Working process and principle: when the invention is used in cooperation with an automobile bumper production workshop, the position of the supporting rod 29 in the sleeve 30 is adjusted according to the height of a worker and is screwed by a fastening screw, then the part body is placed on the profiling block assembly 23 to be clamped, the control switch in the switch box 21 is started to start the first cylinder 4, so that the compacting plate 5 and the compacting block 6 are pressed down to compact the part body, the second cylinder 19 is started, the punch 14 is pressed down with the punch fixing plate 13, four hole sites of the part body need to be punched, the punch 14 and the female die 18 are punched and molded, the spring 16 is compressed when the punch 14 is pressed down to drive the stripper 15 to move downwards, a buffering process is provided, the paint surface around the hole sites is prevented from being damaged by excessive pressure of the punch 14, the two sides of the punch fixing plate 13 are fixedly connected with the side plates 12, the first slide block 11 is fixedly arranged on the side plates 12, the first slide block 11 moves up and down along the guide rail 10, the bottom end and two sides of the supporting frame 9 are fixedly connected with the positioning aluminum blocks 28, the punching stability and precision of the punch 14 are improved, after the punching is finished, the second air cylinder 19 is started, the punch 14 and the punch fixing plate 13 are driven to move upwards, the edge of the stripper plate 15 slowly leaves the part body from the pressed part body due to a restoring process of the spring 16, the part body is prevented from being stuck to the punch 14 after punching, the paint surface around a hole site is damaged, the first air cylinder 4 is started, the compacting plate 5 and the compacting block 6 leave the part body, the third air cylinder 40 is started, the sucking disc 47 is sucked by the part body, the motor 35 is started again, the disc 42 and the cylinder 43 are driven to rotate, the driving connecting rod 41 is driven to move the sliding rod 39 on the third air cylinder 40 to rotate along the arc-shaped sliding groove 38 in the sliding rail 37, the sucking disc 47 sucks the part body punched with the through hole and cooperates with the track assembly line of the automobile bumper production workshop to realize automatic unloading, when the disc 42 is driven by the motor 35, the disc rotates only half circle, the interference of the connecting rod 41 is avoided, the forklift slot 32 is designed to facilitate carrying of the invention, the bottom end of the supporting leg 31 is provided with a rubber buffer layer, the impact of machine operation on the ground is reduced, the noise is reduced, and each part line penetrates into the control cabinet on the back of the base 1 through the line hole 35 and the line slot 33, so that the working face is tidier.
Based on the above, the invention is convenient to operate, the part body is tightly pressed by arranging the pressing mechanism 2, the punching forming of the bumper is realized by arranging the punching mechanism 3, the precision and the stability of the bumper during punching are improved by arranging the guide rail 10, the first sliding block 11, the side plate 12 and the positioning aluminum block 28, the automatic discharging is realized by arranging the carrying mechanism 36, and meanwhile, the paint surfaces around the hole sites are prevented from being damaged by the design of the discharging plate 15 and the spring 16, and the surface quality of the bumper is improved.

A punching machine for a bumper, characterized in that: the novel pressing mechanism comprises a base (1), wherein a pressing mechanism (2), a punching mechanism (3) and a carrying mechanism (36) are fixedly connected to the base (1), the pressing mechanism (2) is in three groups and distributed in a fan shape along a part body, the pressing mechanism (2) comprises a first cylinder (4) fixedly connected to the base (1), the other end of the first cylinder (4) is hinged to the bottom of a pressing plate (5), one end of the pressing plate (5) is connected to the base (1) through a hinge, the other end of the pressing plate is connected with a pressing block (6) through a screw, a supporting plate (7) is arranged on the base (1) between two groups of pressing mechanisms (2) at intervals, the supporting plate (7) is arranged on the same surface as the pressing mechanism (2), and a supporting block (8) is fixedly connected to the supporting plate (7);
the punching mechanism (3) is provided with four groups and is distributed in a fan shape along the part body, the punching mechanism (3) comprises a C-shaped supporting frame (9) fixedly connected to a base (1), two sides of the supporting frame (9) are fixedly connected with guide rails (10), a first sliding block (11) is connected to the guide rails (10) in a sliding mode, a side plate (12) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the first sliding block (11), a punch fixing plate (13) is fixedly connected between the side plates (12), the punch fixing plate (13) is sleeved outside a punch (14), the upper end of the punch (14) is fixedly connected with the punch fixing plate (13) and the lower end of the punch fixing plate is sleeved outside a discharging plate (15), a spring (16) is fixedly connected between the discharging plate (15) and the punch (14), a plurality of guide columns are arranged between the punch fixing plate (13) and the discharging plate (15), the lower end of the supporting frame (9) is fixedly connected with a female die holder (17), a female die (18) is arranged on the female die holder (17), the upper end of the supporting frame (9) is fixedly connected with a female die (19), the lower end of the female die (20) is connected with a cylinder (20), a switch box (21) is also arranged on the base (1);
