Referring to fig. 5-8, the collecting assembly 71 includes a collecting box 711 fixedly mounted on the top of the carrying base plate 2, a first through groove 712 is formed at the front side of the bottom of the collecting box 711, a movable collecting box 713 is placed inside the collecting box 711 through the first through groove 712, a handle 714 is fixedly connected to the front side of the movable collecting box 713, a plurality of exhaust holes 717 distributed at equal intervals are formed at the rear side of the movable collecting box 713, a second through groove 718 is formed at the front side of the collecting box 711 and above the first through groove 712, two sliding rails 719 are symmetrically mounted on the side wall inside the collecting box 711 and corresponding to the second through groove 718, a filter screen 7110 is slidably connected to the inside of the two sliding rails 719, a sliding connection structure is formed between the two side walls inside the collecting box 711 and the side wall of the movable collecting box 713 through a sliding groove 715 and a guiding sliding strip 716, the sliding groove 715 is formed on the inner side, the guide sliding strip 716 is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the movable collecting box 713, an air inlet through hole 7111 is formed in one side wall of the collecting box 711, the air inlet through hole 7111 is located between the movable collecting box 713 and the sliding rail 719, the air outlet end of the third conveying pipe 710 extends to the inside of the movable collecting box 713 through the air inlet through hole 7111, and the top end of the collecting box 711 is fixedly connected with a sealing cover plate 7112 with the matched size.
Referring to fig. 9-10, the first manual clamping unit 8 includes a mounting base plate 81 fixedly mounted on the front end surface of the fixed product cutting unit 3 and a slide carriage 82 slidably connected to the top end of the fixed product cutting unit 3, the interior of the slide carriage 82 is a hollow structure, a second wire cylinder 83 is fixedly connected to the interior of the slide carriage 82, a lead screw 84 is rotatably connected to the interior of the second wire cylinder 83 through threads, one end of the lead screw 84, which is far away from the second wire cylinder 83, extends to the front side of the mounting substrate 81, and an adjusting rod 85 is fixedly connected to the lead screw, a fixed seat 86 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the sliding seat 82, a connecting bracket 87 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the fixed seat 86, the top end of the connecting bracket 87 is fixedly connected with a connecting seat 88, one side of the connecting seat 88 facing the product 11 to be cut is fixedly connected with a clamping block 89, and the product 11 to be cut is fixed through the clamping block 89.
When the cutting device is used, firstly, a product 11 to be cut is placed on the fixed product cutting unit 3 and the movable product cutting unit 4, then the first manual clamping unit 8 and the second manual clamping unit 9 are respectively used for fixing, when the fixing is performed, the adjusting rod 85 is manually shaken to drive the lead screw 84 to rotate, and as the lead screw 84 is connected with the sliding seat 82 through the second screw cylinder 83, when the lead screw 84 rotates, the sliding seat 82 slides on the fixed product cutting unit 3 until the clamping block 89 abuts against the surface of the product 11 to be cut, and then the fixing can be completed;
then, the product 11 to be cut is cut in sections, the first driving motor 33 is started to drive the driving pulley 34 to rotate, the driven pulley 39 is driven to rotate under the action of the driving belt 310, and the cutting disc 38 is driven to rotate at a high speed, at this time, the worker continues to shake the adjusting rod 85 to push the whole product 11 to be cut to move towards the cutting disc 38 until the product is completely cut;
then, the worker reversely shakes the adjusting rod 85 to remove the limitation on the product 11 to be cut, at this time, the second driving motor 54 rotates to drive the threaded rod 56 to rotate through the speed reducer 53, and as the threaded rod 56 is connected with the movable product cutting unit 4 through the first wire barrel 57, when the threaded rod 56 rotates, the whole movable product cutting unit 4 moves along the direction of the product 11 to be cut until the next section of the product is moved to a position needing to be cut;
in the whole cutting process, the generated waste scraps are conveyed to the collecting box 711 through each pipeline after the fan 72 is started, and then are separated by the filter screen 7110, clean air is discharged from the exhaust holes 717, and the waste scraps are left in the movable collecting box 713 and are poured out periodically.

A cutting system of chemical rubber products comprises an equipment bearing frame (1) and a bearing bottom plate (2) fixedly installed at the bottom end inside the equipment bearing frame (1), and is characterized in that a fixed product cutting unit (3) is fixedly installed at one side above the equipment bearing frame (1), a movable product cutting unit (4) is connected to the other side above the equipment bearing frame (1) in a sliding mode, a cutting unit directional driving unit (5) is fixedly installed at the rear side of the top of the equipment bearing frame (1), the fixed product cutting unit (3) and the movable product cutting unit (4) are connected in series through the cutting unit directional driving unit (5), a directional runway (6) is fixedly welded to the front side and the rear side of the top end of the equipment bearing frame (1), and the movable product cutting unit (4) is arranged above the two directional runways (6) in a sliding mode, the waste collecting and purifying unit (7) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the bearing bottom plate (2), the front side of the fixed product cutting unit (3) and the front side of the movable product cutting unit (4) together, a product (11) to be cut is placed in the cutting area of the fixed product cutting unit (3) and the cutting area of the movable product cutting unit (4) together, and the product (11) to be cut is fixed correspondingly through a first manual clamping unit (8) and a second manual clamping unit (9) which are fixedly mounted at the top ends of the fixed product cutting unit (3) and the movable product cutting unit (4) respectively;
the cutting unit directional driving unit (5) comprises a first supporting frame (51) and a second supporting frame (52) which are symmetrically installed at the top end of an equipment bearing frame (1), a speed reducer (53) is fixedly installed at the rear side of the first supporting frame (51), a second driving motor (54) is fixedly installed at the top end of the speed reducer (53), the driving end of the second driving motor (54) is connected with the power input end of the speed reducer (53) in series, a bearing seat (55) is fixedly installed at the rear side of the second supporting frame (52), the power output end of the speed reducer (53) and the inside of the bearing seat (55) are jointly connected with a threaded rod (56), and a transmission structure of a threaded structure is formed between the threaded rod (56) and the driven end of the movable product cutting unit (4) through a first screw tube (57);
fixed product cutting unit (3) and movable product cutting unit (4) are the same component of two structures, fixed product cutting unit (3) include bed plate (31) of fixed mounting on equipment bearing frame (1) top the rear side fixed mounting of bed plate (31) bottom has motor mounting base (32) the front side fixed mounting of motor mounting base (32) has first driving motor (33), the drive end fixed mounting of first driving motor (33) has driving pulley (34) the top fixed mounting of bed plate (31) has stand (35), the top of stand (35) is fixed mounting respectively has braced frame (36) and product to place board (37) braced frame (36) deviate from one side rotation that the product placed board (37) is connected with cutting disc (38), the driven end of the cutting disc (38) penetrates through the supporting frame (36), extends to the lower part of the product placing plate (37), and is fixedly provided with a driven pulley (39).
2. The cutting system for chemical rubber products according to claim 1, wherein a sliding roller (58) is fixedly mounted at each of four corners of the bottom end of the movable product cutting unit (4), and four sliding rollers (58) are placed above two orientation tracks (6);
the fixed product cutting unit (3) and the threaded rod (56) form a rotary connection structure through a bearing (10).

The cutting system for chemical rubber products according to claim 1, wherein the transmission ratio of the driving pulley (34) to the driven pulley (39) is 1:1, and a transmission belt (310) is sleeved on the driving pulley (34) and the driven pulley (39) together to form a linkage structure of the first driving motor (33) and the cutting disc (38).

Cutting system for chemical rubber products according to claim 4, the front end faces of the first collection cover (73) and the second collection cover (74) are respectively and fixedly connected with a first collection pipe (75) and a second collection pipe (76), a three-way pipe (77) is fixedly arranged at the air inlet of the fan (72), a first conveying pipe (78) is connected in series between the first collecting pipe (75) and one of the air inlets of the three-way pipe (77), a second conveying pipe (79) is connected in series between the second collecting pipe (76) and the other gas inlet of the three-way pipe (77), the first conveying pipe (78) is a metal hard pipe, the second conveying pipe (79) is a spiral spring hose, and a third conveying pipe (710) is connected in series between the air outlet of the fan (72) and the collecting assembly (71).

The cutting system for chemical rubber products according to claim 5, wherein the collecting assembly (71) comprises a collecting box (711) fixedly installed at the top end of the bearing bottom plate (2), a first through groove (712) is formed in the front side of the bottom of the collecting box (711), a movable collecting box (713) is placed in the collecting box (711) through the first through groove (712), a handle (714) is fixedly connected to the front side of the movable collecting box (713), a plurality of exhaust holes (717) are formed in the rear side of the movable collecting box (713) and distributed at equal intervals, a second through groove (718) is formed in the front side of the collecting box (711) and above the first through groove (712), two sliding rails (719) are symmetrically installed on the side wall of the inner part of the collecting box (711) and corresponding to the position of the second through groove (718), the two sliding rails (719) are connected with a filter screen (7110) in a sliding mode.

The cutting system for chemical rubber products according to claim 6, wherein the two side walls inside the collection box (711) and the side walls of the movable collection box (713) form a sliding connection structure through a sliding groove (715) and a guiding sliding strip (716), respectively, the sliding groove (715) is opened on the inner side wall of the collection box (711), and the guiding sliding strip (716) is fixedly connected on the outer side wall of the movable collection box (713).
