanical properties of the long-fiber PP are improved; meanwhile, the surface hardness and scratch resistance of the long-fiber PP can be enhanced by adding the glass powder and the silicone into the raw materials.

Background
Long-fiber PP (Polypropylene) is a polymer formed by propylene addition polymerization, is a colorless, odorless, nontoxic and semitransparent solid substance, and has the characteristics of chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high-strength mechanical property, good high-wear-resistance processing property and the like, so that the long-fiber PP is rapidly and widely developed and applied in various fields such as machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, buildings, textiles, packaging, agriculture, forestry, fishery, food industry and the like since the past. Although PP has more advantages, PP has the defects of poor scratch resistance and flame retardant property, large molding shrinkage and easy combustion, thereby limiting the application of PP as a raw material or a special material of products such as injection molding, fibers, films and the like. Preferably, the lubricant is calcium stearate, the toughening agent is at least one of polyolefin elastomer ethylene-propylene-octene copolymer, styrene-butadiene copolymer and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, and the smoke suppressant is at least one of zinc borate, molybdenum oxide and ferrocene.
Preferably, the antioxidant is a compound of a hindered amine antioxidant and a phosphite antioxidant.
Preferably, the phosphite antioxidant is one of trioctyl phosphite, tridecyl phosphite, tridodecyl phosphite and trihexadecyl phosphite.
Preferably, the composition also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of an odor absorbent and 1-2 parts of a photocatalyst, wherein the halogen-free PP, the odor absorbent and the photocatalyst are in the following weight ratio: halogen-free PP: odor absorbent: the photocatalyst was 85:3: 3.

2) adding the raw materials in the step 1) into a high-speed mixer, and uniformly mixing, wherein the stirring speed of the high-speed mixer is 300r/min, and the stirring and mixing time is 30 min;
3) putting the raw materials mixed in the step 2) into a double-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, wherein the temperature of the double-screw extruder is set to be 190-220 ℃;
4) and (3) putting the granules obtained by extrusion in the step (3) into a drying box for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 70 ℃, and the drying time is 3 hours.
