Abstract
The invention discloses equipment and a process for filling environment-friendly UV putty on the edge of a workpiece, which comprise a rack, a conveying bottom plate, a power system, a bilateral rough edge milling system, a bilateral spraying system, a bilateral finish edge milling system, a coating system and an ultraviolet lamp irradiation system. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention reduces one processing procedure of base paper edge sealing, reduces the procedures of a production line, improves the efficiency by 25% in prediction and reduces the labor cost by 20%; because a sealing process is omitted, the probability of scratching and damage in the product manufacturing process is reduced, the one-time qualification rate of the product is improved, and the product scrap caused by scratching is expected to be reduced by at least about 30% compared with the normal value.
