Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetic packaging, relates to a packaging container, and particularly relates to a cosmetic packaging container.
Background
The existing cosmetic packages can only store one cosmetic solution, and in most cases, cosmetics are stored in various packaging containers, and each component in the formula is well defined by formulators in laboratories and is a standardized product. For a standardized product, many ingredients are often added which may not be really needed by the personalized consumer; consumers can only choose between different brands and different series; but, the selection between the labels is not personalized.
In view of the above, there is an urgent need to design a new cosmetic packaging structure to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the existing cosmetic packaging structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cosmetic packaging container and a packaging container, which can be used for placing different cosmetic formulas in different containers, matching according to personal preference of consumers and simultaneously improving the convenience of mixing.
In order to solve the technical problem, according to one aspect of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:
a cosmetic packaging container comprises a first container for containing a first cosmetic component and a second container for containing a second cosmetic component, wherein the first container is provided with a first opening, and the second container can be connected with the first opening;

the inner bushing is arranged in the second container body, and the second container body is provided with a limiting mechanism which can limit the inner bushing to a set position; the bottom of the inner bushing is provided with a substrate, the inner bushing is matched with the cover body and the second container body to form a closed space, and a second cosmetic component can be contained in the closed space;
when the cover body is positioned at the first position, the effective length of the breaking mechanism is less than or equal to the distance between the inner side of the cover body and the substrate;
when the cover body moves to the second position, the bottom of the inner lining is resisted by the top of the first container, and the effective length of the breaking mechanism is equal to the distance between the inner side of the cover body and the substrate;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cosmetic packaging container and the packaging container provided by the invention can be used for placing different cosmetic formulas in different containers, are matched according to personal preference of consumers, and can be used for improving the convenience of mixing. By the packaging mode, the participation degree of the consumers can be improved, and the consumers can match the favorite formula, effect and taste.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
The description in this section is for several exemplary embodiments only, and the present invention is not limited only to the scope of the embodiments described. It is within the scope of the present disclosure and protection that the same or similar prior art means and some features of the embodiments may be interchanged.
The invention discloses a cosmetic packaging container, and fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 9 to 12 are schematic structural views of the cosmetic packaging container in one embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 1 to 4 and 9 to 12, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic packaging container includes a first container 1 for containing a first cosmetic component and a second container 2 for containing a second cosmetic component, the first container 1 has a first opening 11, and the second container 2 can be connected to the first opening 11.
The second container 2 comprises a second container body 21, a cover 22 and an inner lining 23, wherein a breaking mechanism 24 is connected in the cover 22; a first external thread 211 is arranged at a first end of the second container body 21, and a first internal thread 221 matched with the first external thread 211 is arranged on the cover body 22; the second end of the second container body 21 is provided with a second internal thread 212, the first opening 11 of the first container 1 is provided with a second external thread 111, and the second internal thread 212 can be matched with the second external thread 111.
The inner liner 23 is disposed in the second container body 21, and the second container body 21 is provided with a limiting mechanism 213 (refer to fig. 13) capable of limiting the inner liner 23 to a set position; a substrate 231 is disposed at the bottom of the inner liner 23 (please refer to fig. 8 and 14), and the inner liner 23 is matched with the cover 22 and the second container body 21 to form a closed space, and the closed space can contain a second cosmetic component.
In a state where the cover 22 is located at the first position, the effective length of the breaking mechanism 24 is equal to or less than the distance from the inner side of the cover 22 to the substrate 231. The breaking mechanism 24 is not in contact with the substrate 231 or the force exerted by the breaking mechanism 24 on the substrate 231 is not sufficient to puncture the substrate 231.
In a state where the cover 22 is screwed to the second position (the cover 22 may rotate together with the second container body 21), the effective length of the breaking mechanism 24 is equal to the distance between the inner side of the cover 22 and the substrate 231, the bottom of the inner sleeve 23 is limited by the first container 1 or/and the second container body 21, for example, the bottom of the inner sleeve 23 may be pressed by the mouth of the first container 1.
In a state where the lid 22 is screwed to the third position (the lid 22 may be rotated together with the second container body 21), the effective length of the breaking mechanism 24 is longer than the distance between the inner side of the lid 22 and the substrate 231, the breaking mechanism 24 can break the substrate 231, and the second container 2 communicates with the first container 1, so that the second cosmetic component in the second container 2 can be mixed with the first cosmetic component in the first container 1. In one embodiment, one end of the breaking mechanism 24 is a sharp structure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cover 22 may rotate together with the second container body 21; alternatively, the lid 22 may be rotated independently, and the second container body 21 may not be rotated.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the cover 22 is located at the first position, a distance between the inner side of the cover 22 and the limiting mechanism 213 is L; the upper portion of the inner liner 23 is provided with a support ring 232, and the height H of the support ring 232 is smaller than L, so that the inner liner 23 has a moving space in the second container body 21, and in the process of inward movement of the cover 22, the distance between the inner side of the cover 22 (i.e., the inner side of the cover) and the limiting mechanism 213 is gradually reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner bushing includes three hollow cylindrical structures (a part or all of the hollow cylindrical structures may also be hollow circular truncated cone structures) connected in sequence, and cross sections of the three hollow cylindrical structures decrease from top to bottom in sequence.
In one embodiment, the cosmetic packaging container further comprises a push pump connectable to the first container.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second container 2 includes a protective partition, a first end of the protective partition is fixedly connected to a lower portion of the cover, and a second end of the protective partition is fixedly connected to an upper end of an outer side of the second container body. The protective interlayer has the function of relatively fixing the cover body and the second container body, and the substrate can be prevented from being damaged by misoperation before use. After the protective interlayer is removed, the cover body can rotate relative to the second container body, so that the substrate is punctured, the second container is the same as the first container, and the cosmetic solution in the second container enters the first container and is mixed and shaken uniformly. The first container can then be combined with a corresponding push pump, and the consumer can use the container normally.

And under the condition that the breaking mechanism moves to the second position through the first connecting mechanism, the effective length of the breaking mechanism is greater than the distance between the first end of the breaking mechanism and the substrate, and the breaking mechanism can break the substrate.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting mechanism includes a first groove and a first protrusion capable of cooperating with the first groove; of course, the first connecting mechanism may adopt a matching manner of internal threads and external threads, but the connecting manner is not limited to this. In an embodiment, the packaging container further comprises a first container provided with a first opening, the second container body being connectable to the first opening.
In one embodiment, the first container may contain a skin lotion of a cosmetic product (e.g., skin care product), and the second container may contain a serum of the cosmetic product. The first container can contain the muscle base liquid of shampoo, and the second container can contain spice or essence and the like. Of course, the first container and the second container can also contain other materials besides cosmetics and shampoo; such as beverages, drinks, sauces, and the like.

The breaking mechanism breaks the substrate in a state where the lid is moved to the third position, and the second container is communicated with the first container so that the second cosmetic component in the second container can be mixed with the first cosmetic component in the first container.
The use mode of the invention is as follows: in one embodiment of the present invention, the packaging container may be used for packaging cosmetics. The packaging container can comprise a first container (used for containing muscle base liquid of cosmetics), a second container (used for containing essence of cosmetics) and a pressing pump. The second container may be mixed with the cosmetic composition in the first container prior to use; the second container is connected to the first container (before which the first container may be covered by its own lid). Then, the cover body of the second container and the second container body are rotated (both can be rotated simultaneously); because the inner lining is of a three-level boss structure, the inner lining in the second container body is moved to the bottommost part and is blocked by the topmost part of the first container. At this time, the cover and the second container body can continue to rotate downward, thereby puncturing the liner substrate. The cosmetic composition in the inner liner is allowed to flow down and mix with the cosmetic composition in the first container. The second container is then separated from the first container and the press pump cap can be used on the first container.

the inner bushing is arranged in the second container body, and the second container body is provided with a limiting mechanism which can limit the inner bushing to a set position; the bottom of the inner bushing is provided with a substrate, the inner bushing is matched with the cover body and the second container body to form a closed space, and a second cosmetic component can be contained in the closed space;
when the cover body is positioned at the first position, the effective length of the breaking mechanism is less than or equal to the distance between the inner side of the cover body and the substrate;
when the cover body moves to the second position, the bottom of the inner lining is resisted by the top of the first container, and the effective length of the breaking mechanism is equal to the distance between the inner side of the cover body and the substrate;
and under the state that the cover body is rotated to the third position through the screw thread, the substrate is broken through by the breaking mechanism, the effective length of the breaking mechanism is larger than the distance between the inner side of the cover body and the substrate, and the second container is communicated with the first container, so that the second cosmetic component in the second container can be mixed with the first cosmetic component in the first container.
