The special paper for knife drawing containing photochromic substances is combined with the auxiliary device to generate a transient color-changing drawing draft on the special paper for knife drawing, so that a knife drawing writer can concentrate on drawing and realize a real auxiliary effect.
Under the condition that the pre-irradiated drawing line profile is not matched with the ideal position of the knife drawing special paper, the knife drawing author can adjust the ideal effect by adjusting the position of the knife drawing special paper. In the case of determining the projection position, the knife drawing writer does not move the knife drawing special paper any more. And the image processing unit associates the calibration identification information of the special paper for knife drawing with the position of the projected drawing line profile after the time of fixing the position of the special paper for knife drawing exceeds the preset time, so as to determine the specific position information of the drawing line profile on the special paper for knife drawing. For example, after the position of the special paper for cutting has not moved for more than 1 minute, the image processing unit determines and stores the coordinate position of the drawing line profile.
The knife painting is different from other painting modes in that other painting modes can fix the painting paper to perform painting without moving, and the knife painting needs different hand forces for a knife painting author to cooperate with the use of a knife gesture in the painting process because the carving force of each knife is different, so that the paper special for knife painting cannot be completely fixed in the whole painting process and certainly can move locally. If the paper is fixed, the special paper for knife drawing may be damaged due to too large drawing force. When the auxiliary device repeatedly projects the drawing line contour on the special paper for knife drawing through the visible light source or the color-changing light source, the drawing line contour is projected at the same position all the time based on the calibration mark of the special paper for knife drawing, and the projection effect of the drawing line contour is not influenced even if the special paper for knife drawing is shifted. Therefore, the invention frees the two hands of the knife drawing writer by fixing the drawing line outline, and does not need the knife drawing writer to fix the special paper for matching the drawing line outline with the special paper for knife drawing. When the knife drawing writer needs, the auxiliary device is used for projecting the drawing line outline, and the special paper for knife drawing is only required to be placed in the projection range of the light source, so that the use is convenient.
Preferably, the light control component is capable of projecting a partial or partial line of the drawing line profile to the paper-specific for cutting based on an indication by the image processing unit.
After acquiring the drawing line profile of the drawing draft, the image processing unit may perform feature change on the line profile, for example, convert the line profile into a profile such as a solid line, a dotted line, or a dotted line.
The light control component can project line profiles of corresponding features to the special paper for knife drawing based on the profiles converted by the image processing unit. The advantage of so setting up lies in, can realize the simple deformation of the line profile of drawing the draft based on sword draws author's individual habit and needs, better assists sword to draw author's drawing creation.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, at least two rotatable mirrors reflect the color-changing light source on the special paper for knife drawing in a manner that at least one of the mirrors rotates at a set frequency, so that the color-changing light source can scribe a line outline on the special paper for knife drawing in a curved line.
As shown in fig. 3, the light control assembly includes: a movable mirror 41 for rapidly moving the spot. The plurality of movable mirrors are capable of forming various patterns of light spots on the paper specific for knife drawing. In the case of a moving mirror, the light spot of the light source moves as a function of the angle of the mirror at a set moment, thereby creating a pattern of light. For example, a raster pattern, a curvilinear pattern, or an elliptical pattern can be created by movement of the mirror.
As shown in fig. 4, the two mirrors 50 are freely rotatable at a first fulcrum 51 and a second fulcrum 52, respectively. The two mirrors 55 are free to rotate at a third pivot 54 and a fourth pivot 56, respectively. The light of the color-changing light source is projected on the first mirror 50, and the reflected light 53 based on the first mirror is projected on the second mirror 55. The first mirror 50 oscillates at a high frequency, for example 20KHZ, causing the raster pattern to move horizontally. The moving beam reflected by the first mirror 50 impinges on the second mirror 55 and the grating pattern is formed by the second mirror 55 moving at a relatively slow frequency, for example 60 KHZ.
The mirrors in the light control module have multiple sets. The first set of reflectors are configured to change the pattern characteristics of the color changing light source and the second set of reflectors are configured to change the pattern characteristics of the visible light source.
Preferably, the image processing unit is connected to at least one display key. The display key is used to select a display feature of the line profile, for example, whether the line profile is projected according to an actual line in the drawing draft or projected as a feature such as a solid line, a broken line, or a dot.
Preferably, the image processing unit is further capable of enlarging or reducing the line contour in the identified drawing draft at a preset scale, so that the color-changing contour projected on the cutting paper is reduced or enlarged.
Preferably, the temperature range of the visible light source and the color-changing light source projected on the special paper for knife painting is 25-35 ℃. The temperature is too high, so that the special paper for knife drawing is easy to deform, and the drawing effect in the knife drawing process is influenced. Therefore, the temperature of the light source projection on the paper dedicated for cutting needs to be controlled. Preferably, the auxiliary device is provided with at least one infrared temperature component for measuring the paper surface temperature of the special paper for the track bed within the projection range. And when the infrared temperature assembly detects that the temperature of the paper surface is higher than the limited temperature, temperature warning information is sent to the light control assembly. The light control assembly turns off the visible light source and/or the color changing light source based on the temperature alert information. Or the light control assembly turns off a part of visible light sources and/or lamp beads in the color-changing light source based on the temperature warning information so as to reduce the paper surface temperature of the special paper for cutting and drawing.
In order to further reduce the influence of the heat degree of the light source radiation on the special paper for cutting, the color-changing light source and the visible light source can be set as cold light sources. For example, the color-changing light source may be provided as an ultraviolet light-cooling light source capable of emitting ultraviolet light. The cold light source purple light LED has a spectrum range of long-wave ultraviolet UVA: wavelength of 400-320 nm, medium-wave ultraviolet UVB: the wavelength is 320-275 nm. Because the light emitting diode of the ultraviolet cold light source has small volume and low working temperature, the ultraviolet cold light source can be made into various shape structures with good plasticity, and is convenient for low-temperature irradiation of the special paper for knife drawing.
The use method of the auxiliary device comprises the following steps:
placing the drawing draft in the collection range of the drawing collection unit;
after the contour lines of the drawing draft are collected, placing the special paper for knife drawing in the light source irradiation range, and performing pre-projection of a visible light source;
adjusting the relative position of the pre-projected line profile and the special paper for knife drawing, and waiting for the auxiliary device to determine the calibration of the line profile after adjustment;
determining line characteristics projected by the line profile;
after calibration is finished, a color-changing light source of the auxiliary device is turned on, and the color-changing light source projects the line contour on the special paper for knife drawing, so that the special paper for knife drawing gradually shows the line contour in a photochromic mode;
and after the preset projection time is reached, the color-changing light source is turned off.
The line profile of the knife paper fades away within a defined time, for example, within a half hour or a week, until it disappears.
In the case where the calibration marks are printed with a pigment containing a photo-induced component, when the color-changing light source and the colored visible light illuminate the paper for special knife drawing simultaneously, the image processing unit can read the calibration marks through the drawing acquisition unit to determine the position information of the line outline of the drawing draft on the paper for special knife drawing. The advantage of so setting up lies in, after the sword painted author finishes drawing, need not cut out the part that contains the calibration sign, has saved a large amount of manufacturing cost to the factory of producing the special paper is painted to the sword, has saved the creation cost to the sword painted author, has also protected the environment.

the light control component (15) controls the visible light source (12) to project light rays corresponding to the line contour on the special paper for knife drawing based on the line contour sent by the image processing unit (14), so that a line contour pattern consistent with the drawing draft is formed on the special paper for knife drawing.
