Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of drinking water purification, in particular to a self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component and a water purifier with the same, wherein the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component drives a permanent magnet to rotate in a coil through a turbine fan blade to cut magnetic induction lines to form current, the coil and an ultraviolet lamp set are both connected with a PCB (printed Circuit Board), and the current formed by cutting the magnetic induction lines by the permanent magnet is used as driving electric energy of the ultraviolet lamp set, so that the ultraviolet lamp set can be sterilized without an external power supply, and the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component has the advantages of safety and energy saving; the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component is arranged in the water purifier, the ultraviolet sterilization function is realized without an external power supply, and the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component is arranged in the main body, so that the design volume of the water purifier is not increased, and the water purifier has the advantage of convenience in installation and use.

The ultraviolet lamp set comprises a shell, and is characterized by further comprising a sealing plate, wherein the sealing plate is arranged at the bottom of the shell, and a through hole matched with the ultraviolet lamp set is formed in the sealing plate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization assembly includes a housing 100 having an inner cavity and a winding frame 101 disposed in the housing 100, at least one coil 102 is wound on the winding frame 101, a permanent magnet 103 is disposed in the winding frame 101, the permanent magnet 103 is connected to a turbine blade 104 through a connecting rod 105, the turbine blade 104 is disposed outside the housing 100, the coil 102 is further connected to a PCB 106, and an ultraviolet lamp set 107 is connected to an output end of the PCB 106, wherein the ultraviolet lamp set 107 may be a conventional ultraviolet LED; when the ultraviolet sterilizing device is used, water flow impacts the turbine fan blades 104, the turbine fan blades 104 rotate to drive the permanent magnets 103 to rotate in the coils 102 to cut magnetic induction lines to form current, the current is used as driving electric energy of the ultraviolet lamp group 107, and the ultraviolet sterilizing function is achieved.
It should be noted that, the casing 100 is provided with an opening matched with the connecting rod 105, and the opening is provided with a sealing ring, so as to avoid the problem that moisture enters the casing 100 to cause rusting and even short circuit of parts, and further, the turbine blade 104 may be covered on the connecting rod 105 at one end penetrating through the casing 100.
In some embodiments, the housing 100 is further provided with a cavity for accommodating the turbine blade 104, the cavity is provided with a water outlet channel 111, specifically, the upper end of the cavity is provided with a water inlet channel 110, water flows into the cavity from the water inlet channel 110 and impacts the turbine blade 104 to drive the turbine blade 104 to rotate, and the water flows out from the water outlet channel 111, in this embodiment, the cavity is separated from the inner cavity, so as to prevent the water from flowing into the inner cavity.
In some embodiments, there are two coils 102 and two coils 102 are arranged at intervals, the connecting rod 105 penetrates through the gap between the two coils 102 and connects with the permanent magnet 103, the permanent magnet 103 rotates to form current on the two coils 102, it should be noted that the two coils 102 are arranged in series, and the current is further enhanced to drive the ultraviolet lamp set 107 to start operation.
In some embodiments, the PCB 106 is disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity, and the uv lamp set 107 penetrates out of the inner cavity, specifically, the turbine fan blade 104 is disposed at the upper end of the casing 100, the PCB 106 is disposed at the lower end of the casing 100, and the lower end of the casing 100 is provided with a sealing plate 108, the sealing plate 108 is provided with a plurality of through holes matching with the uv lamp set 107, the uv lamp set 107 penetrates out of the through holes, and the outer wall of the uv lamp set 107 is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the through holes, so as to avoid that moisture enters the inner cavity from a gap between the uv lamp set 107 and the through holes to corrode parts in the inner cavity and even cause a short circuit problem; when the ultraviolet lamp set is used specifically, water flow impacts from top to bottom to drive the turbine fan blades 104 to rotate, the turbine fan blades 104 drive the permanent magnets 103 in the inner cavity to rotate and cut magnetic induction lines to form current, the current is rectified by the circuit board to be used as driving electric energy of the ultraviolet lamp set 107, the water flow flows out of the ultraviolet lamp set 107 from the water outlet flow channel 111, and then the ultraviolet lamp set 107 can sterilize water.
It should be noted that the self-generating uv sterilization assembly of the present invention employs the permanent magnet 103 rotating relative to the coil 102 to achieve the effect of cutting the magnetic induction lines to form a current.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the water purifier includes a main body 200 having a cavity, a self-generating ultraviolet sterilizing module disposed in the main body 200, a water inlet 201 and a water outlet 203 communicating with the cavity, and a filter element assembly 202 disposed in the cavity, one end of the filter element assembly 202 communicating with the water inlet 201, the other end communicating with an upper end of the self-generating ultraviolet sterilizing module, that is, the self-generating uv sterilizing assembly is disposed in the cavity in the area between the filter element assembly 202 and the water outlet 203, and specifically, the water flows in from the water inlet 201, sequentially flows through the filter element assembly 202 and the self-generating uv sterilizing assembly, and then flows out from the water outlet 203, and then the water flow drives the turbine fan blades 104 to rotate to generate electricity after being filtered, the water flow passes through the water outlet 203, the ultraviolet lamp set 107 is lighted to realize a sterilization function, the turbine fan blades 104 do not rotate when the water flow stops, and then the ultraviolet lamp set 107 is turned off.
In some embodiments, the outer surface of the casing 100 is provided with a sealing ring 109, which is used to prevent water from flowing out from the gap between the casing 100 and the inner cavity, and reduce the impact of water flow on the turbine blade 104 and reduce the current.
In some embodiments, the water inlet 201 and the water outlet 203 are both disposed at the lower end of the main body 200, and the filter element assembly 202 is disposed in the cavity to form a top-down water outlet channel, and the water inlet channel leads into the filter element assembly 202 from bottom to top, so as to facilitate installation of the water purifier.
In some embodiments, the filter element assembly 202 is in a tank shape, and a filter material is disposed in the tank, the filter material may be one or more of a calcium sulfite ball, a medical stone ball, a vc ball, a bactericidal stone ball, a weakly alkaline tourmaline ceramic ball, a hydrogen-rich ball, and a far infrared negative ion ball, and the water flow filtered by the filter element assembly 202 flows downward to impact the turbine blade 104, so as to drive the permanent magnet 103 to rotate and cut the magnetic induction lines to form a current.
In some embodiments, the water outlet 203 is provided with a mounting step 204, and the housing 100 is arranged on the mounting step 204, in this embodiment, the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component is fixedly mounted in the main body 200 by the supporting function of the mounting step 204, so as to avoid the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization component from loosening relative to the main body 200 due to water impact after long-term use; further, the water outlet 203 is in a tubular shape extending towards the cavity, and the self-generating ultraviolet sterilization assembly is mounted on the tubular water outlet 203; it should be noted that, a gap is formed between the casing 100 and the inner wall of the tubular water outlet 203, and water flows out from between the outer wall of the casing 100 and the inner wall of the water outlet 203 after impacting the turbine blades 104.

Claims (10)
1. A self-generating ultraviolet sterilization assembly, comprising:
a housing (100) having an interior cavity;
a winding support (101) disposed in the lumen;
at least one set of coils (102) wound on said winding support (101);
the permanent magnet (103) is rotatably arranged in the winding bracket (101);
the turbine fan blades (104) are arranged outside the shell (100) and are connected with the permanent magnet (103) through connecting rods (105), and the turbine fan blades can drive the permanent magnet (103) to rotate so as to cut magnetic induction lines;
and the input end of the PCB (106) is connected with the coil (102), and the output end of the PCB is connected with an ultraviolet lamp set (107).
2. The self-generating ultraviolet sterilization assembly according to claim 1, wherein a cavity for accommodating the turbine fan blade (104) is further disposed on the housing (100), and a water outlet flow passage (111) is disposed on the cavity.
3. The self-generating uv sterilization assembly according to claim 1, wherein the coils (102) are two and the two coils (102) are spaced apart, and the connection rod (105) penetrates through the gap between the two coils (102) and connects the permanent magnet (103).
4. The self-generating UV sterilization assembly according to claim 1, wherein the PCB board (106) is disposed at the bottom of the inner cavity, and the UV lamp assembly (107) is passed out of the inner cavity.

6. A water purifier comprising the self-power generation type ultraviolet sterilizing module as recited in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
the water dispenser comprises a main body (200) and a water outlet (203), wherein the main body is provided with a cavity which is communicated with a water inlet (201) and a water outlet (203);
a filter element assembly (202) disposed in the cavity and having one end in communication with the water inlet (201);
wherein the self-generating UV sterilization assembly is disposed in an area between the filter cartridge assembly (202) and the water outlet (203).
7. A water purifier according to claim 6, wherein the outer surface of the housing (100) is further provided with a sealing ring (109).
8. A water purifier according to claim 6, wherein the water inlet (201) and the water outlet (203) are both arranged at the lower end of the main body (200), the filter element assembly (202) is arranged in the cavity to form a water outlet channel from top to bottom, and the water inlet channel is communicated into the filter element assembly (202) from bottom to top.
9. A water purifier according to claim 6, wherein the filter element assembly (202) is in the form of a tank.
10. A water purifier according to claim 6, wherein a mounting step (204) is provided at the water outlet (203), and the housing (100) is provided on the mounting step (204).
