While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A preparation method of disposable sanitary products with bandage type closing systems is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a liquid-permeable top layer;
2) preparing an absorption core layer;
3) preparing a liquid-impermeable bottom layer:
a. unreeling the prepared PE film, defining that the PE film extends to a longitudinal direction along the unreeling direction of the PE film and extends to a transverse direction along the width direction of the PE film, wherein the PE film comprises a middle part in a rectangular structure and extending parts extending outwards from two transverse sides of the middle part, and the two extending parts are axially symmetrically arranged along a longitudinal central axis of the middle part;
b. unreeling the prepared bottom non-woven fabric and compounding the non-woven fabric on the upper surface of the middle part of the PE film;
c. the extension part on the PE film is folded upwards and inwards and is compounded with the upper surface of the bottom layer non-woven fabric, and a front waist part, a rear waist part and a crotch part connecting the front waist part and the rear waist part are defined, wherein the front waist part is positioned on the same diaper and provided with the extension part, and the rear waist part is positioned on one side far away from the front waist part in the longitudinal direction;
4) preparing a self-adhesive elastic bandage:
d. unreeling the prepared first flexible material, and defining the first flexible material to be sequentially divided into a first elastic area, a second elastic area and a third elastic area along the transverse direction of the first flexible material;
e. distributing a plurality of rubber bands with the stretching ratio of more than 1.8 times side by side on the upper surface of the first flexible material along the longitudinal direction, applying glue at intervals along the longitudinal direction to form glue application areas, and forming a buffer area between the two glue application areas;
f. e, unreeling the prepared second flexible material, and compounding the second flexible material on the second elastic area and the third elastic area on the product obtained in the step e;
g. connecting the first flexible material and the second flexible material in the step f through ultrasonic welding to form an ultrasonic welding area, wherein the ultrasonic welding area is distributed between two adjacent rubber bands;
h. d, spraying glue on the first elastic area in the step g, and folding upwards along the boundary of the first elastic area and the second elastic area to be compounded on the upper surface of the second flexible material of the second elastic area;
i. compounding a first PE film on the product in the step h and positioned on the lower surface of the gluing area;
j. cutting the product of the step i along the longitudinal middle part of the gluing area to form a single self-adhesive elastic bandage;
5) compounding the self-adhesive elastic bandage obtained in the step j on two transverse sides of the rear waist region obtained in the step c respectively through hot pressing, namely heating the first PE film and the PE film on one transverse side of the self-adhesive elastic bandage to form a molten state through hot pressing, fixing the PE films in a cold area, and fixedly connecting the PE films through molecular recombination;
6) sequentially compounding the liquid-permeable surface layer in the step 1 and the absorption core layer in the step 2 with the product in the step 5;
7) cutting the product obtained in the step 6 to form a single diaper product, and folding the diaper product along the middle part of the crotch region by a folding device to ensure that the front waist region is attached to the rear waist region;
8) and (4) turning the self-adhesive elastic bandage in the step (7) upwards, and fixedly connecting the first PE film on the free end of the self-adhesive elastic bandage with the extension part of the PE film through hot pressing to form a single closed system diaper product.
2. The method of making a closure system disposable hygiene article with a bandage of claim 1, characterized in that: in the step h, a through groove is cut on the buffer area and between the second elastic area and the third elastic area.
3. Method for the preparation of a disposable hygienic article with bandaged closure system according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that: the ratio of the width sizes of the first elastic zone, the second elastic zone and the third elastic zone is 3-4: 4-5: 1 to 3.
4. The method of making a closure system disposable hygiene article with a bandage of claim 3, characterized in that: the ratio of the width dimensions of the first, second and third elastic zones is 3: 4: 3.
5. the method for manufacturing a disposable hygienic article with a bandage type closing system according to claim 4, wherein: the rubber band in the first elastic zone is a first rubber band, the rubber band in the second elastic zone is a second rubber band, the rubber band in the third elastic zone is a third rubber band, and the first rubber band is distributed between the two adjacent second rubber bands.
6. The method of making a closure system disposable hygiene article with a bandage of claim 5, characterized in that: the number of the first rubber bands is 2-6, the number of the second rubber bands is 3-7, and the number of the third rubber bands is 1-5.
7. The method of making a closure system disposable hygiene article with a bandage of claim 6, characterized in that: the number of the first rubber bands is 4, the number of the second rubber bands is 5, and the number of the third rubber bands is 3.
8. The method of making a closure system disposable hygiene article with a bandage of claim 7, characterized in that: an elastic sheet is arranged on the back waist region and between the absorption core layer and the liquid-tight bottom layer.
