Abstract
本发明提供一种高支撑的网管结构,包括梁柱单元和单一扩张单元,两端的梁柱单元和中间的单一扩张单元连接组成管状网形结构,单一扩张单元由单一扩张网格通过桥筋轴向连接组成,径向相邻的单一扩张网格的波峰交错排列。本发明网管结构径向支撑力强,轴向收缩率小,无锐角形成,机械性能稳定,可适应人体各种腔道的应用,能够在各种坚硬、尖锐和异形的异物堵塞物腔道内实现腔道的建立和保持,为术者提供更为安全的手术操作过程基础,增加了术者的治疗手段,减少患者术中及术后的痛苦与煎熬。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种高支撑的网管结构。
背景技术
随着心脏、脑部及外周腔道栓塞患者数量的不断增加,儿童、老人等群体经常发生气管、食道等其它腔道的堵塞,快速建立相应有效的通道并有效保持通道的畅通是救治患者的必备手段,而市场上现有血管及人体腔道支架因为支撑性不足,对严重钙化及有坚硬异物的管腔无法实现预期尺寸的有效建立。
因此,设计一款适应人体各种腔道堵塞的应用,支撑性强且能够在各种坚硬、尖锐和异形的异物堵塞物腔道内实现腔道的建立具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明提出一种高支撑的网管结构,设计优点为拥有较强的支撑性在病变位置可实现对各种坚硬、尖锐和异形的异物堵塞物腔道内实现腔道的建立和保持,该网管结构适应人体各种腔道堵塞的应用,使器械的应用效果最大化,保证实现手术过程对患者的最优治疗。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高支撑的网管结构,包括梁柱单元和单一扩张单元,两端的梁柱单元和中间的单一扩张单元连接组成管状网形结构,单一扩张单元由单一扩张网格通过桥筋轴向连接组成,径向相邻的单一扩张网格的波峰交错排列。
单一扩张网格由正反向W形结构组成。
梁柱单元由宽度模块垂直排列组成。
单一扩张单元与宽度模块水平连接。
波峰为垂直于管网结构轴向的正弦波的波峰,且其原始状态为近似闭合,扩张状态为组成单一扩张单元的各个波峰向圆周外侧伸展。
桥筋与单一扩张网格在不同平面形成角度,连接后在类似管状的曲面上。
单一扩张单元数量为1-20个,单一扩张单元的长度为5mm-200mm。
桥筋、宽度模块和单一扩张网格的横向宽度为15μm-500μm。
桥筋、宽度模块和单一扩张网格的径向的厚度为15μm-500μm。
单一扩张网格数量为3-55个。
网管结构的加工工艺为切割、编织、焊接、粘接或打印。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的网管结构径向支撑力强,轴向收缩率小,无锐角形成,机械性能稳定,可适应人体各种腔道的应用,能够在各种坚硬、尖锐和异形的异物堵塞物腔道内实现腔道的建立和保持,为术者提供更为安全的手术操作过程基础,增加了术者的治疗手段,减少患者术中及术后的痛苦与煎熬。

实施例1
如图1-2所示,一种高支撑的网管结构,包括首端梁柱单元1、尾端梁柱单元2和若干个单一扩张单元12。首端梁柱单元1由若干个首端宽度模块3垂直排列组成,尾端梁柱单元2由若干个尾端宽度模块4垂直排列组成,每个单一扩张单元12由多个首端W形结构8和反向的尾端W形结构9水平连接组成,每个首端W形结构8的首端波峰10与反向尾端W形结构9的相邻波峰11共同组成一个单一扩张网格6,单一扩张网格6间通过桥筋5轴向连接形成一个单一扩张单元12,径向相邻两个单一扩张网格6的首端波峰10与相邻波峰11交错排列,相邻两个单一扩张单元12间由若干个中段宽度模块7连接。
实施例2
如图1-2所示,原始状态下,本发明中的首端波峰10和相邻波峰11为近似闭合状态,扩张状态下,首端波峰10和相邻波峰11的各个波峰向圆周外侧伸展,桥筋5为每个单一扩张网格6提供径向支撑,使整个网管结构拥有高强度的径向支撑力,降低了整个网管结构的轴向收缩率,单一扩张单元12和单一扩张网格6的自由搭配连接可保证该发明的网管结构适应人体的所有腔道的使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种高支撑的网管结构,包括梁柱单元和单一扩张单元(12),其特征在于两端的梁柱单元和中间的单一扩张单元(12)连接组成管状网形结构,所述单一扩张单元(12)由单一扩张网格(6)通过桥筋(5)轴向连接组成,径向相邻的单一扩张网格的波峰交错排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于所述单一扩张网格(6)由正反向W形结构组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于所述梁柱单元由宽度模块垂直排列组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于所述单一扩张单元(12)与宽度模块水平连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于所述波峰为垂直于管网结构轴向的正弦波的波峰,其原始状态为近似闭合,其扩张状态为组成单一扩张单元的各个波峰向圆周外侧伸展。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于桥筋5与单一扩张网格(6)在不同平面形成角度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于所述单一扩张单元(12)数量为1-20个,单一扩张单元的长度为5mm-200mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于桥筋、宽度模块和单一扩张网格的横向宽度为15μm-500μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于桥筋、宽度模块和单一扩张网格的径向厚度为15μm-500μm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支撑的网管结构,其特征在于单一扩张网格数量为3-55个。
