The bottom end of the fixing frame 251 is hinged with a base 254 extending out of the fixing frame 251, a jacking driving piece 255 is fixed on the base 254, and a jacking end of the jacking driving piece 255 is hinged to the other end of the swing arm 252 so as to drive the swing arm 252 and the shaping mold 253 to swing back and forth around the hinged position of the top end of the fixing frame 251.

The pressing and shaping mechanism 25 with the structural design has the advantages of compact structure, simple and convenient action control and easy realization of rapid shaping of the four corners of the metal laminate 1.
In this embodiment, the fixing frame 251 includes a supporting plate and an L-shaped connecting rod, one end of the L-shaped connecting rod is fixed on the supporting plate, and the other end is fixed on the fixing frame 251. A hinge seat 256 is fixed on the swing arm 252, and the bottom end of the hinge seat 256 is hinged to the top end of the support plate through a hinge shaft 257. The jacking actuators 255 are hinged to the bottom end of the support plate by bases 254. The jacking driving member 255 is preferably a jacking cylinder, the base 254 is fixed on the top surface of the jacking cylinder, and the piston rod end of the jacking cylinder is hinged to one end of the swing arm 252.
In order to limit the turning angle of the shaping mold 253 and avoid crushing the metal laminate 1, a limiting block 258 is fixed at the position, close to the hinge seat 256, of the top end of the supporting plate of the fixing frame 251, a limiting groove with an upward opening is formed in the limiting block 258, and the swing arm 252 is located in the limiting groove of the limiting block 258 when pressing down the metal laminate 1.
Referring to fig. 10, the forming mold 253 includes a connecting section 2531 and a mold section 2532 integrally connected in an L-shape. One end of the connecting section 2531 is fixed on the swing arm 252. The extending end of the mold section 2532 is downwardly protruded with a pressing block 2533, and the lower surface of the pressing block 2533 is downwardly protruded with a shaping block 2534 matched with the hanging hole 10 of the metal laminate 1, so that when the pressing block 2533 downwardly presses the end welding part of the flat plate 16 of the metal laminate 1, the shaping block 2534 is embedded into the hanging hole 10 and is matched with the right end positioning block 231 for clamping and shaping. Therefore, the metal laminate plate 1 can be prevented from deforming during welding, and the welding quality is improved. The mold sections 2532 are wedge-shaped blocks, the top surfaces of which are gradually inclined downwardly from the fixed ends to the extended ends.
Referring to fig. 4, the welding robot 3 includes a movable robot arm 31 and a laser welding head 32 fixed to a free end of the movable robot arm 31. The movable mechanical arm 31 is used for driving the laser welding head 32 to lift, translate and rotate, so that the laser welding head 32 can move to the four-corner welding position of the metal layer plate 1 respectively for welding. Laser welding is an efficient precision welding method using a laser beam with high energy density as a heat source, and is suitable for precision welding of a metal laminate 1.
The invention also provides a welding method using the welding system. The method comprises the following steps: the metal laminate 1 to be welded is placed in a square positioning space formed on the fixed seat 22 and the sliding seat 23, and the right end positioning block 231 is driven by the sliding seat 23 to move for a predetermined distance, so that the left end and the right end of the metal laminate 1 are positioned. The front side pushing positioning component 223 acts to position the front and back sides of the metal layer plate 1. The side plates 15 of the metal laminate 1 are clamped and shaped by the overturning and shaping mechanisms 24 respectively arranged on the fixed seat 22 and the sliding seat 23 oppositely and the rear side positioning block 222 and the front side pushing and positioning component 223 matched with the overturning and shaping mechanisms. After the four corners of the metal laminate 1 are pressed and shaped by the pressing and shaping mechanism 25, the welding is carried out by the welding robot 3. So, can guarantee that welding position is accurate, the welding is firm, easily realizes the automated production of big batch metal laminate 1, is favorable to improving production efficiency and production security, reduces workman intensity of labour.
Any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention should be considered as disclosed in the present invention, unless the inventive concept is contrary to the present invention; within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, any combination of various simple modifications and different embodiments of the technical solution without departing from the inventive idea of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A welding system for metal laminates comprises a metal laminate positioning device (2) and a welding robot (3), and is characterized in that the metal laminate positioning device (2) comprises a machine base (21), a fixed base (22) is fixed at one end of the top surface of the machine base (21), a sliding base (23) is arranged at the other end of the top surface of the machine base (21) in a sliding manner close to or far away from the fixed base (22), a left end positioning block (221) is transversely fixed on the top surface of the fixed base (22), a right end positioning block (231) is transversely fixed on the top surface of the sliding base (23), the two left end positioning blocks (221) and the two right end positioning blocks (231) are respectively used for clamping two ends of a metal laminate (1) for positioning, a rear side positioning block (222) and a front side pushing positioning component (223) are longitudinally and relatively fixed on the top surface of the fixed base (22), a rear side positioning block (222) and a front side pushing positioning component (223), left end locating piece (221), right-hand member locating piece (231), rear side locating piece (222) and front side push positioning component (223) form square location space jointly, after for putting into metal laminate (1), drive two right-hand member locating pieces (231) through sliding seat (23) and remove the predetermined distance towards left end locating piece (221) after, both ends location about centre gripping metal laminate (1), rethread two front sides push positioning component (223) push metal laminate (1) towards the front and back side of rear side locating piece (222) removal predetermined distance after location metal laminate (1), welding robot (3) are used for welding the metal laminate after metal laminate positioner (2) location.

The welding system for the metal laminate plates as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed seat (22) and the sliding seat (23) are respectively and oppositely provided with a turnover shaping mechanism (24) for cooperating with the rear side positioning block (222) and the front side pushing positioning assembly (223) to clamp and shape the side plate (15) of the metal laminate plate (1), two sets of pressing and shaping mechanisms (25) are oppositely arranged on the fixed seat (22), and two sets of pressing and shaping mechanisms (25) are oppositely arranged on the sliding seat (23) so as to weld the welding positions at the four corners of the metal laminate plate (1) through the welding robot (3) after pressing and shaping.

The welding system for the metal laminate plates as claimed in claim 2, wherein the turnover shaping mechanism (24) comprises two bearing seats (241) relatively fixed on the sliding seat (23), the two bearing seats (241) are rotatably provided with turnover shafts (242) through bearings, a turnover driving member (243) for driving the turnover shafts (242) to turn over in a reciprocating manner is arranged outside one bearing seat (241), the turnover shaft (242) is fixedly connected with a turnover frame (244), one end of the turnover frame (244) is fixed on the turnover shaft (242), the other end of the turnover frame (244) extends out along the radial direction of the turnover shaft (242), and shaping assemblies (245) are respectively fixed on two sides of the extending end of the turnover frame (244) so as to be matched with the rear side positioning block (222) and the front side pushing positioning assembly (223) to clamp and shape the front and rear sides of the metal laminate plate (1).

The welding system for metal sheets according to claim 3, wherein the shaping assembly (245) comprises a shaping driver (2451) and a shaping block (2452), the shaping driver (2451) being fixed to the roll-over stand (244), the shaping block (2452) being fixed to the drive end of the shaping driver (2451).

The welding system for the metal laminate plates as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pressing and shaping mechanism (25) comprises a fixing frame (251), one end of the fixing frame (251) is fixed on the sliding seat (23), the other end of the fixing frame (251) extends out of the fixing frame (251), a swing arm (252) is hinged to the top end of the fixing frame (251), a shaping mold (253) for shaping the four corners of the metal laminate plate (1) is fixed to one end of the swing arm (252), a base (254) extending out of the fixing frame (251) is hinged to the bottom end of the fixing frame (251), a jacking driving member (255) is fixed to the base (254), and a jacking end of the jacking driving member (255) is hinged to the other end of the swing.

The welding system for the metal layers according to claim 5, wherein a limiting block (258) is fixed at the top end of the fixing frame (251) close to the hinge seat (256), a limiting groove with an upward opening is formed in the limiting block (258), and the swing arm (252) is positioned in the limiting groove of the limiting block (258) when pressing down the metal layer (1).

The welding system for the metal laminate of claim 5, wherein the sizing die (253) comprises a connecting section (2531) and a die section (2532) which are integrally connected in an L shape, one end of the connecting section (2531) is fixed on the swing arm (252), a pressing block (2533) protrudes downwards from the extending end of the die section (2532), and a sizing block (2534) matched with the hanging hole (10) of the metal laminate (1) protrudes downwards from the lower surface of the pressing block (2533).

The welding system for metal layers according to claim 1, wherein the welding robot (3) comprises a movable mechanical arm (31) and a laser welding head (32) fixed at the free end of the movable mechanical arm (31), the movable mechanical arm (31) is used for driving the laser welding head (32) to lift, translate and rotate, so that the laser welding head (32) can move to the four-corner welding position of the metal layer (1) respectively for welding.
