Further, the inner space of the material cavity barrel can be divided into at least two cavities to realize that at least two materials or more materials are respectively and independently sealed, stored and released, for example, two materials, three materials, four materials, five materials, six materials and the like which are mutually independent and mutually sealed can be accommodated, so that the respective stability requirements or comprehensive blending requirements of various materials can be met.
Preferably, the inner space of the material cavity barrel is divided into two independent cavities to respectively contain a second material and a third material, the head end of the material cavity barrel is provided with a colloid sprayer, wherein each cavity of the material cavity barrel is at least provided with one colloid sprayer which is used as a release outlet of the materials contained in the material cavity, and the head end of the cover barrel structure is provided with a pressure port of each colloid sprayer; each colloid sprayer is provided with a sprayer opening and a sprayer outlet which are communicated with the respective material cavity, a sprayer channel which is communicated with each other is arranged between the sprayer opening and the sprayer outlet, and the sprayer channel is communicated with the inner cavity and the outside of the respective material cavity, wherein the colloid sprayer is an opening type component which is made of rubber materials or other high polymer materials and has elastic deformation characteristics, and is preferably made of silica gel materials;
the sizes of the nozzle channel, the nozzle opening and the nozzle outlet of the colloidal nozzle can be set according to the state of the released materials, the pore diameters of the nozzle channel, the nozzle opening and the nozzle outlet can be large or small for liquid materials with good fluidity, and the pore diameters of the nozzle channel, the nozzle opening and the nozzle outlet of the colloidal nozzle are larger for materials with poor fluidity, such as high-viscosity liquid materials, slurry, solid powder, solid particles, solid sheets or blocks, so that the materials can be released smoothly.

Preferably, the tail end of the material cavity barrel can be provided with a screwing mechanism, the screwing mechanism is connected with and fixed to the tail end of the material cavity barrel, the screwing mechanism is preferably arranged in a shape which is convenient for a user to rotate or screw by hand, for example, the screwing mechanism is arranged in a shape which is convenient for the user to hold and press by hand and is protruded out of the tail end of the material cavity barrel, so that the material cavity barrel is moved to be close to or far away from the cover barrel structure through screwing or pressing operation, the screwing mechanism is preferably arranged in a sheet shape, a strip shape and a column barrel shape which are protruded out of the tail end of the material cavity barrel, or a non-smooth outer surface is arranged on the outer wall of the tail end of the material cavity barrel or the outer wall of the screwing mechanism, for example, a frosted outer surface, a carved vein, a concave-convex line or a;
particularly preferably, the screwing mechanism and the sealing cover assembled at the tail end of the material cavity barrel are an independent integral component, for example, the independent integral component is manufactured into an independent integral injection molding part by adopting an injection molding method, and the independent integral component not only has the function of sealing the tail end of the material cavity barrel, but also has the function of conveniently rotating and screwing the material cavity barrel, so that the mutual rotation between the material cavity barrel and the cover barrel structure is easier to operate and control;
particularly preferably, the screwing mechanism and the material cavity barrel are a separate integral component, and the screwing mechanism is arranged and connected at the tail end of the material cavity barrel, for example, the screwing mechanism and the material cavity barrel are made into a separate integral injection molding part preferably by an injection molding method;

in addition, when the handle cannot be easily rotated, when the handle slides through the ribs or the retaining buckles, slight vibration or slight sound can be generated, and the vibration or the sound can be sensed by a user when the handle rotates or is screwed, so that the handle control of the handle is convenient for the user to operate. For example, a rib is arranged on the outer wall of the screwing mechanism, when the colloidal spray head is squeezed and deformed to cause the spray head channel therein to be blocked and positioned at a closed position, the rib is positioned at the middle position of two ribs arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure, the cover cylinder structure and the screwing mechanism cannot be easily rotated to prevent the product from being accidentally released in the states of storage, transportation and the like, or for example, a rib is arranged on the outer wall of the screwing mechanism, when the squeezing deformation of the colloidal spray head is relieved to cause the spray head channel therein to be opened, the rib is positioned at the position of the rib arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure, the two ribs are mutually connected and block the rotation, the cover cylinder structure and the screwing mechanism cannot be rotated mutually or cannot be easily rotated to facilitate the smooth release and the complete release of the material;
in addition, on one hand, the arrangement of the ribs or the retaining buckles can accurately control the distance or range of mutual rotation of the cover cylinder structure and the screwing mechanism when the plastic body spray head is opened from the sealing of the plastic body spray head after being extruded and deformed to the releasing of the extrusion and deformation.
Further, if desired, a cover cap may be provided on the exterior of the cover member, the cover cap being configured to protect the end of the material chamber or the screw mechanism provided at the end of the material chamber to prevent the end of the material chamber or the screw mechanism provided at the end of the material chamber from being accidentally rotated or accidentally pressed, and the cover cap also providing an overall aesthetic appearance to the container closure apparatus of the present invention. The cover cap can be arranged above the tail end of the material cavity barrel and covers the tail end of the material cavity barrel or the screwing mechanism arranged at the tail end of the material cavity barrel, the cover cap can be connected to the cover member or the material cavity barrel, and preferably the cover cap is connected to the cover member;
or the cover cap is a film material, the film material is adhered to the opening at the tail end of the cover cylinder structure, preferably the film material is adhered to the cross section of the wall body at the tail end of the cover cylinder structure, the material cavity cylinder is sealed in the cover cylinder structure, when the material cavity cylinder is used, the film material needs to be torn off or torn, the screwing mechanism arranged at the tail end of the material cavity cylinder or the tail end of the material cavity cylinder is exposed, and the screwing mechanism arranged at the tail end of the material cavity cylinder or the tail end of the material cavity cylinder is screwed or pressed to release the content in the material cavity cylinder; most preferably, the height of the opening at the tail end of the cover cylinder structure is not lower than that of the screwing mechanism arranged at the tail end of the material cavity cylinder or the tail end of the material cavity cylinder, so that the film material is conveniently adhered to the cross section of the wall body at the tail end of the cover cylinder structure, and a good sealing effect and a good appearance tidiness are achieved;
furthermore, the cover cap may be provided with an anti-tamper structure at the contact portion of the connecting cover member or the connecting material chamber, such as a circle of dot-shaped connecting ring or dot-shaped connecting contact, or a section or a circle of tear strip which is easy to tear and remove, and the like, the anti-tamper structure is provided to protect the container closure device from being tampered with and prevent the container closure device from being accidentally opened in the commodity circulation link.
Preferably, the tail end part of the material cavity barrel of the container closing device protrudes out of the top of the cover enclosing structure, and integrally presents a convex structural shape, and the advantages and the importance are that: the cover cylinder structure and the material cavity cylinder are convenient to be connected and stable; the volume of the material cavity barrel is expanded outwards, more materials are contained, more cavities are separated from the material cavity barrel to contain more different materials, and the assembly operation of the cover member and the material cavity barrel in the connection and sealing mode is met.
Further according to needs, preferably, the bottom of the periphery of the cover enclosure structure can be provided with a circle of easily torn connecting ring or a point-shaped connecting contact which is provided with an anti-theft opening function, the easily torn connecting ring is connected with the cover enclosure structure in a contact connection or micro-connection mode and forms an integral part with the cover enclosure structure, when the container closing device is installed on the container neck, the container is required to be opened and the cover enclosure structure is screwed or rotated, the easily torn connecting ring is broken due to the blocking of the outer wall of the container neck, the point-shaped connected contact or the micro-connection is broken, and the easily torn connecting ring is separated from the cover enclosure structure to play an anti-theft opening function.
Optionally, a gasket may be disposed on the inner surface of the cover surrounding structure contacting the opening of the container to ensure the sealing property between the opening of the container and the cover surrounding structure, and the gasket is preferably a rubber gasket, and most preferably a silicone gasket, for example, a layer of rubber gasket is coated on the inner surface of the top of the cover surrounding structure by a glue dripping method.
The individual parts, members, mechanisms, devices, arrangements, etc. of the container closure or packaging container of the present invention may be obtained by assembling, fastening, or welding individual parts, preferably an assembly or composition of the individual parts or an assembly or composition that can be assembled as described herein. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that when some parts are manufactured, for example, by injection molding, and there is a high difficulty, low production efficiency or high production cost, the parts can be assembled, fixed or welded by using separate parts. It goes without saying that the container closure or packaging container according to the invention, which is assembled, mounted or set up in any way, falls within the scope of protection of the invention.
For example, the colloid spray head arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel and the material cavity barrel can be an integral component, and a rubber material is encapsulated at the head end of the material cavity barrel by adopting an injection molding encapsulation method to prepare an independent integral component; or the components can be independent components, for example, a colloidal spray head with a spray head channel and a spray head opening and a spray head outlet is arranged and fixed at the head end of the material cavity barrel to form an assembly component, or a rubber plug or a rubber material is arranged on a supporting piece or a fixing piece with the spray head channel and the spray head opening and the spray head outlet to form the assembly component of the colloidal spray head, and the supporting piece or the fixing piece is arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel. The rubber material is preferably made of silica gel or butyl rubber, and the colloid spray head is arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel and is relatively fixed with the material cavity barrel. .
For example, in particular, the pressure opening of the glue body nozzle at the head end of the cover cylinder structure has the function of pressing the glue body nozzle to deform the glue body nozzle, and the pressure opening can be a separate integral component with the cover cylinder structure or can be provided as a separate accessory, preferably in the form of a snap fastener, which forms an assembly with the cover cylinder structure; preferably, when the head end of the cover cylinder structure is only provided with a pressure opening of the colloidal spray head and the position of the pressure opening is in the central position of the head end cylinder of the cover cylinder structure, the pressure opening and the cover cylinder structure are prepared into an independent integral component; the head end of the cover cylinder structure is provided with two or more pressure openings of the colloid spray heads, the pressure openings are arranged and prepared into independent accessories with the cover cylinder structure respectively, and then the independent pressure openings are assembled and formed, for example, an independent pressure opening component is assembled at the head end of the cover cylinder structure.
For example, in particular, the concave arrangement or the convex arrangement provided on the inner wall of the neck of the container, i.e. the rotation preventing means on the inner wall of the neck of the container, may be separate parts from the container, and the parts having the concave arrangement or the convex arrangement may be assembled and fixed at the inner cavity of the neck of the container to form an assembly, or the inner wall of the neck of the container may be made into a concave or convex structure, so that the inner wall portion of the neck of the container has the rotation preventing means.
Particularly, the cover enclosing structure and the cover cylinder structure are connected with each other and are in an annular sleeve-shaped structure, the side wall outer wall of the cover enclosing structure can be bonded and sealed with the neck of the container or welded and sealed, for example, the side wall outer wall of the cover enclosing structure is preferably bonded and sealed with the neck or the opening of a packaging bag type container by welding or welding, and most preferably, the packaging bag type container comprises a soft injection packaging bag; the adhesive sealing or weld sealing includes sealing by hot melt adhesion or weld adhesion, such as by heat or high frequency heat fusion.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a packaging container comprising the container closure device of the present invention and a container, the container comprising a container neck having an opening and a body chamber, the container closure device being mounted on the neck of the container, wherein the container closure device is connected to the neck of the container by a thread or a buckle provided on a side wall inner wall of a closure structure thereof, or the container closure device is sealed by bonding or welding to the neck of the container by a side wall outer wall of the closure structure thereof; the main body chamber of the container contains a first material, and the material cavity barrel in the container closing device or a separated cavity in the material cavity barrel contains a second material or more materials; such as a packaging bottle, a packaging bag, a packaging can, a packaging cup or a packaging barrel having an open container neck, or the like;
the container closing device is arranged on the neck of the container, and comprises the steps of mounting, connecting and sealing in a threaded, buckling, bonding or welding mode;
as mentioned above, the container closing device is installed on the neck of the container to form the packaging container, before the packaging container is opened, the extrusion deformation of the colloidal spray head can be relieved by screwing or pressing the material cavity cylinder, so that the spray head channel therein is opened, the material in the material cavity cylinder or the cavity can be automatically released or sprayed out under the action of gravity or the extrusion of the elastomer, and is mixed with the material in the main body chamber of the container, so that before the packaging container is opened, one or more materials in the material cavity cylinder or the cavity can be automatically and rapidly mixed and blended with the material in the main body chamber by only screwing or pressing the material cavity cylinder, and the purpose of mixing and blending the materials before use is achieved.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a packaging composition which comprises a packaging container and two or more materials, wherein the two or more materials are respectively positioned in the packaging container and are mutually independently sealed, at least one material of the two or more materials is a liquid material, the packaging container adopts the packaging container, a main body chamber of the container contains one material, and a material cavity barrel or a separated cavity in the material cavity barrel contains the other materials respectively;
the material can be liquid material, solid material, mixture of solid and liquid or slurry, the solid material is preferably solid powder material, solid particle material, tablet material, the solid particle material includes but is not limited to effervescent granules, fast disintegrating granules, common granules and the like which are used in pharmacy, the tablet material includes but is not limited to effervescent tablets, dispersible tablets, fast disintegrating tablets, common tablets and the like which are used in pharmacy; for example, the packaging composition preferably contains a first material a, a second material B and more materials which are sealed independently of each other, and preferably at least one of the first material a, the second material B and the more materials is a liquid material, for example, the first material a and the second material B are both liquid materials, or the first material a is a solid material and the second material B is a liquid material, or the first material a is a liquid material and the second material B is a solid material, and the liquid material includes a water-soluble liquid material or a fat-soluble liquid material.
Further, the present invention provides a method of assembling a container closure or packaging composition, the closure being assembled prior to installation into a container.
The method I comprises the following steps:
providing the following components, including: a cap member, a material chamber cartridge, a colloidal spray head, an elastomer, a container having an open container neck, or an assembly providing separate parts of said members, a sealing member;
assembling a colloid body spray head at the head end of a material cavity cylinder, and sleeving a cover cylinder structure of a cover component on the material cavity cylinder to ensure that the colloid body spray head is positioned in a spray head pressure opening of the cover cylinder structure, and the colloid body spray head is extruded and deformed and a spray head channel is blocked to be in a closed state;
filling the material into the material cavity barrel or the cavity in the material cavity barrel through the tail end of the material cavity barrel, and placing the elastomer into the material cavity barrel or the cavity in the material cavity barrel;
providing a sealing cover of the material cavity barrel, assembling the sealing cover at the tail end of the material cavity barrel, and sealing the material cavity barrel or a cavity in the material cavity barrel;
further, the body chamber of the container is filled with the first material, the container closure is mounted on the neck of the container, and the closure skirt structure of the cap member of the container closure is connected and sealed to the neck of the container.
The second method comprises the following steps:
providing the following components, including: a cap member, a material chamber cartridge, a colloidal spray head, an elastomer, a container having an open container neck, or an assembly providing separate parts of said members, a sealing member;
assembling a colloid spray head at the head end of the material cavity barrel, providing a sealing cover of the material cavity barrel, arranging the sealing cover at the tail end of the material cavity barrel, and sealing the material cavity barrel or a cavity in the material cavity barrel;
sleeving a cover cylinder structure of the cover component on the material cavity cylinder, so that the colloidal body spray head is positioned in a spray head pressure opening of the cover cylinder structure, and a spray head channel of the colloidal body spray head is in a communicated state; the air in the material cavity barrel or the cavity of the material cavity barrel is pumped out according to needs, the material is filled into the material cavity barrel or the cavity of the material cavity barrel through a nozzle channel in the colloid nozzle, compressed gas is placed into the material cavity barrel or the cavity of the material cavity barrel, after the pressure reaches a preset value, the material cavity barrel and the cover barrel structure are rotated, the colloid nozzle is extruded and deformed, the nozzle channel is in a closed state, and the material and the compressed gas are sealed in the material cavity barrel or the cavity of the material cavity barrel;
further, the body chamber of the container is filled with the first material, the container closure is mounted on the neck of the container, and the closure skirt structure of the cap member of the container closure is connected and sealed to the neck of the container.
Furthermore, the container closing device, the packaging container and the packaging composition thereof provided by the invention can be widely applied to packaging of products such as food or beverage, drinking wine, health food, special medical formula food, common food, medicines, medical instruments, sanitary products, cosmetics, daily necessities and the like, and are particularly suitable for sealing and storing of products containing liquid components.
The invention provides a container closing device, a packaging container and a packaging composition thereof, and application of the container closing device, the packaging container and the packaging composition in preparation or packaging and storing of the following products: the use of a liquid-containing food or drink product, a potable spirit, a health food, a food for special medical use, a general food, a pharmaceutical product, a medical device, a hygienic product, a cosmetic product or a daily use product, particularly in the packaging and storage of a liquid-containing beverage, a potable spirit, a health food, a food for special medical use, a general food, a pharmaceutical product, a medical device, a hygienic product, a cosmetic product or a daily use product. Preferred ranges of implementation are, for example:
packaging and dispensing of liquid or solid beverages, wherein liquid beverages include, but are not limited to, drinking water, liquid milk, liquid beverages, and the like;
for the packaging and blending of drinking wine, the drinking wine includes but is not limited to white spirit, yellow wine, beer, wine, cider, hawthorn wine, kiwi wine, loquat wine, compound wine, brandy, whiskey, rusk, rum, various fruit brandy, fruit distilled liquor, sake, milk wine, the beer includes cooked beer, draught beer, fresh beer, special beer, etc., the compound wine refers to a wine beverage processed by a certain process with distilled liquor, fermented wine or edible alcohol as the wine base, edible animals and plants, food additives as the flavor, taste, color, and flavor, and the beverage wine changes the original wine base, such as: ginseng antler wine, cocktail, phyllostachys nigra, liqueur, and the like;
packaging and dispensing of health foods containing liquids, such as health drinks or oral liquids;
packaging and blending of formulated foods for special medical uses containing liquids, such as liquid nutraceuticals, homogenate or oral liquids;
for the packaging and preparation of liquid-containing drugs, such as oral liquid, eye drops, ear drops, and injection, the injection includes the packaging and preparation of liquid preparations containing water for injection, normal saline injection, and glucose injection, and specific drugs;
packaging and dispensing of medical devices containing liquids, such as various detection reagents, reaction reagents;
packaging and blending of liquid-containing sanitary products, such as cleaning agents, laundry detergents, mouthwashes;
packaging and blending of liquid-containing cosmetics, such as lotions, skin or hair tonics, skin lotions, cream gels; and so on.
According to the container closing device, the packaging container and the packaging composition, before a user or a consumer opens the packaging container, only the material cavity barrel needs to be screwed or pressed to open the nozzle channel of the colloid body nozzle, the container closing device and the independently sealed contents in the packaging container can be automatically mixed together to achieve the effect of automatic blending, the materials can be automatically mixed, the operation that the user can screw the container cover after unscrewing the container cover is not influenced, and the use is convenient, simple and convenient;
in addition, the invention is of great significance for the packaging and storage of the above products, and is of great significance for the determined material proportion for the consumers, users or patients, especially the poorer stability in the liquid environment, or the packaging and storage of the products with serious influence on the freshness and quality of the products, especially drinks. According to the technical scheme, on one hand, different materials are independently sealed, so that the mutual influence or mutual reaction of the materials with different properties in the product storage period is avoided, or the change of the product quality caused by the change of the storage environment is avoided, or the strict storage requirements of the product on the links of transportation, circulation, storage and the like are improved, and the method has important significance for improving the quality and ensuring the quality of products such as drinks, drinking wine, health-care food, special medical purpose formula food, common food, medicines, medical instruments, sanitary products, cosmetics, daily necessities and the like; on the other hand, for the proportioning and blending of various materials (or substances or components), the components are accurately assembled in a safe and clean space environment during production, and can be automatically blended when being used by consumers, users or patients, thereby avoiding the defects of cross contamination and poor blending accuracy existing in the prior art during product blending; in a third aspect, the packaging containers and packaging compositions of the present invention provide significant benefits for the use, carrying, storage and deployment of products in field operations, emergency, rescue, emergency situations and the like.
In particular, the container closure device, the container and other parts of the present invention may be made of polymer materials, metals, glass, ceramics, aluminum-plastic composite materials, paper-plastic materials, etc., or composite functional materials of the above materials, or the container closure device and the packaging container thereof are assemblies of different parts made of various different materials. Preferably made of high polymer materials such as plastics, rubber and plastic materials, or metal materials such as steel, aluminum, tin, copper and other metals or composite metals, or glass and ceramic materials. For example, polymeric materials include, but are not limited to, PET, HDPE, PP, PE, PVC, PS, as well as paper-plastic materials, aluminum-plastic composites, and the like. For example, the material of the container closing device and the container is made of high polymer material, metal, glass, ceramic, aluminum plastic material or paper plastic material, or the composite functional material of the above materials; the container can also be made into a packaging bag by adopting a film material or a sheet material, wherein the film material or the sheet material comprises but is not limited to a high polymer material, an aluminum-plastic material and a paper-plastic material; or the packaging container is an assembly of different parts made of various different materials; the components, devices or arrangements of the packaging container are assemblies or combinations of the components; or, the components are obtained by adopting a method of assembling, connecting and fixing or welding individual parts.
In particular, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure of the relevant portions of the container closure device or the packaging container according to the present invention may be formed by assembling separate components or may be formed as an integral separate component.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the various components, devices, arrangements, etc. of the container closure or packaging container of the present invention are preferably an assembly or combination of the various components as described herein; of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that when some parts are manufactured, for example, by injection molding, and there is a high difficulty, low production efficiency or high production cost, the parts can be assembled, fastened or welded by using separate parts. It goes without saying that the container closure and its packaging container according to the invention, which are assembled or assembled in any way, fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
It should be noted that the material according to the present invention refers to a substance, a combination of substances, or a mixture of substances independently present in a container closure or a packaging container, and the present invention generally describes the form and the existing state of the material in a liquid or solid state, while the present invention considers that a material that can flow at normal temperature and normal pressure and contains a large amount of liquid components can be generally classified as a liquid material, such as a solution, an oil, an emulsion, a suspension, an aerosol (liquid colloid), a slurry, a flowable gel, a thick slurry, or the like, and a material that cannot or cannot easily flow at normal temperature and normal pressure even if it contains a certain amount of liquid components can be considered as a solid material.
Compared with the prior art, the packaging container and the product composition packaged by the packaging container have the following characteristics and creativity:
1. the structure is simple, the control is accurate, the carrying, the storage and the transportation are convenient, and the cost is low;
2. the packaging container respectively and independently seals two or more materials which are separately configured, so that the stability, freshness, functional quality or other qualities of a product are ensured, the change of the product quality caused by the change of a storage environment is avoided, the strict storage requirements of the product on links such as transportation, circulation, storage and the like are improved, and the quality safety of the product is ensured;
3. the packaging container realizes that the independent sealed contents can be automatically mixed together only by screwing or pressing the material cavity barrel before a user or a consumer opens the packaging container, thereby achieving the automatic blending effect;
4. the operation of screwing the container cover after the material is filled in the packaging container is not influenced, the operation of screwing the bottle cover after the bottle cover is unscrewed by a user is also not influenced, and the use is convenient, simple and convenient;
5. the user or consumer can definitely feel the special properties of the product contents and feel that the materials are in different shapes including water columns or liquid columns, spray shapes and the like when being released, so that the user or consumer can get pleasure from the automatic blending process of the product, and the use mood of the user or consumer is optimized;
6. the preparation and allocation of two or more liquid materials and liquid materials can be realized, and the packaging and allocation of two or more liquid materials and solid materials can also be realized;
7. by controlling the release sequence of the materials in each chamber, not only can the diversification and novelty of the material release be realized, but also the blending of each material can be more accurate and scientific;
8. for the proportioning and blending of various materials or substances or components, the components are accurately assembled in a safe and clean space environment during production, and can be automatically blended when being used by consumers, users or patients, so that the defects of cross contamination and poor blending accuracy in product blending in the prior art are overcome;

Example 1. a single-chamber container closure device for rotary release of contents and a packaging container thereof.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the container closing device provided in this embodiment includes a cover member 2, a material chamber tube 3, a colloid spray head 31, a sealing plug 5, and a sealing cover 6, where the cover member 2 has a cover enclosure structure 201 and a cover tube structure 202, the cover enclosure structure 201 and the cover tube structure 202 are connected with each other and are in an annular sleeve-shaped structure, and a cover member thread 203 or a buckle capable of connecting and sealing with the external thread 101 of the neck of the container 1 is provided on the inner wall of the side wall of the cover enclosure structure 201; the tail end of the cover cylinder structure 202 is open and is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3;
the colloidal sprayer 31 is arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel 3, the colloidal sprayer 31 is provided with a sprayer opening 3101 and a sprayer outlet 3102 which are communicated with the material cavity barrel 3, a sprayer channel 3103 which is communicated with each other is arranged between the sprayer opening 3101 and the sprayer outlet 3102, the sprayer channel 3103 is communicated with the inner cavity of the material cavity barrel 3 and the outside of the material cavity barrel, wherein the colloidal sprayer 31 is an opening type component which is made of rubber materials or other high polymer materials and has elastic deformation property, and is preferably made of silica gel materials; the colloid spray head 31 can be fixed at the head end of the material cavity barrel 3 or the colloid spray head 31 is encapsulated to the head end of the material cavity barrel 3 by adopting an injection molding encapsulation method according to requirements;
the head end of the cover cylinder structure 202 is provided with a pressure opening 209 of the colloid body spray head, the opening diameter of the spray head pressure opening 209 is smaller than the root diameter of the colloid body spray head 31, so that the spray head pressure opening 209 can block and press the colloid body spray head 31 to deform the colloid body spray head 31, the cover cylinder structure 202 is connected with the material cavity cylinder 3 through a buckle or a thread, and when the cover cylinder structure 202 is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3, the colloid body spray head 31 is contacted with the spray head pressure opening 209;
the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure 202 is provided with screw buckles 204 and 205 of the cover cylinder structure, the screw buckles 204 and 205 are parallel to each other and have inclined screw tracks, and the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure 202 is provided with convex catches 206 and 207 of stop mechanisms which are parallel to each other;
the outer wall of the material cavity barrel 3 is provided with a threaded buckle 301 of the material cavity barrel and a stop buckle 302 of the stop mechanism; in addition, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the thread fastener of the cover cylinder structure, the protruding retaining fastener of the locking mechanism, the thread fastener of the material cavity cylinder and the retaining fastener of the locking mechanism are respectively arranged in a symmetrical structure, that is, two symmetrical structures are arranged in each arrangement, so that the assembly stability and the operation stability of the cover member 2 and the material cavity cylinder 3 are facilitated;
when the cover cylinder structure 202 is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3, the thread buckle 301 of the material cavity cylinder is just positioned in a track formed by the thread buckles 204 and 205 of the cover cylinder structures which are parallel to each other, the stop buckle 302 of the stop mechanism is just positioned in a stop buckle gap formed by the raised stop buckles 206 and 207 of the stop mechanism which are parallel to each other, the colloid sprayer 31 is positioned on the sprayer pressure opening 209 and is extruded and deformed to cause the sprayer channel 3103 to be blocked, the material cavity cylinder 3 is in a closed state, the edge of the stop surface of the raised stop buckle 206 of the stop mechanism can be arranged in a chamfer shape with a slope, the stop buckle 302 of the stop mechanism can slide through the raised stop buckle 206 of the stop mechanism under a larger screwing action force and further rotate mutually, and the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can generate displacement which is far away from each other through the action of the thread buckle 301;
the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can rotate mutually, the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can be displaced through the screw action or by pressing the tail end of the material cavity cylinder, the displacement generated by the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can realize the displacement of the colloid spray head 31 and the spray head pressure opening 209 which are far away from each other, namely the extrusion deformation state of the colloid spray head 31 can be relieved, and the colloid spray head 31 is loosened to cause the spray head passage 209 to be opened;
the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 is provided with a sealing plug 5 and a sealing cover 6, the sealing plug 5 is positioned at the position of a sealing plug position stop 305 at the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3, the sealing plug 5 is fixed at the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 through the sealing cover 6, and the sealing cover 6 has the function of a screwing mechanism; the sealing cover 6 is provided with a sealing cover buckle 601 and a fixed convex buckle 602, correspondingly, the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 is provided with a material cavity barrel buckle 303 and a fixed concave buckle 304, the sealing cover 6 and the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 are fixedly connected together through the arrangement, the sealing plug 5 is fixed at the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3, and the material in the material cavity barrel 3 is sealed, preferably, the top of the sealing cover 6 is provided with a screwing mechanism 604 convenient for a user to hold by hand, and the screwing mechanism 604 and the sealing cover 6 are an independent integral component;
the material cavity barrel 3 is used for containing and sealing target materials, preferably, an elastic body is arranged in the material cavity barrel 3, the elastic body comprises a compressed gas, a combination of a spring and a rubber plug or a combination of the compressed gas and the rubber plug, the elastic body is preferably compressed gas, the pressure of the compressed gas is greater than 0.2MPa, and the compressed gas is preferably compressed nitrogen; when the elastic body is the combination of the spring and the rubber plug, the elastic body is the combination of the spring and the rubber plug as shown in fig. 10;
preferably, the tail end part of the material cavity barrel 3 protrudes out of the top of the cover structure 201, and the whole body presents a convex structural shape;
optionally, a circle of dot-shaped connection ring 208 with anti-theft opening is arranged at the bottom of the periphery of the cover surrounding structure 201, the dot-shaped connection ring 208 is connected with the cover surrounding structure 201 in a contact manner, when the container closing device is installed on the neck of the container 1, the container needs to be opened and the cover surrounding structure needs to be screwed or rotated, the dot-shaped connection ring 208 is broken due to the anti-theft opening blocking piece 102 outside the bottle neck, the dot-shaped connection contact is separated, and the dot-shaped connection ring 208 is separated from the cover surrounding structure 201 to play a role in anti-theft opening.
When the materials in the packaging container are in a storage state, the cover cylinder structure 202 is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3 and fastened together through threads or buckles, the diameter of the nozzle pressing opening 209 at the head end of the cover cylinder structure is smaller than the root diameter of the colloidal nozzle 31, the nozzle pressing opening 209 tightly presses the colloidal nozzle 31 at the head end of the material cavity cylinder, so that the colloidal nozzle 31 is extruded and deformed to cause the nozzle channel 3103 in the colloidal nozzle to be blocked, and the materials in the material cavity cylinder are in an independent sealing state; the container closing device is arranged at the neck of the container 1 to form a combined type packaging container, before the packaging container is opened, the material cavity barrel 3 is only required to be screwed or pressed, so that the cover barrel structure 202 and the material cavity barrel 3 generate mutual distance displacement, the state that the colloid spray head 31 is extruded and deformed is further relieved, a spray head channel 3103 in the colloid spray head 31 is opened, the material in the material cavity barrel is released or sprayed out through a spray head outlet 3102 under the action of gravity or the extrusion of an elastic body and is mixed with the material in the main body chamber 103 of the container 1, and the mixed material can be used by further screwing the cover enclosing structure 201 to open the packaging container. The purpose that materials in the material cavity barrel and materials in the container 1 are automatically and quickly mixed and blended together only by screwing the material cavity barrel before the packaging container is opened is achieved, and the purpose that the materials are mixed and blended before use is achieved.
Further, the container closing device is installed on a container with an open neck to form a packaging container, wherein the container comprises but is not limited to a packaging bottle, a packaging bag, a packaging can and a packaging barrel, the neck of the container is provided with a thread 101 or a buckle, and the thread or the buckle can be connected with the thread or the buckle arranged on the inner wall of the side wall of the container closing device and can be sealed;
alternatively, the side wall outer wall of the enclosing structure of the container closing device and the neck of the container are bonded or welded, for example, the side wall outer wall of the enclosing structure and the neck of the packaging bag type container are bonded or welded, preferably by heating or high-frequency hot melting.
The packaging container can be used for packaging two different materials which are independently sealed, wherein the main body chamber 103 of the container 1 contains a first material, and the material cavity barrel 3 contains a second material.
Example 2. a dual-chamber container closure and packaging container for rotary release of contents.
Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the container closing device provided by the present embodiment includes a cover member 2, a material chamber tube 3, two plastic nozzles 31, a sealing plug 5, and a sealing cover 6, wherein the cover member 2 has a cover enclosure structure 201 and a cover tube structure 202, the cover enclosure structure 201 and the cover tube structure 202 are connected with each other and are in an annular sleeve-shaped structure, and a cover member thread 203 or a buckle capable of connecting and sealing with the external thread 101 of the neck of the container 1 is provided on the inner wall of the side wall of the cover enclosure structure 201; the tail end of the cover cylinder structure 202 is open and is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3;
a cavity partition 306 is arranged in the material cavity barrel 3, the cavity partition 306 divides the material cavity barrel 3 into two independent cavities, and each cavity is provided with a colloid sprayer 31 of each cavity;
the colloid sprayer 31 is arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel 3, each colloid sprayer 31 is provided with a sprayer opening 3101 and a sprayer outlet 3102 which are communicated with the material cavity barrel 3, a sprayer channel 3103 which is communicated with each other is arranged between the sprayer opening 3101 and the sprayer outlet 3102, the sprayer channel 3103 is communicated with the inner cavity of the material cavity barrel 3 and the outside of the material cavity barrel, wherein the colloid sprayer 31 is an opening type component which is made of rubber materials or other high polymer materials and has elastic deformation property, and is preferably made of silica gel materials; the colloid spray head 31 can be fixed at the head end of the material cavity barrel 3 or the colloid spray head 31 is encapsulated to the head end of the material cavity barrel 3 by adopting an injection molding encapsulation method according to requirements;
the head end of the cover cylinder structure 202 is provided with a pressure opening component 21, the pressure opening component 21 is provided with a pressure opening component buckle 2102 and two spray head pressure openings 2101, the opening diameter of the pressure opening component 21 is smaller than the root diameter of the colloidal spray head 31, the pressure opening component 21 is connected with the mounting block 210 of the pressure opening component at the head end of the cover cylinder structure through the pressure opening component buckle 2102 and is mounted at the head end of the cover cylinder structure, and the pressure opening component 21 and the cover cylinder structure 202 can rotate mutually as required; when the cover cylinder structure 202 is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3, the two colloid spray heads 31 are respectively contacted with the two spray head pressure ports 2101;
the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure 202 is provided with screw buckles 204 and 205 of the cover cylinder structure, the screw buckles 204 and 205 are parallel to each other and have inclined screw tracks, and the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure 202 is provided with convex catches 206 and 207 of stop mechanisms which are parallel to each other;
the outer wall of the material cavity barrel 3 is provided with a threaded buckle 301 of the material cavity barrel and a stop buckle 302 of the stop mechanism; in addition, preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the thread fastener of the cover cylinder structure, the protruding retaining fastener of the locking mechanism, the thread fastener of the material cavity cylinder and the retaining fastener of the locking mechanism are respectively arranged in a symmetrical structure, that is, two symmetrical structures are arranged in each arrangement, so that the assembly stability and the operation stability of the cover member 2 and the material cavity cylinder 3 are facilitated;
when the cover cylinder structure 202 is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3, the thread buckle 301 of the material cavity cylinder is just positioned in the track formed by the thread buckles 204 and 205 of the cover cylinder structure which are parallel to each other, and the catch 302 of the detent mechanism is just in the catch gap formed by the raised catches 206 and 207 of the detent mechanism that are parallel to each other, the two colloid nozzles 31 are respectively positioned on the two nozzle pressure ports 2101 and are extruded and deformed to cause the respective nozzle channels 3103 to be blocked, the two chambers in the material chamber barrel 3 are in a closed state, the edge of the blocking surface of the raised blocking buckle 206 of the stop mechanism can be arranged in a shape of a chamfer with inclination, so that the blocking buckle 302 of the stop mechanism can slide through the raised blocking buckle 206 of the stop mechanism under a larger screwing action force and further rotate mutually, the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can be displaced away from each other through the action of the threaded buckle 301;
the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can rotate mutually, the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can be displaced through the screw action or by pressing the tail end of the material cavity cylinder, the displacement generated by the cover cylinder structure 202 and the material cavity cylinder 3 can enable the colloid spray head 31 and the spray head pressure opening 209 to be displaced away from each other, namely the extrusion deformation state of the colloid spray head 31 can be relieved, and the colloid spray head 31 is loosened to cause the spray head passage 209 to be opened;
the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 is provided with a sealing plug 5 and a sealing cover 6, the sealing plug 5 is positioned at the position of a sealing plug position stop 305 at the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3, the sealing plug 5 is fixed at the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 through the sealing cover 6, and the sealing cover 6 has the function of a screwing mechanism; the sealing cover 6 is provided with a sealing cover buckle 601 and a fixed convex buckle 602, the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 is provided with a material cavity barrel buckle 303 and a fixed concave buckle 304 correspondingly, the sealing cover 6 and the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3 are fixedly connected together through the arrangement, the sealing plug 5 is fixed at the tail end of the material cavity barrel 3, and the sealing effect is performed on the materials in the two cavities in the material cavity barrel 3, preferably, the top of the sealing cover 6 is provided with a screwing mechanism 604 convenient for a user to hold by hand, and the screwing mechanism 604 and the sealing cover 6 are independent integral components;
the two cavities in the material cavity barrel 3 are respectively used for containing and sealing target materials, preferably, an elastic body is arranged in the material cavity barrel 3 and comprises a compressed gas, a combination of a spring and a rubber plug or a combination of the compressed gas and the rubber plug, the elastic body is preferably compressed gas, the pressure of the compressed gas is greater than 0.2MPa, and the compressed gas is preferably compressed nitrogen; when the elastic body is the combination of the spring and the rubber plug, the elastic body is the combination of the spring and the rubber plug as shown in fig. 10;
preferably, the tail end part of the material cavity barrel 3 protrudes out of the top of the cover structure 201, and the whole body presents a convex structural shape;
optionally, a circle of dot-shaped connection ring 208 with anti-theft opening is arranged at the bottom of the periphery of the cover surrounding structure 201, the dot-shaped connection ring 208 is connected with the cover surrounding structure 201 in a contact manner, when the container closing device is installed on the neck of the container 1, the container needs to be opened and the cover surrounding structure needs to be screwed or rotated, the dot-shaped connection ring 208 is broken due to the anti-theft opening blocking piece 102 outside the bottle neck, the dot-shaped connection contact is separated, and the dot-shaped connection ring 208 is separated from the cover surrounding structure 201 to play a role in anti-theft opening.
When the material in the packaging container is in a storage state, the cover cylinder structure 202 is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder 3 and fastened together through threads or buckles, the diameters of the two nozzle pressing openings 209 at the head end of the cover cylinder structure are smaller than the root diameter of the colloidal nozzle 31, the two nozzle pressing openings 209 respectively press the two colloidal nozzles 31 at the head end of the material cavity cylinder, so that the colloidal nozzle 31 is extruded and deformed to cause the nozzle channel 3103 in the colloidal nozzle to be blocked, and the material in the two cavities is in an independent sealing state; the container closing device is arranged at the neck of the container 1 to form a combined type packaging container, before the packaging container is opened, the material cavity barrel 3 is only required to be screwed or pressed, so that the cover barrel structure 202 and the material cavity barrel 3 generate mutual distance displacement, the state that the two colloidal spray heads 31 are extruded and deformed is further relieved, the spray head channels 3103 in the colloidal spray heads 31 are opened, two materials in the cavity are respectively released or sprayed out through the spray head outlets 3102 under the action of gravity or the extrusion of an elastic body and are mixed with the materials in the main body chamber 103 of the container 1, and then the mixed materials can be used by further screwing the cover enclosing structure 201 to open the packaging container. The purpose that two materials in the cavity and the materials in the container 1 are automatically and quickly mixed and allocated together only by screwing the material cavity barrel before the packaging container is opened is achieved, and the purpose that the materials are mixed and allocated before use is achieved.
Further, the container closing device is installed on a container with an open neck to form a packaging container, wherein the container comprises but is not limited to a packaging bottle, a packaging bag, a packaging can and a packaging barrel, the neck of the container is provided with a thread 101 or a buckle, and the thread or the buckle can be connected with the thread or the buckle arranged on the inner wall of the side wall of the container closing device and can be sealed;
alternatively, the side wall outer wall of the enclosing structure of the container closing device and the neck of the container are bonded or welded, for example, the side wall outer wall of the enclosing structure and the neck of the packaging bag type container are bonded or welded, preferably by heating or high-frequency hot melting.
The packaging container can be used for packaging three different materials which are independently sealed, wherein the main body chamber 103 of the container 1 contains a first material, and the two chambers in the material cavity barrel 3 respectively contain a second material and a third material.
Example 3. packaging composition containing two separately sealed materials.
A packaging composition, which comprises a packaging container, a first material A and a second material B, wherein the packaging container adopts the packaging container in example 1, the first material A and the second material B are respectively arranged in a main body chamber of the container and a material chamber of a container closing device and are mutually independently sealed, at least one of the first material A and the second material B is liquid, preferably both the first material A and the second material B are liquid, or the first material A is liquid, the second material B is solid, or the first material A is solid, and the second material B is liquid. The solid material is preferably solid powder material, solid particle material or tablet material.
The packaging composition is used for independently sealing the first material A and the second material B which are separately prepared in the packaging container, so that the stability, freshness, functional quality or other qualities of the product are guaranteed; and before the packaging container is opened, a user or a consumer only needs to twist the bottle cap or twist and press the bottle cap, and the independently sealed contents in the packaging container can be automatically mixed together, so that the automatic blending effect is achieved.
Example 4. packaging composition containing three separately sealed materials.
A packaging composition, which comprises a packaging container, a first material A, a second material B and a third material C, wherein the packaging container is the packaging container of embodiment 2, the first material A is arranged in the main body chamber of the container, the second material B and the third material C are respectively arranged in two chambers of a material chamber cylinder of a container closing device, the first material A, the second material B and the third material C are mutually independently sealed, at least one of the first material A, the second material B and the third material C is liquid, preferably, the first material A, the second material B and the third material C are all liquid, or the first material A and the second material B are liquid, the third material C is solid, or the first material A and the third material C are liquid, the second material B is solid, or the first material A is solid, the second material B and the third material C are liquid, and the solid material is preferably solid powder material, solid particle material or tablet material.
The packaging composition is used for independently sealing the first material A, the second material B and the second material C which are independently prepared in the packaging container, so that the stability, freshness, functional quality or other qualities of a product are guaranteed; and before the packaging container is opened, a user or a consumer only needs to twist the bottle cap, and the independently sealed contents in the packaging container can be automatically mixed together, so that the automatic blending effect is achieved.
Embodiment 5. any one of the container closure devices or the packaging containers thereof described in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, wherein the material of the container closure device or the packaging container thereof is made of a polymer material, metal, glass, ceramic, an aluminum-plastic composite material, or a paper-plastic material, or the like, or a composite functional material of the above materials;
or the main body chamber of the container can be made into a packaging bag by adopting a film material or a sheet material, wherein the film material or the sheet material adopts a high polymer material, an aluminum-plastic composite material, a paper-plastic material and the like;
wherein the cover component, the material cavity cylinder and other parts are made of high polymer materials, metals, glass, ceramics, aluminum-plastic composite materials, paper-plastic materials and the like, or composite functional materials of the materials, or the packaging container is an assembly of different parts made of various different materials;
preferably, the polymer material is made of plastic, rubber and plastic materials, or the metal material is made of metal or composite metal such as steel, aluminum, tin, copper and the like, or glass and ceramic materials;
or the packaging container is an assembly of different parts made of various different materials;
alternatively, the individual components, devices, arrangements, etc. of the packaging container are assemblies or combinations of the individual components;
or, the components are obtained by adopting a method of assembling, connecting and fixing or welding individual parts.
Example 6 use of any of the container closures, packaging containers or packaging compositions of examples 1-4 for the preparation or packaging of a product for storage containing a liquid component.
Example 7 use of any of the container closures, packaging containers or packaging compositions of examples 1 to 4 for the preparation or packaging of storage of: food or drink, drinking wine, health food, food for special medical use, general food, medicine, medical instrument, sanitary goods, cosmetics or daily necessities containing a liquid component.
Example 8 use of any of the container closures, packaging containers or packaging compositions of examples 1-4 in:
packaging and blending liquid beverage or solid beverage;
packaging and blending of drinking liquors, such as cocktail, blending liquors of animal and plant extracts;
packaging and dispensing of liquid-containing health foods, such as health drinks or oral liquids;
packaging and blending of liquid-containing foods formulated for special medical uses, such as liquid nutrition, homogenate or oral liquid;
packaging and blending of liquid-containing drugs, such as oral liquid, eye drops, and injection, wherein the injection comprises packaging and blending of a liquid preparation containing water for injection, normal saline injection, glucose injection, etc. and a specific drug;
packaging and dispensing of medical devices containing liquids, such as various detection reagents, reaction reagents;
packaging and dispensing of liquid-containing hygiene products, such as cleaning agents, laundry detergents, mouthwashes;

Claims (21)

1. A container closing device comprises a cover component, a material cavity barrel and a colloid body spray head, wherein the cover component is provided with a cover enclosure structure and a cover barrel structure, the cover enclosure structure and the cover barrel structure are connected with each other and are of an annular sleeve-shaped structure, the inner wall of the side wall of the cover enclosure structure is provided with a thread or a buckle which can be connected and sealed with the neck of a container, or the outer wall of the side wall of the cover enclosure structure is bonded and sealed or welded and sealed with the neck of the container;
the tail end of the cover cylinder structure is connected with the cover enclosure structure, and the tail end of the cover cylinder structure is in an open shape;
the material cavity barrel or a cavity separated in the material cavity barrel can contain one or more materials;
the colloidal sprayer is arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel, the colloidal sprayer is provided with a sprayer opening and a sprayer outlet which are communicated with the material cavity barrel, a sprayer channel which is communicated with each other is arranged between the sprayer opening and the sprayer outlet, the sprayer channel is communicated with the inner cavity of the material cavity barrel and the outer part of the material cavity barrel, wherein the sprayer of the colloidal body is an opening type component which is made of rubber materials or other high polymer materials and has elastic deformation characteristic;
the head end of the cover cylinder structure is provided with a pressing opening for pressing the colloid sprayer, the pressing opening has the function of pressing the colloid sprayer to deform the colloid sprayer, the cover cylinder structure is connected with the material cavity cylinder through a buckle or a thread, the cover cylinder structure is sleeved on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder, and the colloid sprayer is in contact with the sprayer pressing opening;

2. The container closure of claim 1, wherein the material chamber and cap structure are snap-fit or threaded and are displaced by a screw action or by pressing on the end of the material chamber;
the method comprises the following steps that a convex buckle arranged on the outer wall of a material cavity cylinder is connected with a convex buckle arranged on the inner wall of a cover cylinder structure in a buckling mode, or the convex buckle arranged on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder is connected with a concave buckle groove arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure in a buckling mode, or the concave buckle groove arranged on the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder is connected with the convex buckle arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure in a buckling mode; or,
the material cavity barrel and the cover barrel are connected through threads, and displacement change can be realized, so that a spray head channel of the colloidal spray head is blocked or is communicated.
3. The container closure of claim 1, wherein the rear end of the material chamber barrel is integral with the barrel body;
or the tail end of the material cavity barrel can be provided with a sealing cover, the sealing cover is provided with a sealing plug or a sealing gasket, and the sealing plug or the sealing gasket is usually made of rubber materials;
the sealing plug or the sealing gasket comprises a sealing cover and a rubber material which is encapsulated on the sealing cover by adopting an injection molding encapsulation method to form a separate integral component, or the sealing plug or the sealing gasket is made into a separate assembly made of rubber material, and then the assembly is installed on the sealing cover.
4. The vessel closing device of claim 1, an elastomer disposed in the material chamber or cavity, the elastomer comprising a combination of compressed gas, a spring, and a rubber plug, or a combination of compressed gas and a rubber plug; when the elastomer selects compressed gas or a combination of the compressed gas and the rubber plug, the pressure of the compressed gas is greater than 0.11 MPa.
5. The vessel closing device of claim 1, wherein the colloid injector is made of a single rubber-like material and is mounted at the head end of the material chamber barrel, and comprises a rubber material combined with other supporting or fixing components or a rubber and plastic supporting component;
or the rubber material is encapsulated to the head end of the material cavity barrel by adopting an injection molding encapsulation method, and the colloid body spray head is arranged at the head end of the material cavity barrel and is relatively fixed with the material cavity barrel.
6. The container closure as claimed in claim 1, said closure and lid barrel structures being interconnected and secured;
or the cover surrounding structure and the cover cylinder structure are an independent integral component;
or the cover surrounding structure and the cover cylinder structure are independent parts respectively, and the cover cylinder structure and the cover surrounding structure are assembled and fixed together to form the cover component.

The closure of a container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the closure and the cap-and-cylinder structures are connected to each other and can rotate only in one direction, the closure and the cap-and-cylinder structures are separate parts, the cap-and-cylinder structures are assembled together and can rotate only in one direction, and at least one counter-rotation preventing means is provided on the closure and the cap-and-cylinder structures;
the anti-rotation blocking device is a device which is matched with the concave or convex device arranged on the cover structure and the sheet, inclined sheet or lodging device arranged on the cover structure, or a device which is matched with the sheet, inclined sheet or lodging device arranged on the cover structure and the concave or convex device arranged on the cover structure; the concave or convex arrangement comprises a sawtooth-shaped, sheet-shaped, oblique sheet-shaped or lodging-shaped arrangement, or an arrangement with a concave or convex functional structure formed by a sawtooth-shaped, sheet-shaped, oblique sheet-shaped or lodging-shaped component;
the position of the anti-rotation blocking device is located at any position where the cover enclosure structure and the cover cylinder structure are connected with each other, or at any position where the cover enclosure structure and the cover cylinder structure can be contacted with each other when rotating mutually.
8. The container closure assembly of claim 1, wherein the closure structure and the cap-and-cylinder structure are connected to each other and freely rotatable with respect to each other, the closure structure and the cap-and-cylinder structure are separate parts, the cap-and-cylinder structure and the closure structure are assembled together to form the cap member, and at least one counter-rotation preventing means is provided on the outer wall of the cap-and-cylinder structure and the inner wall of the neck portion of the container, or at least one counter-rotation preventing means is provided on the outer wall of the cap-and-cylinder structure and the inner wall of the neck portion of the container, and the cap-and-cylinder structure is in contact with the neck portion of the container through the counter-rotation preventing means or the rotation preventing means;
the anti-rotation blocking device is a device which is matched with the concave or convex device arranged on the inner wall of the neck of the container and the sheet, inclined sheet or lodging device arranged on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure, or the anti-rotation blocking device is a device which is matched with the sheet, inclined sheet or lodging device arranged on the inner wall of the neck of the container and the concave or convex device arranged on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure; the concave or convex arrangement comprises a sawtooth-shaped, sheet-shaped, oblique sheet-shaped or lodging-shaped arrangement, or an arrangement with a concave or convex functional structure formed by a sawtooth-shaped, sheet-shaped, oblique sheet-shaped or lodging-shaped component;
the rotation preventing device is a device which is matched with the convex device on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure and the concave device on the inner wall of the neck of the container, or the rotation preventing device is a device which is matched with the concave device on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure and the convex device on the inner wall of the neck of the container and the convex device on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure and the inner wall of the neck of the container, and the device can fix the cover cylinder structure and the neck of the container relatively, prevent the cover cylinder structure and the neck of the container from rotating relatively, or at least prevent the cover cylinder structure and the neck of the container from rotating relatively in one direction; the concave or convex arrangement comprises a sawtooth-shaped, sheet-shaped, oblique sheet-shaped or lodging-shaped arrangement, or an arrangement with a concave or convex functional structure formed by a sawtooth-shaped, sheet-shaped, oblique sheet-shaped or lodging-shaped component.

The container closure assembly of claim 1, wherein the interior space of the material chamber tube is divided into at least two chambers, including dividing the interior of the material chamber tube into two separate chambers for receiving two different materials, respectively, the head end of the material chamber tube being provided with a colloid spray head, wherein each chamber of the material chamber tube is provided with at least one colloid spray head for releasing the materials received in the material chamber, and the head end of the cover tube structure is provided with a pressure port of the respective colloid spray head;
each colloid body spray head is provided with a spray head opening and a spray head outlet which are communicated with the respective material cavity, a spray head channel which is communicated with each other is arranged between the spray head opening and the spray head outlet, the spray head channel is communicated with the inner cavity and the outside of the respective material cavity, and the spray head of the colloid body is an opening type component which is made of rubber materials or other high polymer materials and has elastic deformation characteristic.
10. The container closure of claim 1, the cap arrangement and the material chamber cartridge including interengaging detent or locking means which engage to prevent or hinder further relative rotation of the cap arrangement and the material chamber cartridge when the material chamber cartridge is rotated to a predetermined position relative to the cap arrangement;
the preset position comprises a specific position where the colloidal spray head is extruded and deformed to cause the spray head channel to be blocked, or a specific position where the extrusion deformation of the colloidal spray head is released to cause the spray head channel to be opened;
the prevention or the blockage of the further relative rotation of the cover cylinder structure and the material cavity cylinder comprises that the cover cylinder structure and the material cavity cylinder are mutually blocked and cannot rotate further relatively, or a blocking effect is formed between the cover cylinder structure and the material cavity cylinder, so that the acting force can be increased to rotate relatively, but cannot be easily rotated;
the stop or locking mechanism may be provided at any location of the cover and material chamber where it is accessible.
11. The container closure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lid barrel arrangement and the material chamber barrel include interengaging detent or locking means provided on an inner wall of the lid barrel arrangement and an outer wall of the material chamber barrel or on a wall of the lid barrel arrangement and the material chamber barrel.
12. The closure of claim 11, wherein the stop mechanism or locking mechanism comprises at least one rib or catch provided on the inner wall of the cap structure and the outer wall of the material chamber in a direction parallel to the central axis of the cap structure or the material chamber, the rib or catch serving as a rotational positioning rib or rotational positioning catch of the cap structure and the material chamber for positioning the material chamber when the material chamber rotates to a predetermined position relative to the cap structure;
the rib or the retaining buckle comprises a convex or a concave arrangement arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure and the outer wall of the material cavity cylinder, or the rib or the retaining buckle comprises a convex or a concave arrangement arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure and the wall body of the material cavity cylinder, and the arrangement comprises a strip, a column, a sheet or a concave track.
13. The container closure assembly of claim 12, wherein the ribs or catches are evenly distributed around the circumference of the outer wall of the material chamber tube or the ribs or catches are evenly or symmetrically distributed around the circumference of the inner wall of the lid tube structure.
14. The container closure of claim 1, wherein the rear end of the material chamber barrel is provided with a screwing mechanism, and the screwing mechanism is connected and fixed with the rear end of the material chamber barrel;
or the screwing mechanism and the sealing cover assembled at the tail end of the material cavity barrel are an independent integral component;
alternatively, the screwing mechanism and the material cavity barrel are a separate integral component.
15. A container closure assembly as claimed in claim 14 in which the screw means and cap member are arranged to be in proximity or contact with each other with a detent or locking means which is engageable to prevent or hinder further relative rotation of the cap and screw means when the cap and barrel structure is rotated to a predetermined position relative to the screw means, said predetermined position including a particular position in which the plastics body nozzle is squeezed to deform and thereby cause the nozzle passage therein to be blocked, or a particular position in which the plastics body nozzle is released from squeezing to deform and thereby cause the nozzle passage therein to be opened;
or at least one rib or retaining buckle which is matched with each other can be arranged on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure and the outer wall of the screwing mechanism or on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure and the inner wall of the screwing mechanism in the direction parallel to the central axis of the cover cylinder structure, and the rib or the retaining buckle is used as a rotary positioning rib or a rotary positioning retaining buckle of the cover cylinder structure and the screwing mechanism and is used for positioning a specific position where the colloidal spray head is extruded and deformed to cause the blockage of the spray head channel or releasing the extrusion deformation of the colloidal spray head to cause the opening of the spray head channel;
the ribs or the retaining buckles are arranged in a protruding shape or a groove shape on the inner wall of the cover cylinder structure and the outer wall of the screwing mechanism, or arranged in a protruding shape or a groove shape on the outer wall of the cover cylinder structure and the inner wall of the screwing mechanism, and the arrangement comprises a strip-shaped object, a column-shaped object, a sheet-shaped object or a groove track-shaped object.
16. The container closure as in claim 1, wherein the end piece of the material chamber barrel of the container closure protrudes above the top of the skirt structure and is generally shaped as a protrusion.
17. A packaging container comprising the container closure of claim 1 and a container comprising a container neck having an opening and a body compartment, the container closure being mounted on the neck of the container, wherein the container closure is connected to the neck of the container by a thread or a snap provided on a side gusset inner wall of its closure structure, or wherein the container closure is adhesively sealed or weld sealed to the neck of the container by a side gusset outer wall of its closure structure;
the main body chamber of the container contains a first material, and the material cavity barrel in the container closing device or a separated cavity in the material cavity barrel contains a second material or more materials;
the container comprises a packaging bottle, a packaging bag, a packaging can, a packaging cup or a packaging barrel with an open container neck;
the container closure is mounted on the neck of the container, including by means of threads, snap-fit, adhesive or welding, and attached, connected and sealed.
18. A packaged composition comprising the packaging container of claim 17, two or more materials, wherein the two or more materials are respectively located inside the packaging container and are sealed independently of each other, wherein the main chamber of the container contains one material, and the material chamber or the separated chambers in the material chamber respectively contain the rest of the materials;
at least one of the two or more materials is a liquid material;
the material can be liquid material, solid material, mixture of solid and liquid or slurry;
the solid materials comprise solid powder materials, solid particle materials and tablet materials;
the solid granular materials include but are not limited to effervescent granules, rapidly disintegrating granules and common granules which are used in pharmacy;
the tablet material includes but is not limited to effervescent tablets, dispersible tablets, fast disintegrating tablets and common tablets which are used in pharmacy;
the liquid material comprises water-soluble liquid material or fat-soluble liquid material.
19. The container closure device according to claim 1 or the packaging container according to claim 18, wherein the individual parts, members, means, arrangements of the container closure device or the packaging container thereof are obtained by assembling, bonding, or welding of individual parts, including an assembly or a combination of the individual parts, or an assembly or a combination which can be assembled;
the components, members, mechanisms, devices and arrangements of the container closing device or the packaging container thereof can be made of high polymer materials, metals, glass, ceramics, aluminum-plastic composite materials and paper-plastic materials, or composite functional materials of the materials, or the container closing device and the packaging container thereof are assemblies of different components made of different materials.
20. A method of assembling a container closure according to claim 1 or a packaging container according to claim 17, the method comprising the steps of:
providing the following components, including: a cap member, a material chamber cartridge, a colloidal spray head, an elastomer, a container having an open container neck, or an assembly providing separate parts of said members, a sealing member;
assembling a colloid body spray head at the head end of a material cavity cylinder, and sleeving a cover cylinder structure of a cover component on the material cavity cylinder to ensure that the colloid body spray head is positioned in a spray head pressure opening of the cover cylinder structure, and the colloid body spray head is extruded and deformed and a spray head channel is blocked to be in a closed state;
filling the material into the material cavity barrel or the cavity in the material cavity barrel through the tail end of the material cavity barrel, and placing the elastomer into the material cavity barrel or the cavity in the material cavity barrel;
