As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the ultraviolet lamp 1, a coil 2, a magnet 3, a shower arm 4, an inner container 5, a rotating shaft 6, and a housing chamber 7.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the dishwasher with sterilization function comprises one or more ultraviolet lamps 1 and a power supply device for supplying power to the ultraviolet lamps 1, wherein the ultraviolet lamps 1 and the power supply device are preset devices of the dishwasher.
The ultraviolet lamp 1 is an LED ultraviolet lamp, and can generate ultraviolet rays when power is supplied thereto, and the ultraviolet lamp 1 can sterilize irradiated water and air. The power supply device provides electric energy for the ultraviolet lamp 1, converts kinetic energy or potential energy generated by movement into electric energy, and outputs potential difference to the ultraviolet lamp 1, so that the ultraviolet lamp generates ultraviolet rays and realizes a sterilization function.
As shown in fig. 1, the power supply device includes a fixed portion and a moving portion, and specifically, the power supply device includes a coil 2 electrically connected to the ultraviolet lamp 1, and a magnet 3 provided on the shower. When the magnet 3 moves along with the rotation of the sprayer, the coil 2 cuts the magnetic induction line to generate electric potential energy, and electric potential difference is formed at two ends of the coil 2 and is provided for the ultraviolet lamp 1, so that the ultraviolet lamp 1 is lightened to generate ultraviolet rays, and the aim of sterilization is fulfilled.
The setting positions of the magnet 3 and the coil 2 can be set in the following two ways:
as shown in fig. 2, the magnet 3 is arranged at the bottom of the spray arm 4 of the sprayer, the coil 2 is arranged in the inner container wall at the bottom of the region where the magnet 3 is located, when the spray arm 4 rotates, the magnet 3 moves to the position where the coil 2 is located along with the spray arm 4, and the coil 2 cuts magnetic induction lines to generate electric potential energy.
As shown in fig. 3, the magnet 3 is provided in the rotation shaft 6 of the shower, the coil 2 is provided around the outer periphery of the rotation shaft 6, and when the shower arm 4 rotates, the magnet 3 rotates along with the rotation shaft 6, and the coil 2 provided on the outer side cuts the magnetic induction line, thereby generating electric potential. This arrangement has a better induced electromotive force than the first, in addition to reducing the resistance of the magnet 3 to the shower.
In order to reduce the manufacturing cost, the coil 2 is disposed in the inner container wall at the bottom of the rotating shaft 6. Specifically, the accommodation chamber 7 is provided in the inner container wall at the bottom of the rotation shaft 6, and the coil 2 is provided in the accommodation chamber 7.
In order to reduce the length of the connecting line, the ultraviolet lamp 1 is arranged on the inner container wall where the coil 2 is arranged. The inner container wall where the coil 2 is located is provided with a light port, a glass sheet is arranged on the light port, and a sealing ring is arranged between the glass sheet and the light port to prevent water seepage. Each ultraviolet lamp 1 corresponds to one light port, and the position of the light port can be set according to actual requirements, so that all methods in the inner container 5 are irradiated by the ultraviolet lamps 1.
An energy storage module for storing electricity is arranged between the coil 2 and the ultraviolet lamp 1, a control switch is arranged between the energy storage module and the ultraviolet lamp 1, and a signal end of the control switch is connected with a dishwasher controller. Through setting up energy storage module for the electric potential energy that coil 2 cutting magnetic induction line produced can be stored, makes dish washer have multiple different modes of disinfecting.
This application power supply unit's motion part drives with the help of dish washer self equipment, is not limited to adopt spray arm 4 to drive yet, can set up a magnet 3 that holds magnet 3 and hold the chamber, sets up in water pump intracavity or water route, adopts devices such as impeller to be connected with magnet 3, thereby it is rotatory to drive magnet 3 through water pressure promotion impeller, makes the motion of magnet 3.
A method for sterilizing a dishwasher using the dishwasher comprises the following steps:
step one, starting the dishwasher to operate, and selecting a sterilization mode. Specifically, the sterilization mode includes a continuous sterilization mode, an instant sterilization mode, and an energy storage mode.
In the continuous sterilization mode, in the stage of generating electric energy by the rotation of the sprayer, the dishwasher controller controls the control switch to be closed and lights the sterilization lamp, and when the sprayer stops working, the dishwasher controller still controls the control switch to be closed and the energy storage module provides electric energy for sterilization;
in the instant sterilization mode, in the stage of generating electric energy by the rotation of the sprayer, the dishwasher controller controls the control switch to be closed and lights the sterilizing lamp, and after the rotation of the sprayer is stopped, the dishwasher controller controls the control switch to be opened and does not sterilize.
In the energy storage mode, the dishwasher controller controls the control switch to be turned on, sterilization is not carried out, and electric energy generated by the rotation of the sprayer is stored in the energy storage module.
And step two, the sprayer rotates to drive the magnet 3 to rotate, and the coil 2 cuts the magnetic induction line to generate voltage.
And step three, controlling the ultraviolet lamp 1 to be turned on and off and/or storing electricity for the energy storage module according to the selected sterilization mode.
In summary, the dishwasher with sterilization function and the sterilization method of the dishwasher according to the present invention sterilize the irradiated water and air by the ultraviolet lamp 1, so that the dishwasher has sterilization function. The self-generating mode is adopted, the problem that a power line needs to be led out in the prior art is solved, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. The installation position and structure of the ultraviolet lamp 1 are not limited.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
