The plates are mostly used in the building industry, and include steel plates, wood plates, and the like, different types of plates can be divided according to thickness, such as thick plates, middle plates, and thin plates, and metal plates are usually stamped in the processing process and punched into a required shape, so that the use of a stamping device is common in the processing of plates. For example, the chinese patent publication No. CN105619771A discloses a direct-acting plate stamping mechanism, which includes a fixed panel, a horizontal plate placing table is fixedly connected to the fixed panel, a plurality of vertical guide shafts are disposed on a side surface of the plate placing table, a lower end of each guide shaft is fixedly connected to the fixed panel, a limiting shaft lower than the height of each guide shaft is disposed between the guide shafts, a lower end of each limiting shaft is adjustably disposed on the fixed panel through a screw thread, a stamping cylinder fixing plate is fixedly connected to an upper end of each guide shaft, a stamping cylinder is disposed on the stamping cylinder fixing plate, a stamping head fixing plate is disposed between the stamping cylinder fixing plate and the plate placing table, the stamping head fixing plate is slidably disposed on the guide shafts, a stamping head matched with the plate placing table below is disposed on the stamping head fixing plate, and the stamping head is connected to a cylinder rod of the stamping cylinder through a universal joint. But this mechanism promotes the punching press of punching press head through simple cylinder and carries out the punching press of panel, and its stamping force is comparatively unstable for the panel quality of punching press is comparatively unsatisfactory.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plate stamping device, which can effectively stamp and shape a plate and improve the stamping quality.

1. according to the invention, the first rotating shaft is driven by the motor to rotate, so that the first rotating wheel and the first clamping block rotate, the first rotating wheel drives the second rotating wheel to rotate, the four connecting rods form linkage, so that the second sliding part moves up and down, meanwhile, the sliding rod in the second sliding part drives the stamping head to move, a metal plate to be processed is placed in the clamping and positioning device, the bottom supporting piece effectively supports the bottom of the plate, the stamping head downwards performs stamping operation on the plate, and the impact pressure of the stamping head is ensured to be stable enough through a gear transmission mode, so that the plate can be well formed.
2. The clamping base is provided with the supporting plate below, so that the clamping base is well supported, and stable operation of components is guaranteed.
3. The sliding seat is provided with a positioning right-angle piece, so that the metal plate can not move in the horizontal direction when placed on the sliding seat, and the positioning accuracy is ensured.
4. Be equipped with the cylinder fixing base on the sliding seat, be equipped with the cylinder on the cylinder fixing base, the cylinder can carry on spacingly to sheet metal on vertical, guarantees can not the displacement on vertical.

The clamping and positioning device 24 comprises a clamping base 241 arranged on one side of the supporting seat 1, a driving motor 242 is arranged on the clamping base 241, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a driving gear 243 is arranged at the extending end of the driving motor 242, rack slide ways 244 are arranged on two sides of the upper portion of the clamping base 241, a rack 245 is arranged in each rack slide way 244, the rack 245 is meshed with the driving gear 243, a pulley 246 is arranged below the rack 245, and the pulley 246 is embedded in each rack slide way 244; the clamping base 241 is provided with a slide rail 247, the slide rail 247 is provided with a slide block 248, the slide block 248 is provided with a slide seat 249, the lower part of the slide seat 249 is provided with a rack connecting piece 250, the slide seat 249 is connected with one end of a rack 245 through the rack connecting piece 250, the slide seat 249 is provided with a cylinder fixing seat 251, the cylinder fixing seat 251 is provided with a cylinder 252, the cylinder 252 is a double-shaft cylinder, the side part of the slide seat 249 is provided with a stamping support rod piece 253, the end part of the stamping support rod piece is of a semicircular structure, the semicircular structures at two sides form a complete circular structure, the circle center of the circle corresponds to the circle center of a stamping head, and the structure plays a role of stamping a lower die; a supporting plate 254 is arranged below the clamping base 241, so that the clamping base is well supported, and stable operation of components is guaranteed; the sliding seat 249 is provided with a positioning right-angle piece 255, so that the metal plate can not move in the horizontal direction when being placed on the sliding seat, and the positioning is accurate; the reinforcing rods 256 are arranged on the stamping support rod pieces 253, so that the rigidity and the strength of the stamping support rod pieces are improved.
The bottom support device 25 comprises a limit track 27 arranged on a rack 245 on one side, as shown in fig. 5, a bent support 28 is arranged on a clamping base 241, a shaft sleeve 29 is arranged at the end part of the bent support 28, a rotating shaft 30 is arranged in the shaft sleeve 29, a bottom support ring part 31 is connected to the upper end of the rotating shaft 30, a swinging part 32 is connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft 30, a moving wheel 33 is connected to the end part of the swinging part 32, the moving wheel 33 is embedded in the limit track 27, the bottom support ring part and the swinging part form a certain angle around the rotating shaft, when the rack moves, the limit track moves along with the rotating shaft, the moving wheel moves in the limit track, the bottom support ring part rotates and moves towards the punching support rod part, a circular ring is arranged on the bottom support ring part, when the rack stops moving, the circular ring is concentric with the punching head, the inner diameter of the circular ring is consistent with the diameter of a circle formed by the punching support rod parts on both sides, the bottom support ring part mainly plays a supporting role, so that when the punching head performs punching, a part, the plate can play a role of a good punching lower die, and ensure that a workpiece has high quality.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: according to the invention, the motor drives the first rotating shaft to rotate, so that the first rotating wheel and the first clamping block rotate, the first rotating wheel drives the second rotating wheel to rotate, the four connecting rods form linkage, so that the second sliding part moves up and down, meanwhile, the sliding rod in the second sliding part drives the stamping head to move, a metal plate to be processed is placed in the clamping and positioning device, the driving motor drives the driving gear to rotate, so that racks on two sides move towards different directions, the sliding seat clamps the metal plate in the horizontal direction, and the cylinder is started to clamp the metal plate in the longitudinal direction; the bottom support piece effectively supports the bottom of the plate, the stamping head downwards performs stamping operation on the plate, and the impact pressure of the stamping head is ensured to be stable enough through a gear transmission form, so that the plate can be formed well.
