After the lifting operation is completed, the right ends of the beam loop bar 9, the movable beam 10 and the second steel cable 14 are soaked with seawater and absorb some impurities, and the cleaning is needed. Firstly, the hydraulic push rod 17 is shortened, the movable beam 10 moves to the extreme position leftwards, namely the total length of the beam loop bar 9 and the movable beam 10 reaches the minimum value, because no load is hoisted at the moment, the rotary starting wire wheel 11 is kept fixed, the hydraulic lifting column 23 is shortened downwards to the low position, then the rotary starting wire wheel 11 is started, the first steel cable 13 is extended at a constant speed, and under the action of gravity, the beam loop bar 9 and the movable beam 10 are screwed downwards into the right inner cavity of the hoisting base 6 around the rotating shaft 8.
