a circular stepped groove is formed in the inner side of the third base block (4), a first gear (13) is in running fit with the bottom of the circular stepped groove, four second electric push rods (14) are in running fit with the circular stepped groove, and cameras are arranged at the upper ends of the four second electric push rods (14);
the lower ends of the four second electric push rods (14) are respectively provided with a second gear (15), and the second gears (15) are meshed with the first gears (13);
the upper end of first gear (13) has been installed apron (16), the fourth spacing groove has been seted up to the week side of apron (16), fourth spacing inslot rotation cooperation has four arc strips (17), the week side normal running fit of arc strip (17) is in circular ladder inslot, the third slotted hole has been seted up to the upper end of apron (16), normal running fit has third electric putter (18) in the third slotted hole, infrared scanner has been installed to the upper end of third electric putter (18), the activity region of old man is observed to the upper end of the third electric putter of being convenient for roll-off third basic block, when the top of third basic block has the people to pass through or nearby, first electric putter receives the restriction to be unable to open, be convenient for reduce the old man and stumble by this nursing device for the nursing home in the walking process, trip safety of old man has been guaranteed to a certain extent.
